Mom and pop type deli that specializes in Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi) among other portable /take out Vietnamese bites. I believe they take larger catering/ to go orders as well, but I only came in for a sandwich and a drink. The folks here are friendly - these are the type of places I really enjoy supporting. I came in and ordered the #11 or the house special (dac biet) on baguette. They bake their bread fresh in house and I'm not sure if it was because I was hungry, but their bread was so delicious with a nice softness to it and a nice crunch on the outside. The fillings were plentiful with the assortment of sandwich meats, pate, and mayo. I was looking for a quick bite on the way to the movies and this sandwich really hit the spot. I ordered a baguette loaf to take home as well as a can of coconut water to wash it all down. Oh and on impulse, I ordered a couple of the egg rolls sitting by the counter. They too were very good. I definitely want to come back soon and try some of their other sandwiches on the menu like bbq pork, etc. I didn't want to eat in my car and get crumbs all over, so I sat at their table they had inside to quickly enjoy my sandwich. The vibe was relaxes since it was early, but I can tell business started to pick up and the line was getting longer as I was finishing up and leaving. Located in a strip mall with a bunch of other eateries and beverage places nearby, I can see how the parking might get cramped. I came in earlier on a Saturday late morning so the area wasn't busy yet and I was able to find parking no problem.

CASH OR ZELLE ONLY! Service is quick and staff is nice. Located in a plaza that is shared with a very popular modern coffee spot which helps bring in customers. This banh mi spot has been here since I was a child but never bothered to try until now. And it's been one of my hyperfixation banh mi spots! Their French rolls are so fluffy with soft inside and just the right amount of crisp outside. Or you can order your banh mi on their baguette bread, I've had both and it really depends on my mood which one I choose. Charbroiled Pork -pork is so flavorful and tender, not dry one bit. Shredded Pork -I love a good pork skin banh mi and theirs never miss. Always stuffed and just right amount of sauce that it isn't dry.

Banh Mi Hue Thai is another one of those no frills, cash only spots serving up some solid fast casual Vietnamese food. This spot is located in a plaza where parking can get tight depending on the day and time you come. They do have a couple of tables for seating inside, but they are more of a grab and go type of spot. I got the House Special Banh Mi and it was solid with no complaints from me. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. Banh Mi Hue Thai is Viet gang approved!

the banh mi was pretty good. we ordered #1 and #11. the flavor was there! my rating is really about the nem chua. ive been craving it all week. after my partner bought it for me, we discovered a hair inside one of the wrapped meats. it really just made me lose my appetite. i tried one of the other pieces and the quality didn't taste that fresh. we both got the runs after. i wouldnt come back for this.

Paid $7.50 for a house special French baguette sandwich. Great price for delicious food. I always enjoy the house special/dac biet banh mi because it has the pate and pig ear for the extra flavor and texture. Would buy from here again. HOWEVER, this place is cash only or zelle.

This is my first time at this place. I was a little short on time so I grabbed one of the pre-made items. This item has some grilled pork, egg meatloaf and rice. The flavors were pretty good but the meat was a bit dry. I would come back to try the bánh mì since many Yelpers says the bánh mì is good. One thing worth noting is that the parking lot is not very big. It is small relative to the number of businesses at this plaza. There is a lot of traffic at this parking lot.

Food: 4/5 I got a baguette and also the round bread specials to try. Both different tasting depending if you want a thin crust or more or the white soft breading in the round one. The bbq slice was not as fresh. I like my banh mi to not have too much spread so it was perfect. Service: 5/5 workers are nice and the wait time is fast. It is cash only. Make sure to let them know if you'd want the pickled veggies in your bread or on the side if you are not eating it right away. Ambiance: I feel like I am in a bread bakery here and they sell a lot of grab and go ready to eat food too. The food here is inexpensive with the size of bread you get and it was good. I can't wait to go back!

