I went here today to meet up with a friend. This was my first time and I ordered a Soy Cappuccino. This was tasty and had a good amount of expresso. The great thing is that there is a parking garage as well as plenty of street parking. The only downside of the place is that it's a little on the small side. It's a great place to study or read, they play music but the playlist matches the environment and it's not too loud in there. I'm obsessed with their Iced Cubano, it's strong but delicious if you're into that. I've also tried their Mexican Mocha and that was pretty good too. Every time I've gone in, the staff has always been super friendly! Seating can be a little difficult to find during busy hours, but once the rush dies down there are usually open tables. I usually stick to the iced caramel latte with oat milk here and it's always consistently good. Lately, I've switched to decaf and I really can't tell the difference in terms of taste! Getting coffee from here is what I look forward to most Sundays when I'm in the area. This coffee shop is a good place to stop by and get your coffee. The atmosphere is very naturalistic since the furniture's material is wood and there are plants hanging on the shelves. The service is fast and staff are friendly. I ordered cappuccino and Almond Butter + Artisan Jam Toast. Cappuccino tastes fine and the toast tastes really good. I love how they drizzle the jam and cover the whole toast with almond butter. Keep in mind that they can run out of certain items, but that doesn't really stop the cafe from being a good one. First time here, came on a Sunday afternoon and parking was easy - they have a lot so parking wasn't an issue. The staff were friendly and my order was quickly made. There are a few tables but it was packed. I got an iced caramel latte and it was disappointing, it just tasted like a latte. I could not taste hints of caramel but I did taste the milk...a lot. I wish it came with caramel drizzle or something to give it more of a caramel taste. The bagel was fine, typical bagel from a bakery. They also had some (dog friendly) seating outside, near the entrance. I ordered an Iced Voodoo (although their seasonal specials looked tempting) and a Scrambled Egg Toast with Avocado Mash and Havarti Cheese. The Iced Voodoo came in a cute mason jar glass, and was absolutely delicious. I tasted the chocolate, but it wasn't too sweet, and definitely strong enough. The Scrambled Egg Toast took a bit longer to come out, and wasn't anything special. Between the presentation and taste, it was something I probably should've just made at home. Pretty filling though! Barefoot is an example of the perfect coffee shop, they have coffee, pastries, breakfast options, sell coffee beans and has seating. I renjoy their coffee drinks, mainly the lattes. But what I really enjoy more are their baked goods. They get their pastries from a San Francisco bakery and they are out of the world. Came back today for a productive work day. I was basically here for half of the day on the computer and it was great! Before coming, I was afraid there wasn't going to be any seating, but I got lucky! Come before the lunch rush if you want to chill there because it definitely picked up. There are a few seats with plugs, so no worries there. Decided to change it up today and got the hot Vanitte (basically a vanilla latte lol) with oat milk for here. It hit the spot - mid-sweet and creamy. It also came with a little bear today, haha. Free wifi and it was pretty quick too. Great environment to study or do work. Workers were super friendly. Recently discovered this place and it has now become one of my favorites. Location is right off of the main street, can't miss it. It's in between 2 stores (UPS to the left and Chipotle to the right). There's tons of parking off to the side or behind. Not a ton of space indoor, maybe 6 or 7 tables off to the side. Music is at the right volume, it's not too loud or quiet. I've seen other coffee shops where either the music is played as if it's a club or it's just extremely packed but you won't get that vibe here at Barefoot. People just usually do their own thing and I can appreciate that. There's a table right outside their store so if you're lucky, you're able to snatch that table and enjoy your drink(s) outside. Came in for the first time today and staff isn't the friendliest but maybe it's been a rough week or rough morning. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday morning; however, as I finished ordering, the line grew behind me. Service is fast and thank you to the one friendly barista who stopped what she was doing to get me a straw. I ordered an iced voodoo latte w/ less ice. 100% yumminess. It's creamy, rich, and flavorful. Can't taste much of the coffee but I can appreciate that it's not overly sweet. An extra plus for the fact that I asked for less ice due to my sensitive teeth and they still filled the cup all the way. 95% of places will not do that. We asked for recommendations at the tire shop where we'd dropped off our car. It was only a few blocks away so we decided to give it a try! From the exterior, the cafe doesn't look like much, but inside it has a very rustic, warm feel with wood paneling and an assortment of plants. The menu is unique! We ended up trying the VooDoo, which is a mocha with coconut milk, and it was sooooo good. The latte art was also exquisite! The baristas are friendly, the coffee is tasty, and the WiFi is free! I ordered a hot matcha latte and a bagely sandwich. Starting off with the sandwich: The bagely sandwich was surprisingly delightful! I really enjoyed all of the different components; they went very well together. The combination of mashed avocado, turkey bacon, eggs, and melted cheddar cheese came together perfectly. Initially, I thought it was a little on the pricey side for its size, but it was actually more filling than I anticipated. I can see myself ordering this again. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of their matcha latte. I'm used to drinking ceremonial grade matcha at home, but since I'm in the middle of moving, I don't have all my usual kitchen tools. The latte had an odd aftertaste that didn't sit well with me, so I doubt I'll be ordering this again. I did try my partner's dark hot chocolate, and while it wasn't overly sweet, it was flavorful--perfect for anyone who's not into sugary drinks but still wants that comforting cocoa taste. Barefoot has a unique selection of specialty drinks. I'm a fan of their syrups! We got two "shakerados" and a caramel latte. The shakerado (not the same as shakerato) was a barista's choice latte. Ours were 1) a chocolate/marshmallow drink and 2) cinnamon brown sugar drink. Both had well balanced flavors! The caramel latte was also solid. We also bought a bag of their redcab espresso beans to use at home for espresso. I'd definitely come back to try more of their drinks. Bonus points for the cute latte art. read more
