I've consistently had good experiences here, which is why today's visit was so disappointing. My coworker and I went this morning for our usual falafel crunch wraps. From the beginning, the employee taking our order was extremely dismissive, impatient, and pushy--as though a long line was waiting behind us, even though we were the only customers there. Normally, when we reach the window, there is a short wait because the falafel is being freshly cooked. Today, our food was handed to us immediately, and the window was abruptly shut without the friendly service we normally receive. When we pulled over to eat, we discovered that the falafel crunch wraps were not hot--or even warm--although the tortillas themselves were warm. I considered going inside, but the attitude we received while ordering was so unpleasant that I chose to avoid a possible confrontation with someone who seemed to have awakened on the wrong side of the bed. I still encourage people to visit Angie's because the food and service are usually excellent. However, based on today's experience, I would hesitate to recommend visiting this location on Fridays between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.--the attitudes may still be angry from the night before. I sincerely hope this review reaches the proper management team because this employee did not demonstrate the friendly and welcoming attitude we have come to expect from Angie's. This experience put a cloud over an otherwise sunny day, and I hope I never have another reason to leave Angie's a negative review.