I stopped by Banh Mi Hue Thai because I was really hungry. Service is better than average, it's friendly. Banh Mi Hue Thai is a traditional Vietnamese sandwich shop that offers Vietnamese Banh mi sandwiches, traditional snacks and hand rolled spring rolls. Vibe is traditional Vietnamese eatery. I ordered one iced coffee $5 and one pack of spring roll to go (3) - it's got peanuts, vegetables and slice of meat. Overall, the traditional food is authentic and good, iced coffee is above average. I will probably just grab sandwiches next time. They only accept cash or Zelle. So be aware and parking lot is limited during meal hours - plan your trip!

I found out that Banh Mi Hue Thai was located next to Da Vien Coffee in the same plaza . Since I love Banh mi, I was eager to try it. There were parking lot adjacent to these shops. It was very busy during the weekend. The place was clean. There was one table available inside with two chairs. The staff were very friendly. The lady received our order right away. They accept cash only. The banh mi is available in baguette or in French rolls. I chose baguette. I ordered the following,House special banh mi Charbroiled pork, Sunshine egg, and Sardine. The baguette was fresh, warm, crispy from outside but soft from inside. The filling was generous, flavorful, and juicy. The service was fast. I will be back to try more delicious banh mi. That place is a must try.

Background On Visit: Was waiting for Da Vien to open so I decided to walk around the plaza, but suddenly I had a craving for banh mi when I walked by the shop. Credit cards: They don't accept them. CASH IS KING! Visitation Rights: Third time and many more times to go. Location/Parking: Located in a small plaza next to a travel agency called Union Travel. Da Vien and Bake and Che are here also. Ambiance/Decor: Not much ambiance and decor. It's mostly a take it and go type of place. There is one small table inside the shop that you'll have to play thumb wrestle to secure the spot. I kidding. Service: Service is pretty good. Banh mi sandwiches don't take long to be made also. Banh Mi Of Choice: So far I already tried 3 french roll sandwiches. The sunshine egg, dac biet, and the red meat. Each one is very good. The main star of was the bread. It was crunchy, soft, and delicious! They put some kind of soy sauce concoction in the sandwich. If you don't want it in there, just tell them not to put it in. Banh Mi Hue Thai For Thought: I believe this place will benefit with the new addition of Bake and Che and Da Vien. Keep on riding their coattails, Banh Mi Hue Thai!

One of my go to banh mi places in 626! I've only tried the Dac Biet on the french roll so I cannot say that it is better than the baguette. I wished it was more distributed since the meat and pate are more on the inside of the sandwich than the outside but overall very tasty! I just take an extra bite on the outer part to even out the ratio. CASH ONLY.

AMAZING! My fave new spot for Bahn Mi's Came for Da Vien on a Tuesday at 11am. Got pissed off at the line and crowd cause I am impatient and refuse to wait that long for anything Lol and went in here instead! They are so smart for having French rolls and Baguette bread. I like the #11 special dac biet perfect amount of fillings and so good! Great small business support this instead of Bahn Mu Che Cali for great quality. The Nem Chua's (cured pork, like salami) are WAYYYY yummier and fresh here, less sloppy too! CASH IS KING HERE. NO CARDS AT ALL. Grab and go spot, they do not have seating

Maybe it was an off day, but the meatballs and sauce were pretty underwhelming, and there was barely any cheese--it honestly felt like a few strands accidentally landed on the sandwich rather than being intentionally added. Considering the price, I expected a lot more. I'm sure there may be other items on the menu that people love, but I went specifically for the meatball sandwich, and it missed the mark for me. I don't see myself coming back, which is disappointing because I really wanted to like this place.

I know it sounds simple - it's just kimbap with some spice - but as someone who enjoys spicy food, this had a really nice kick that elevated the whole thing. The best part? It's also cheaper than what I've seen at Korean markets like H Mart. My only regret was not buying more the first time. Side note: I actually came back a different time just for this and picked up two. If I'm ever in the area, this is definitely going to be a quick stop for me.
