I ordered online a few days before and picked it up the morning of the party. Walking in, the cafe has so much light and you see a nice display of pastries. I hear the Madelines are good and will have to try them next time! Highly recommend if you're looking for a delicious cake and/or korean style cafe!

I first heard feedback about the injeolmi soybean powder cake being dry but let me tell you now, it's not! Desserts I've tried: Injeolmi cake slice Hojicha Sesame cake slice Sesame Gateau slice Korean Ssal *rice Sponge cake slice Matcha Tiramisu Dubai Chewy Cookie I went back for the hojicha sesame and tried the sesame gateau + matcha tiramisu. I LOVE hojicha, definitely my favorite over matcha. The hojicha sesame is light with hojicha whipped cream and soft sponge cake. The gateau is almost like a firm, almost buttery cookie base with whipped sesame cream on top. The matcha tiramisu was very good! Not too sweet and the matcha cream is smooth. Injeolmi cake was moist and slightly powdery due to the soybean powder. Definitely try this during your first visit! The Korean Saal was interesting since there was soft rice layered between cake layers in the cream. Carb lovers will enjoy this. Dubai chewy cookie is good for what it is. Excellent amount of crispy kataifi filling with pistachio butter cream. Pricey slices but it's nice to have a sweet treat every now and then. Staff is nice and courteous. They have indoor seating to enjoy the desserts and drinks. Cute little space. No outside food/drinks allowed.

I just wish they added mochi to the sweet sunset shaved ice, the. It would be perfect for me! They gave me a free birthday sundae to redeem for this whole month which was a cup of vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. Service was quick and there were plenty of tables to sit at, not too crowded. It's also great for sharing a few different flavors with friends. On this visit, I ordered the Strawberry Mango Snow with extra condensed milk. Both were refreshing, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The fruit tasted fresh, and the extra condensed milk added the perfect amount of richness to every bite. Ordering was quick and convenient through the self-service kiosk, and our desserts were ready within just a few minutes. The process was smooth and efficient, making it an easy place to stop by for a quick treat. Another thing I appreciated was the spacious seating area. There was plenty of room to sit and chat, making it a great spot to catch up with friends over dessert. The toppings on the snow dessert were generous and complemented the shaved ice perfectly. Overall, if you're looking for a lighter, more manageable portion of bingsoo that still delivers on flavor, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. The desserts are delicious, the service is quick, and the atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and enjoy something sweet.

We read reviews ahead of time and saw it was recommended to order online and come and pick up andi felt like this was a MUST DO, if you didn't want to be waiting all morning. I came to pick up my drinks about 25 min after opening and their running count for drinks made that day was already nearing 100. We tried the strawberry avocado smoothie and the mango avocado smoothie and both were great! I would recommend getting the mango if you had to choose between the two. We got 30% sugar (recommended) and I would say that was perfect! We added the oat pearls, and they were good. Different than the typical boba. I may prefer the other kind of boba, but my husband liked the oat boba better. I would love if they had both options to choose between and would love a few more non caffeinated options. Those are my two recommendations for change. We will be back!

I ordered the Yumberry Yogurt Drink, Peach Gum Drink, and Grape Yogurt Drink. I got all of them at 30% sweetness, and they were still pretty sweet, so I'd recommend ordering them with even less sugar if you prefer drinks that aren't overly sweet. Even though they're always busy with orders, it wasn't crowded inside. I was able to find a seat since most people just grab their drinks and leave. The drinks are very fruit-forward and taste incredibly fresh and high quality. If you enjoy fruity drinks, this place is definitely worth trying. My favorite was the Yumberry Yogurt Drink because it was so unique--I've never had anything quite like it before. It reminded me a bit of a mulberry drink with a creamy yogurt twist, and I'd definitely order it again.

Sulbing is a Korean dessert café best known for bingsu, a shaved ice dessert made with an…read moreincredibly fine texture that feels closer to snow than traditional shaved ice. We walked into a clean, modern space with a casual café feel that works well for stopping by after a meal or meeting up with friends for something sweet. The shop focuses on creative variations of bingsu with toppings ranging from fruit to chocolate, matcha, and other dessert-inspired flavors, and the layout encourages lingering over a shared dessert rather than rushing through a quick stop. The biggest highlight is the texture of the shaved ice itself. The ice is extremely soft and light, melting quickly while still holding the flavors from the toppings and condensed milk. We ordered the Injeolmi Sulbing, which showcases the more traditional side with nutty flavors, and the combination of the fine ice, chewy rice cake, and nutty powder created a dessert that felt both refreshing and satisfying. The Tiramisu and Chocolate Brownie Sulbing turn it into a much more indulgent experience, with richer flavors that feel closer to a full dessert than a light treat. The presentation is impressive, with each bowl arriving looking carefully composed, and the layers of toppings are distributed well enough that you get a good mix in every spoonful. The portions are also a major part of the appeal. A single bingsu is easily shareable, making it a good choice for groups or anyone looking for a dessert to split after a meal. We found that sharing worked well, as the portion was generous enough to satisfy two people without feeling like we were missing out. Beyond bingsu, they also offer items like toast and other sweet treats, which give the menu more variety and make it a place you can visit even if you are not in the mood for shaved ice. The main thing to keep in mind is that the experience depends heavily on the flavor you choose. Some versions rely more on the toppings for their flavor, while others feel more balanced throughout. The presentation is impressive, but certain options may feel less satisfying if you expect every bite to have the same intensity as the first. The fruit-based versions, for example, rely on the freshness of the fruit to carry the dessert, while the chocolate and tiramisu versions have a more consistent richness from the base itself. Sulbing is a great spot for trying Korean-style shaved ice. The unique texture, large portions, and variety of flavors make it stand out from typical dessert shops, especially if you enjoy lighter desserts with creative toppings. The balance of refreshing and indulgent options across the menu gives you room to explore different styles on repeat visits, and the quality of the ingredients makes each bowl feel considered and well composed.
