My first time ordering from here. I ordered "General's Chicken dinner" which comes with soup or spring roll. I selected wonton soup and all for $14. Fantastic! Finally. A great portion served with choice of rice. I also received "crunchies" with my soup n chopsticks. Best General's Chicken I have had in a long time: Juicy n not chewy or greasy. It is perfectly cooked and sauce is sweet with some broccoli and a bit of kick of spice in sauce. It was nice n hot when I got home. I live about 8 blocks away. . I'm so happy I ordered from here. Got a small general tso's chicken for takeout. The rice was good, but the chicken was mostly flour and too crispy, without much meat or juiciness. Also a bit pricey. The vibe inside was cool, and the takeout was ready pretty quickly after I ordered. I'll look to try more things but I would go elsewhere for general tso chicken. read more

This is not even in my neighborhood or near me and this is going to be my go to spot for Chinese food. I tried the general Tso's which was good and crispy and flavorful. I also like that the chicken pieces are small (personal preference). The cheese wontons were also really good as well as the dumplings (the sauce they give is great!). Service is quick and easy. Don't plan to eat here as it is very small and there is maybe one table to eat, so this is best for takeout. Great quality food! read more

Decided to try this place today because I have been craving Chinese food. I ordered General Tsao's Chicken, with white rice and a spring roll; it's a $9 lunch special which comes out to $9.80 (tax). I step out and came back to Baji Baji about 10-15 minutes later. My order wasn't done; the guy who rang me up wasn't there. It was a different cashier. She said the food was cooked they just had to add the sauce. I was already annoyed because the food should have been ready. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. Anyway, the cook comes out from the back, stands in front of the frying pans .... BLOWS HIS NOSE INTO A TISSUE, tosses it to the side and tries to finish preparing my food. I was so grossed out AND pissed off I demanded a refund. I told the cashier he just blew his nose AND didn't wash his hands. I get home and called my sister and told her to never order from them. Her response..... "I won't!!! One day I walked by and the cook was standing outside smoking a cigarette and picking his nose" This is soooo unsanitary and in-light of the current pandemic happening right now it is completely unacceptable!! read more

Incredible flavor and was so impressed with the quality & amount of food that was given in each portion. The dinner combo special is even better since it's an entree with a choice of rise (can choose to upgrade to fried rice, add shrimp ect) along with the choice of a beverage and/or spring roll. I placed my order through the Grubhub app & even had a few extra minutes for my order since there were about 5 other people waiting for their food as well. Ordered delivery and it came in about 40 mins. I got veggie lo mein ($14.25) and vegetable spring rolls ($3.00). Food arrived hot and it was super tasty. I think it's a bit pricey for the portion size; the $14 lo mein felt a bit on the smaller side, but 2 spring rolls for $3 seems average. All in all, it was good and I would order again. I feel like it can be hard to find really tasty lo mein, so I don't mind paying a bit extra if the quality is there and in this case, it definitely was. read more
