Today I decided to get cajun honey butter bbq chicken fingers and garlic cheese curds. Holy cow it was all so delicious! When I have leftovers I usually don't care if the boyfriend eats them. Not these leftovers, hands off! They were THAT good! I have to take off a star because it irks me when restaurants don't have the drinks priced and the fingers don't come with fries. Our server did a good job and even separated the check for our party of 6. I will be putting this in my rotation when I'm craving cajun. Yum! read more

Everything and I mean EVERYTHING was phenomenal. The wings, beef on weck, fries and beer were DELICIOUS. So we tried to go to Bar Bill pre-covid in EA and there was an hour wait and we were in the area and needed dinner so we decided to stop in. We had to wait about 20 minutes because we didn't was to sit at the bar. Unfortunately, when they sat us we were sat at a high table with bar stools. They told us since we were only 2 people and they have other larger groups that if we wanted to lower table we would have to wait until all the larger groups - who did come in after us- were sat and if they had any available we could sit at the table. I wasn't waiting any longer so we sat at the table. (This is why they only received 4 stars. Food was amazing. I had to get the wings honey butter, these were excellent. They were cooked to perfection. My hubby had the beef and ham and swiss sandwich. The meat was tender and tasted so good. They cleaned up the building and so glad they could resuse the building (Old Red Mill). I will come again and see if I can upgrade it to 5 stars. read more

Worst parking ever. Not sure why I would ever come back here. Food is good, but not worth the pain

This was my first time dining inside Bar-Bill North. I miss the old train cars attached to the building when it was formally the Old Red Mill, but I was really digging the ambiance and what they did to the inside. We were seated in the indoor patio area and it was nice with the sun coming in and the warm light. I ordered a single order of honey butter bbq. It was good. The flavor is always good. The wings are good. They aren't my favorite place to get wings, but they are a good spot to try them out every once in a while. They also offer hard seltzers on the menu, which is nice and what I prefer to drink with wings, as I can't drink beer anymore. I felt a little rushed by the server, but realized people were waiting for tables on a Monday around dinner time. It's nice not being crammed like a sardine compared to the original location. Not having a single person bathroom is a plus too. They also have the best shoe string fries. Tap beer was cold. My 1st time to Bar-Bill's new location on Main St. in Clarence. Nice building, both in & out. It's an upscale tavern with food to match. Wings & 'Beef on Weck' are what they're know for, as well as good place to watch sports. We did all of the above and enjoyed!! On wings, they go for a dryer style (vs. saucy). We stopped here for an early dinner. In all our time in buffalo we have yet to hit this restaurant for food. Now it is definitely on rotation. It has a bar area and a dining area. Recently they opened a sky bar sitting section on top of the restaurant but it was 90 degrees so we opted for inside. The menu is on a QR code so make sure you bring your phone. I am sure they have regular menus if you asked. The menu is small but it is a bar so this is food is limited, but there is enough to please everyone. My five year old was excited they had pepperoni pizza. We order a pepperoni pizza, small beef on weck and buffalo mild wings. The pizza was really good. I am a huge fan of cup and char pepperoni and the pizza had a topping on it I want to say oregano.. not sure but whatever it is, it's really good. The beef on weck comes in three sizes. Mini, small and regular. I opted for small because I was sharing with my husband otherwise i would have ordered mini. The beef was amazing. Super tender and delicious. The roll wasn't overly salted or with caraway seeds. It was legitimately the perfect beef on weck. My husband said the wings were delicious. The server was excellent. The kitchen was a tad slow but ever since covid lockdowns all restaurants have been slow because of staffing issues. I would highly recommend this place. read more

The biggest debate in Buffalo is: Where to get the best wings. I have my number one spot that I always recommend to friends and travelers but when someome told me I had to try Bar Bill's, I had no clue what they meant. I learned the original location in East Aurora, had opened up a location in Clarence. I brought family from out of town. We came on a Sunday, we were expecting a crowd but not the rude hostess which immediately ruined my first impression. After a 45 minute wait I was hoping that sitting down would brighten the mood again. Our waitress was FANTASTIC! She apologized right away for the wait and was eager to point put her favorites on the menu. We ordered a few appetizers and a few sets of wings to share with a variety of sauces. I do appreciate that the separate the plates with an even portion of wings and legs ( flats and drums). The wings were very crispy which I liked and the sauces flavorful. The honey butter BBQ was definitely my favorite. Their French fries are seasoned and crispy and their homemade blue cheese I could have eaten by itself. Delicious. The sizes of the wings were smaller than I'm used to but I don't believe thats the fault of the restaurant. I still think my number one spot is still number one, because I love a variety of sauces and interesying flavor combinations. I heard this was the place to get a Beef on Wick so we stopped by. Got there around 2:30 on a Thursday and there was still quite a crowd. The Beef on Wick comes in 3 sizes, mini ( slider), small ( normal size), and regular. We ordered the small which was more than enough. Piled high with beef and oh the bun! I ordered half of cajun honey butter bbq wings & half hot wings. Both were so scrumptious. Looking back at it, I probably should have just ordered all cajun honey butter bbq because it is such a unique flavor I can't find anywhere else. When in Buffalo, I figured I gotta try their best wings. Many sources point to Bar Bill, so we went to the Clarence NY outpost not far from the airport. Restaurant packed on a Monday evening, so that was a good sign. Got 10 medium hot plus a beef on weck. Were the wings the best I've ever had? Uh, no...lately I've fallen prey to undersauced wings and this night was no exception. Come on, Sauce Me, People! They did have a good crisp to them, though. The beef on the sandwich was lush and delicious, but the bun was lacking in the promised salt and rye seed topping. Beer was cold, but 16 bucks for two pints seems like a money grab. I ended up getting the Cajun Medium wings but even that just didn't taste like I envisioned. The wings were a little too big for me. Onion rings were delish! There were a lot of people dining but we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated. The food took about 40 mins to come out after ordering though. By far the best wings in Buffalo! I have tried multiple other restaurants, but nothing compares to Bar-Bill's chicken wings.
