    Shoyu Ramen and Salmon Roll
    Alan D.

My friends were trying to decide what we wanted to eat after our event at EVO that day. We initially wanted to go to a sit down, but a lot of places were not holding reservations and we wanted to eat something quick. We decided to walk over to the FB hotel and eat at their food court. Seating was a plenty, so we were not worried about that. Shoyu Ramen: This was alright. The price for Vegas was fair, and the soup had all the fixings I expected in ramen. The noodles were good and the broth was great. I didn't pay attention most to my protein and my vegetables were delicious as well. Overall, an ok meal. Salmon Roll: This was tricky to eat since they wrapped it in plastic and when you remove the plastic, the seaweed follows it. You have to re roll it to get the hand roll. Still, the taste was good and I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a decent meal. Would consider coming here again

We found a spot upstairs in Fountaine Bleu for a quick lunch before exploring Sin City! Hmm Cold eggplant over a small mound of rice? I'm not entirely sold on this. I'd prefer having both the food warm. The eggplant had a nice flavor, but I was hoping for a bit more rice. I managed to finish it, though! The ramen noodles were fantastic, but the broth was a tad salty. They also gave us a generous portion of mushrooms and bamboo shoots which is a big plus in my book. We polished everything off and skipped the broth.

Second visit to Ito Omakase, and somehow it was even better than the first. Every course was executed flawlessly, with exceptional quality fish, incredible attention to detail, and a chef's counter experience that never feels rushed. The chefs are welcoming, passionate, and make each course memorable while letting the ingredients shine. The intimate setting, spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip, and outstanding service make this much more than dinner. It's an experience. I've been fortunate enough to enjoy some incredible sushi over the years, and Ito continues to rank at the very top. The fact that I came back a second time while in Las Vegas says everything. If you appreciate true omakase, this is a place you simply can't miss.

Visual perfection! Japanese artistry adds authenticity to the full experience, somewhat incongruous food court location. Such culinary craftsmanship belongs in an environment that complements its sophistication. The Eggplant and Salmon Don were very pleasingly presented in a bamboo bowls perfectly seasoned. My fav is the Roasted shiitake roll , spicy tuna rolls were presented in a beautifully crested bento box. Loved the quick service and comfortable seating. Note: This is located on the mezzanine of Fontainbleau, it's not a sit down restaurant but seating is a shared area, much more elegant than most food courts but nevertheless a shared area not a separate restaurant.

Love this place! Rolls tasted very fresh and delicious. Although, it was on the pricier side for 5 rolls it was definitely worth the try. The presentation was pleasant and I loved trying the different fish!

This is a solid choice @ Fontainebleau Promenade Food Court. Known for their sushi, it looks like they recently expanded into ramen. I built a bowl and found the ingredients to be fresh and generous enough at the $20 price point. Egg was soft boiled and pork was a quality bite. Broth was respectable as well. We got it to go but ate it right away. A lot of packaging involved. Only criticism would be delay in receiving order, somewhat chaotic expediting process. Sushi chefs definitely making everything made to order so expect a wait. Perhaps, best option and value in this food court. Recommend.

Very high quality sushi in a fast casual atmosphere. Located in the food hall where there's a lot of seats and they're also comfortable, some even have views of the colorful casino. Five rolls will run you $50 and I think that's fair considering the quality, taste, and size. These are definitely on the hefty side. Fish tasted phenomenal and everything just melts in your mouth. My only issue is paying $7 for any beverage whether that's soda or water. That is just crazy and unnecessary. Next time I'm brining my own water bottle.

Ambience is real nice in this marble floored high end food court. I ordered the 3 handroll special for $33: Toro, spicy scallop and hamachi Like others said cans in a beautiful hard cardboard box. A little wasteful for the environment but convenient for on the go and very pleasing on the eyes. Fresh fish and good rice consistency. Not packed very well though and the way the fish was chopped up didn't feel that authentic. A nonsweet brewed tea was $7. Vegas price so beware!

    Wagyu don, sake don

Excellent option if you're looking for a quick bite at the Fontainebleau. It's located inside the promenade food hall, lots of dining areas if you want to dine in, and it's also available for takeout. We ordered 3 things, the wagyu don, sake don and miso soup. Miso soup: good, warm, savory, hard to go wrong. A bit on the pricier side though in my opinion. Wagyu don: the photos of the Wagyu don were a bit underwhelming so i almost didn't get it. But I'm glad I did. The meat was nice and fatty, as expected of Wagyu. The rice was nicely seasoned and the crunch and freshness of the lettuce does well to offset the heaviness of the rest of the dish. Sake don: the salmon was fresh and I enjoyed the pickled cucumbers. The rice was also nicely seasoned in this dish and went well with the saltiness of the ikura. Portion sizes are a bit small (only 4 slices of salmon in the sake don). But overall, it tastes good and the employee that handed me the food was really pleasant.

Superb temaki hand rolls in the food court at the Fontainebleau hotel, where I'm staying this week while in Las Vegas for a conference. I ordered the 3 rolls for $33 meal - and chose the Salmon, Spicy Scallop, and Roast Shiitake. I watched from a respectable distance as the chef made my rolls, and they were then served in an elegant box with a magnetic lid. Opening the box and assembling the three temaki rolls was very enjoyable. I tried the Spicy Scallop first, then the Roast Shiitake, and finally the Salmon. The spicy scallop had a nice kick to it - it didn't need any wasabi and just a bit of soy! After cleansing my palate with some sliced pickled ginger, I tried the Roast Shiitake. This was surprisingly good - it included sweet soy and crispy shallot which gave it flavor and texture and took it to the next level. A little more palate cleansing and I was on to my final roll, the salmon with avocado - both as fresh as can be. I expected to like this and I did, but it didn't surprise me like the shiitake mushroom roll. Will be back for more!

