I stumbled upon this place one morning and was very pleased with everything that I ordered. They carry all different types of bagels there and have the MOST AMAZING tuna Salad on the planet! Hehe, well the best I've tasted anyway. I was impressed with the quick service and they are always friendly, you can tell this is a locals place because most everyone knows each other when they walk in. I like that kind of feel and will definitely return many times. Don't let them fool you though, it's not just a good breakfast place. I stopped by on my way home from work this morning to grab some bagels/bialys and I'm very glad that I did. From start to finish, all of the staff werr very pleasant and conversational. The gentleman behind the counter put my order together quickly and the women and the checkout counter were a delight. Especially in times like these, we need more places like this. Everything was very clean and the prices were fair. I love that all of the bagels/bialys are made on site too. In the future I will be stopping by again and recommend that you do as well. read more

Probably the best breakfast we had down here on this trip. The blueberry pancakes were fantastic. The challah French toast my fiancé had was also very good. My only two critiques and what is keeping me from giving 5 stars: 1. The coffee was horrible 2. My side of bacon came out cold. read more

Discovered this place about a month ago. Since then I have gotten take out, delivery, and have eaten in. All great experiences. The bagels, like their reputation states, are awesome. Home fries are also delicious. We had great service when we are in, speedy delivery when we ordered out, and quick wait time when I ordered pick up. Lox sandwich is a little pricey, but on a ETB it's delicious, and I can't pass it up. Will have to try lunch next time! read more

Decent comfort food. Unfortunately, one can't get a terrific bagel in Florida or most places, at least I can't. These bagels are not too bad but that's about as good as it gets. We were in a large group and the service was very good. Didn't have to ask for or even wait for refills. Oh, boy! A epicurean NY deli. An array of smoked fishes, knishes, fresh bagels & real schmears, and noshes for the soul. I want to eat-in next time so I can do a matzah ball soup and pastrami on rye. Horrible take out. Called to order and was told to hold. Lady simply put the phone down on the counter and forgot about me. For the next 13 minutes I listened to the staff talk about their daughters, slipped discs etc. I finally drove to the restaurant while the call was still connected! The older silver haired host who has been there forever and a tall red head behind the counter have no customer service skills and were both rude making me feel like it was my fault they left the phone on the counter. They even blammed a co worker and showed no sympathy for my situation. I love this place but no more. When establishments realize it's the staff and service that bring people back they will realize why they lost my business read more

Great bagels! The 4 stars are for the bagels alone! Perfectly made. I ordered the onion bagel with the homemade cream cheese. I got my bagel toasted and it's a testament to the place that the bagel wasn't burnt to a crisp. It was just the perfect toast, slightly harder on the outside but still warm and soft on the inside once you take a bite. The onion bagel was very delicious and you certainly tasted the onion. Overall, a super hearty breakfast! That bagel will definitely tide me over until lunch. The deli overall is very NY. They've got salads like tuna salad, health salad, etc. knishes galore, fresh lox, and more. It seemed pretty NY deli authentic to me. The prices also looked very reasonable. First time here. Not overly impressed. I ordered the #3. It's a simple breakfast, 2 eggs, bacon, homefries and bagel. Asking for soft bacon and over easy eggs. The eggs were snotty you the clear goo that isn't cooked! Yuck! Bacon was way over cooked to the point of almost burnt. The bagel was great! If that's what you want for breakfast they have it mastered. Place is clean, service is ok. Not going to be my favorite place to come. read more

I recently reviewed the Bagel Snack (5 STARS). Since that time we have dined at this gem of a restaurant about five times. Consistency is the word that comes to mind when I think of this place. Each time the service is prompt with friendly service - and each menu item we have tried has been awesome. The homemade corned beef and hash is the best I've ever tasted - and their bagels are uniquely delicious. I used to think that basically a bagel is a bagel ( whether from Panera, Publix, Toojays, and so on)! But, these are in a league of their own. Been here several times and was always happy however I ordered the chicken noodle soup and there was no chicken in it, not once piece. I got it to go and didn't know until I got back to my office so I called them before writing this post and said that I ordered chicken noodle soup and didn't get any chicken and the reply I got was "we don't put chicken in our chicken soup, just soup, noodles, and matzah balls". I moved to a nearby neighborhood over just over a year ago and, after having to settle for Too Jays for all of that time, I had almost given up on finding a "real" deli until I happened to stumble upon Bagel Snack. Great breakfast...get there by 11:00am to take advantage of the specials. After two visits, I'm sold. Perfectly cooked eggs. THE best house made corned beef hash. (Actually, I think they mix in some pastrami for flavor.) Delicious home fries made from red skin potatoes. Yummy bagels. As others have mentioned, plenty of pickles and coleslaw with lunch. Decent potato latkes. The only disappointment so far has been the bland matzoh ball soup that tasted like dishwater. The fluffy white matzoh ball matzoh ball also had no flavor. What's up with that, guys? I know you can do better! I'll be back for more of that delicious hash for sure! read more

Bagels were really good but prices seemed high to me. Bagel with cream cheese for $7. Bagel and hummus for $10. Bagel with turkey for my daughter $13. I would say all these prices were about double what they should be. Maybe this is more geared to people that sit down and eat rather than a takeout place. Everything was great until I left and opened my order . 2 of my bagels weren't in there and one had lox & cream cheese ( which I didn't order) and a $6 charge for one when I checked the bill ! The ones I asked for toasted weren't and the ones I ask for not toasted were with the wrong flavor bagel! When I called to complain the man on the phone was very off putting , not very patient and didn't even apologize, he said my bagel was wrong because hey ran out this morning so they used a regular one... and throwing out that he owes me some three dollars and will I pickup bagels tomorrow to rush me off the phone . Why wouldn't they tell me when I was there that they were out . I get that this place is busy in the morning , but they had great customer service and quick service inside, just not on the phone or on to go packaging apparently. Bagels are $1 each, $2.49 with cream cheese or $12 or 14. Many cream cheese spreads chooses like jalepiño is nice . They asked my name to label the separate orders for packaging to go but messed it all up too. I think they should write down orders more efficiently and communicate to the cashier what's in the paper bags .standing there waiting did make me want to buy all the baked goods , pickles and pasta salad they have in the window. I wasnt happy with my messed up order but everything else tasted great . read more
