The desert at this location is okay and can be much better. The servers at this location are terribly rude people. In particular the young lady who took my order, she was very unprofessional and gave me an attitude. She did not acknowledge my order and was very unwelcoming. I will never come to this location ever again. For a better experience go to the other locations. read more

My kids love this place and it is the first time they came here!!!! We order the number 4 and 6.. At first we pulled up it seem like there was no business there and we decided to try it anyways...located at a strip mall... I hesitated to even try it but the kids wanting something refreshing...so I gave in an tried it..to my surprise it was awesome!!!!!! We came here for some Vietnamese dessert drinks and one of our friend order a avocado shake w/ice on top and jello and jackfruit on the bottom and somehow you would think there way too much things going on here but everything tasted great together. I can't BELIEVE I have NOT reviewed this location after my three check-in's here!!! Crazy, anyhow it's located near Vietnam Town and it makes a great snack. Very small location with some Vietnamese music videos that I enjoyed while eating my Che snack. IT is VERY important that you choose the specific type of Che, otherwise you will not be pleased. THERE ARE MANY choices so make sure you get the right one. It is NOT to sweet which I LOVE in these Che desserts. I like ones with Red Bean and some Jelly in them. Always refreshing and light too. I rarely eat Che and Bambu has made it much more accessible to the general non-Vietnamese customers. Although most of the customers who come through this location are Vietnamese it seems, lol. read more

I highly recommend their #6 dessert - Che Trai Cay. That's the bomb right there. That's their all-in-one goodness drink dessert because you get to have everything in there from coconut milk, coconut shreds, longan, pandan jelly (the best part), pink pomegranate jelly, jackfruit. I definitely have a sweet tooth; however, I'm pretty picky with what I eat especially when it comes to my health regimen. Nonetheless, Bambu's desserts are my weaknesses! I always get the #10 dessert (I forgot what it's called). Keep in mind that Bambu has its good and bad days. Yum..Bambu..writing this review is making me want some. It is located in the plaza near Maxim market and there is always plenty of parking in the lot. This Bambu can get busy sometimes, but their service is always fast. I would say this is the best place to get Che (Vietnamese dessert). Their milk teas are also very good. They have that real tea taste that some tapioca places lack. I hate that they close Mondays because that's when my roommates and crave it! Booo My personal favorites include: #1 Bambu special- always refreshing #5 Avocado Che- it's like a thick avocado shake and its sooo good #14 Red bean, taro, and pandan jelly Che If you're wondering what pandan jelly is, it's just a sweet long green jelly that is added to your Che. My friend, Veronica, introduced me to this place and she recommended the smashed avocado. Ever since then I've been hooked! The avocados are fresh, cold, sweet, and delicious, just how I remembered it. This place is perfect for a quick stop or hangout and grab a drink or snack with your friends. I referred this place to my friends and family and now we come here once a week because it's so good. Also their staff was really nice and courteous! Don't forget their AC blows perfectly. Always satisfies my che cravings but they keep raising their prices. This location doesn't add as much syrup as other locations, which is a good thing becomes sometimes the sweetness is overbearing.