Bar Ito has a sleek, modern vibe -- you order at the counter, and the rolls come out in a beautiful box. It's visually impressive, but honestly feels like a bit of a waste for something that's meant to be eaten right away. Still, presentation-wise, it's Instagram-ready. The hand rolls were fresh and tasty, especially the fish, but the seaweed wasn't crispy -- and that's a big miss. The nori should crack, not fold. When it's soft, the whole hand roll experience falls a little flat. Overall, it's a clean, minimal spot for a quick sushi fix with nice presentation -- just wish the seaweed had that perfect crunch.

Michelin restaurant at the food court? The food is great, expensive and small portion like any typical Michelin meal. It's a good way for anyone who wants to try Michelin food.

I've been to a few places at Fountainbleau in the past, Kyu, Mother Wolf, Chyna Club, and have been impressed with the ambiance and the food and generally the service so I decided to check out Don Prime. It was between here and Mayfair and I wanted somewhere where we can talk and connect and Mayfair seemed too loud and distracting. We came here and we ordered over $400 of food and drinks. Tomahawk seemed good though we barely ate any. Spinach was good. Bread was great. Drinks were well-made. Crab cake was tasty. Our servers, Isai and Rob were fine. We were in the corner and enjoying the evening. Not 30 minutes into our meal the manager, Zee, came to our table and not so nicely told us that we were being too loud. What in the world? There was only two of us and my old dad who is a bit hard of hearing. We sat at 90 degrees to each other, not even across the table. This was not a table of drunken bachelor party crowd. We were not taking shots. We were not dancing on the tables or stomping our feet. We did not laugh uproariously (my dad doesn't really laugh at all lol). We kept all our clothes on. I've been dining out for many decades and never have anyone told me to be quiet, not to mention in such a rude and condescending way. But even if we were unreasonably loud, which I highly doubt, I would have really appreciated it if she used a friendlier, less judgmental tone and/or told me in private. Just pull me aside girl. My dad is visiting from across the country. I don't know if I get another dinner with him anytime soon or maybe ever again and I hate for this to be our last memory together. Me being told I'm being too loud in a restaurant when we were in a corner seat with two tables within 10 feet and I'm spending $500 for a 1.5 hour dinner to essentially have a conversation and bond, which I was not able to do since I stopped talking afterwards and felt humiliated. I was so shocked I didn't know how to react so I didn't for a while. I stopped eating too. I think the issue comes down to that I didn't feel like we were unreasonably loud and I was confused and shocked. I stopped talking because I felt self- conscious and didn't feel comfortable there anymore. Since I lost my appetite and didn't feel comfortable talking any more, there was no point in being there. We each had one piece of the tomahawk and the evening felt ruined. I asked to speak with the manager and lo and behold, it's.... Zee!! The same woman who rudely told us to basically stop talking. She was less than understanding, fake, rude, and basically told us to shove it up... How is this person the manager of a upscale dining establishment?? She was a straight up liar too. She told us multiple people complained. There were only two table within 20 feet of us. One table had one diner and he talked to us for a bit, was friendly, and left. Another table had 6 guys and were definitely louder than us. I stopped by and asked if we were bothering them with our loud voices and they said no. None of them ever turned around to look at us. No one else was even within earshot and everyone was talking and laughing. This is a restaurant. Not a meditation retreat. Aren't you supposed to socialize here? Even celebrate? I paid the $430 tab after not eating our meal and as I was walking to the parking, I felt so unsettled I turned around to ask about a refund since we didn't actually eat the steak or finish the meal. The same manager, Zee (I cannot get away from her), told us to leave and that there's security?? She was so unbelievably rude and condescending. I don't know what ever we did to offend her. I did notice that we were the only Asian people in the restaurant and maybe she didn't like us speaking Mandarin. My dad also pointed out that he noticed some racist vibes from her. So much baseless hatred. She threatened to call security on me even though I had not done anything aside from ask to dispute the bill and I was very aware to keep my voice extra low at this point. What was supposed to be a happy evening of celebration turned into one of the worst nights of my life. Humiliated. Treated with complete disdain, and after spending $300 on a steak we barely touched and it's now sitting in my fridge. I cannot even look at it and I stayed up until 5am last night so upset. This is simultaneously the worst treatment and most expensive meal I've ever had the displeasure of having.

Out the door it was $50-55 after tax and tip. The tacos were DELICIOUS. We ate them so quickly that we didn't even get a picture. They came out hot and gooey but didn't fall apart. The flavors were remarkable. The ceviche was next level. There were 3 different vibes. 1) a traditional ceviche flavor with citrus and a bit of a bite. 2) a cocktail sauce sort of flavor that was light and refreshing and a nice counter part to the sharpness of the traditional. 3) a sesame oil type flavor that was also light and refreshing but with a deeper toasty flavor to it. We argued over which one was the best, not with each other, but with ourselves! Because every time we took a bite of a different one we were sure THAT was the best one... Until we took another bite of the one next to it. I appreciate that the amount of chips was perfect for the ceviche, not feeling like we had leftover of ceviche or chips and had to eat disproportionate amounts of one or the other for any bites. There were two of us, and we were both very hungry. We finished off all food, and we walked away exactly and perfectly full and SLIGHTLY stuffed (we didn't feel sick but might have if we had eaten a couple more bites). Our only problem that we have been arguing over is when we go back, do we get the same items because we loved them so so so much? Or do we try something new?
