Glad this place has opened!! We were there while visiting the Annual Campbell Car show and was surprised to see that there wasn't a line. I got the Hawaii Ube Matcha Latte and it was good! Thicker than what I was expected but not bad. I would love to come here and work but I do not think they have WiFi available to the public. Vibes are so cute on the inside There's a lot of seating available on the inside and one unisex restroom available in the back. I'll have to come back to get their gelato another day!

Posted up here for matcha and a spot to do some work, and I loved it! The matcha was the perfect shade of green, and I highly recommend going with the default of half sweetened. The interior is cute and staff is speedy with orders and very friendly. Will be going back!

Welcome to the neighbourhood! What a great addition to downtown Campbell. I was there during this Soft opening and it officially opens today. The soft serve was great, but my preference is the pistachio Matcha gelato.

I was so excited when I saw on Instagram that this place just opened in Campbell, I went the next day. I went on a tuesday around lunch time, and it was completely empty. It's in downtown campbell so parking can be tricky if you go during peak hours. The place was spacious, clean, and welcoming. I ordered the matcha latte with boba and oat milk. It was so good. I will be coming back again this week to try the pistachio one.

Summer is right around the corner and you know you're craving something cold and sweet! I'm glad this has expanded to the South Bay, which means no more driving to SF for matcha desserts. There is one in downtown, but it is one of the few brick and mortar stores rather than a stand. The staff was friendly and I love how spacious and decorated compared to the SF and San Pedro location. I tried the Hokkaido milk/matcha soft serve and it was delicious! There's plenty of seating to sit back and enjoy your treat. Nice place to cool off on a hot summer day.

Matcha gelato with soy cream . Highly recommend both flavors compliment each other

It was so helpful to be able to put ourselves on the waiting list with Yelp! Definitely do it! As…read moreother reviews have said, parking is a BIG challenge. We were able to park on a side street & walk. Just a couple of blocks. They saw we were on the list & were seated right away. We chose to sit out on the patio. They had fans going, so the temperature was perfect. We were immediately served water in large containers. Helpful so we didn't have to ask for refills. (Our container emptied one time, and without asking, we were immediately brought another one.) You scan a barcode at your table on your phone to get the menu & order. I wasn't so sure about it being I'm technically challenged. Lol We had our 19yr old son with us though, and he loved it. Also helpful if you're going to split the bill. You just use your own phone. They have a big "heat level" chart on the wall that is helpful to see before you order. I got the sweet butter corn ramen & loved it. We all got our ramen within about 10-15min of ordering. Perfect size serving. Best ramen I've ever had! The broth was so flavorful & noodles perfect. I loved the way the egg was done. I got heat level one, which I thought had a nice spice to it. I tried my son's who ordered level 2 & it was a bit too spicy for me. When you order, they give you a bunch of options to check. What type noodles, extra egg, type of meat, add-ons, etc. I removed the bamboo shoots from mine. I would definitely go back & possibly try a different ramen, but knowing me, I'll get the same but probably add mushrooms. Other thing I thought was cute... there was a thin slice of what looked & tasted like imitation crab in the ramen. I had one slice & my son 2. Turns out it's to signify what heat level you got! As we left, I did see a waitress helping a table & showing them how to use their phone & order. So, if that is a concern, you'll get help!

Everything--truly everything--was delicious. Trent took great care of us and offered spot-on recommendations. We shared the chowder, cornbread, hamachi, salmon, and kampachi. The presentation was beautiful, the service impeccable, and the food absolutely off the charts--fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared. With just five small plates, we felt like we traveled the culinary world, hitting some of our favorite flavors from Thailand, Mexico, and Japan. We weren't sure how the Irish chowder and cornbread would fit alongside the raw bar selections, but it all came together seamlessly. A fantastic experience from start to finish--we can't wait to return.

The restaurant is located in downtown Campbell and there's plenty of street and garage parking. The restaurant itself had very simple, clean, and modern feel and was very intimate. The menu changes daily based on what's available, and we had the choice to do family sharing style ($125/person) or al la carte. Since the menu wasn't super extensive, we decided to give family style a try so we didn't have to think about what to order and how much to order. The family sharing style came with 4 raw dishes, 4 starter/appetizer dishes, 3 main dishes, and 1 dessert. For our raw dishes round, I really enjoyed the salmon (with some type of chili oil), and the scallops with Chinese sausage. For the appetizer round, I really enjoyed the clam (although a bit small) and the potato chip with caviar (very creamy and flavorful). As for the main, I really enjoyed the cornbread although would say the ikura gets a bit covered up by the creamy sauce (although still incredibly delicious). We also got a short rib but I found it to be a bit heavy in the sauce and on the saltier side. The dessert was a chocolate peanut bar that felt like a very elevated snickers bar. Overall, food is pretty good even though on the pricier side and the service is excellent. This is definitely more of a special occasion kind of restaurant!

