The food is so delicious.. The chimichurri is out of this world! We hit up the happy hour and got a great deal. Sausages were wonderful and the brews were at a great price. But the service is what made our experience extra special. They let us sample a few things before buying and the older gentleman there was so kind and helpful. Super dog friendly too! This place knocked it our of the park! We were greeted by awesome staff and I had such a great chat about the area and what we had been doing on our vacation and where else to go visit. So many different sausages to choose from and sauces and add ons. Both my boys had the banger and raved about how delicious they were. I had the elk/pork with caramelized onions, diced tomatoes and their garlic aioli. Could not have been happier with my choice. Such flavor in all of it. We also had their bacon Gorgonzola fries and there was nothing but the clean plate club that night. Cute spot in Bend with an outdoor area that has heaters and blankets to use! My family & I ate here last summer and I've never received such excellent service in my life! Not only were they extremely warm & friendly, but they truly went above & beyond. Most of us ordered the bangers & mash...not even 5 mins passed when the server came out with the chef (I think they're husband & wife) apologizing for the delay. We all looked at each other with surprise, like, "uh what delay?" We reassured them it was no trouble at all, yet they brought out a tray of sausage samples and even gave us a round of beers for free. We were all blown away with their catering nature. Driving through Bend last night, and decided to stop in at this little spot after noticing it last summer. Definitely didn't regret it. Showed up, the owner almost instantly greeted us and asked if we had ever been before, and upon learning we hadn't, walked us through the menu and how it worked. Took our beer order before we could think to ask, and extremely friendly. While waiting for our food they brought us out some bread and chimichurri (sp?) to try and it was delicious. Our food came out quickly, and man was it delicious. I just got a regular banger and just the flavor was amazing, not to mention the spices that are used. My girlfriend got the spicy pork banger, and same thing, amazing. No other way to describe it. They also have tastes for the exotic eater, like Alaskan reindeer sausage, hot alligator andouille sausage, and python/rabbit sausage. While eating, the owner brought out some pieces of a different kind of sausage he had been working on for us to try, and they were spot on as well. He made us feel extremely welcome, and made it feel like a place where you'd been a hundred times, even if it was your first time. I will definitely make a point to go back every time I am in Bend, and will most definitely point everybody I know this way any time they will be in the area. 5 star joint for sure. read more

Seriously so good. This place is family friendly with good beer and cider on tap and excellent food. We were nervous to go here even after reading all the positive reviews because one of our kids doesn't eat meat. She had a salad and sweet potato fries and was pleased. The rest of us had the most delicious sausages we have ever tasted (wild boar, Alaskan reindeer, and a banger for the kiddos) on buns that were tasty enough to enjoy alone, with sauces that were incredible. We sat outside so our kids could play while we waited for our food. The employees are friendly and seem to be happy to work there, which is a sign of a well run business. Limited menu, community seating. So why 5 stars? Because what they do they do awesomely. The tables were clean and the ambience very relaxed and local feeling. Nice little happy hour deals. Lots of stuff locally sourced. They specialize in sausages/meat and potato based options. A salad or two to choose from. And a range of sauces. That said everything we saw and ate was amazing. I have to thank Yelp first of all for leading my family and I to this place. I don't think I've ever seen a 5 star place with so many reviews, so I was a little skeptical at first. But within a minute of walking in I knew this place was 100% legit. The menu is amazing and the owners and staff were so kind to guide me through all the options which I have to say didn't disappoint. This will be a bold statement, but this was the best food and service we have had on our entire trip from California, to Washington and back. The pretzel for our daughter was huge and left her smiling all night. The grilled cheese for daughter #2 was the best she ever had and I took a bite to verify and certainly would concur. So if you have kids, they will be happy. My wife got an IPA Brat on lettuce which again had excellent portions, and she said it's the best food she has had in years. I got a spicy Andouille Brat on a bun with caramelized onions, sautéed jalapeños and garlic aioli. It was amazing. I don't think you can go wrong here with anything. Oh, and we got the Gorgonzola bacon fries, which for a small was enough for our entire family. I could keep going, but I hope you get the point. I don't write a lot of reviews, but since Yelp led us here, I feel it's appropriate to share some kudos for its suggestion along with the wonderful food, and service we received. Staff was super friendly! Unfortunately the food was not our favorite. It was all pretty salty and not very complex flavors. We tried everything from bangers and mash, loaded fries (that was our favorite) to a couple of the exotic sausages.
