It was cold and clumped together, which took away from the overall bowl experience. On the positive side, the service was friendly, and the shop is located inside the Liliha Food Court. The food court was clean, had plenty of seating, and made for a comfortable place to eat. While I don't think I'd order another poke bowl here because of the rice, the poke itself was good enough that I might consider ordering it separately in the future. Some of my favorites are the Spicy Avocado, Omakase, House Crab Salad, and Lomi Spicy. Honestly, I haven't had anything here that I wouldn't order again. They also offer sampler trays, which are a great way to try different flavors. The crab samplers and lomi samplers are especially good. Everything was good, the menu is not super expansive with much less choices than, for example, Kan Sushi. I would also note that they kind of pack each piece with rice. I'm unsure how strict they are regarding the left over rice policies, but if you'd definitely get full very quickly with their rice to fish ratio. Don't let this little truck fool you as they not just have amazing takoyaki but chicken karaage and yakisoba as well though on this visit it seems like they didn't have it unfortunately so I decided to get their Takoyaki with Ponzu which is my favorite and I do identify takoyaki like a portable okomiyaki which is a very childhood comfort food. There is a wait since it's made to order though with the crowd I assume it would be as many ordered multiple what I do love is that you're able to add toppings to make it your own like garlic chips, cheese or crispy onions as well making it quite the bougie bite.