I immediately loved the setup. Instead of the typical romantic table for two, everyone sits together along a large hibachi grill. You might share the table with another party depending on your group size. For a second or third date, it was actually perfect..the lively atmosphere helped ease my nerves and gave us something fun to focus on besides just making conversation. We ended up sharing our grill with a family of four. Our chef was hilarious and super interactive, which made the whole experience entertaining from start to finish. My boyfriend helped me navigate the menu since I had no idea what to order. I went with the filet mignon and shrimp combo, and it did not disappoint. The fried rice was especially delicious..everything was fresh and flavorful. I really enjoyed Kyoto Palace. It's a fantastic spot for a fun date night or any evening when you want great food with a little show. We went on a Friday night and it was busy, so I highly recommend making reservations (my boyfriend was smart enough to do so ahead of time). Bonus: It's located in a cute little plaza, perfect for a relaxing stroll before or after dinner. I'm so glad he introduced me to this place..great ambiance and even better company. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our experience during our most recent visit was so disappointing that we no longer plan to return. While we were having dinner, my dad was watching a soccer game on his phone. At no point did any staff member ask us to lower the volume. After the table behind us left, our waiter politely informed us that those guests had complained about the sound and asked if we could turn it down. My dad immediately lowered the volume without any issue. After that, we noticed the owner repeatedly looking at us and speaking to the waiter about the situation. Feeling uncomfortable, my dad asked if everything was okay. The owner's response was unexpectedly rude and confrontational. He aggressively told my dad to turn off the phone, even though the volume had already been lowered and my dad was complying. The interaction felt hostile and intimidating. From that point on, we felt extremely uncomfortable. The owner continued to stare at us and discuss the situation with staff while we were trying to finish our meal. Rather than stay and enjoy the rest of our dinner, we decided to leave. In more than 10 years of dining here, we have never experienced anything like this. We understand that noise complaints can happen and would have gladly cooperated, as we already did. What was upsetting was the way the situation was handled by the owner. Long-time customers should be treated with respect, and unfortunately, that was not our experience. Because of how we were treated, we will not be returning.

We're glad we picked here to show them what the Bay Area can do in terms of more authentic Japanese food. The decor is traditional and not fancy, but comfortable and clean. The shishito peppers were really tasty, not too hot, pleasantly hot. Edamame was typical, nothing really special, but it's a bit difficult to really elevate edamame. The braised pork was good and the lean parts were easy to selectively eat. Nothing here is aggressively seasoned, but also not at all bland, so it's a good balance of flavorful but not overbearing. The grilled chicken wings were okay, but nothing outstanding or memorable - but simple and fine. Our "main" dishes, the deluxe meshi, nike tofu, and okonomiyaki were all great! Really enjoyed all of them and they were again flavorful, authentic tasting, and generous portions to share. Wish this were a little closer to where we live, but we enjoy coming here whenever we do and I recommend this for trying more traditional dishes when you want something different than simple teriyaki and sushi rolls.

I liked their traditional izakaya decor inside. They also had a tatami seating area towards the back. We decided to go family style so that we could try more items on their menu. We ordered the Niku Trio Set, which included braised pork, grilled chicken wings, niku tofu, edamame, and shishito. The food came out really quickly. Other than the edamame, which was very bland, everything was very flavorful. The pork was very soft, and the sliced thin beef paired really well with the tofu in the niku tofu. Both dishes came piping hot, and were very comforting, like home-cooked food. The shishito peppers came with a lot of bonito flakes; they're charred very well and not spicy at all. Wings well nicely grilled, too. The seafood okonomiyaki was not bad. It's a bit softer than I expected, but had quite a lot of seafood. The large Deluxe Meshi was pretty big. It came in a hot stone pot with a generous amount of salmon, eel, flying fish roe and a poached egg. I loved how crispy the rice around the pot was. No wonder it's their most popular dish. If you like authentic Japanese food, I would highly recommend this place.
