Meh food with high prices. We all left with upset stomaches and had gas allllll night. Not worth the money at all. The kids food came out in about 5 minutes which tells me it was all premade and just sitting back in the kitchen. Even my kids noticed how quickly things came out. My daughter got buttered noodles and somehow they messed that up. My son got chicken tenders which looked as though they were pounded out to within an inch of their life. This is inside great wolf lodge, you'll want to make reservations because it can get busy and booked for hours. The waiters/waitresses are kind and attentive. The food is pretty good. But the menu is really really small. Just one piece of paper with maybe 15-20 options. Kids menu has 6 options I believe. (and not double sided) The steak is BOMB and done just how I asked (medium rare of course). Burgers are tasty. Kids enjoyed their chicken fingers. I just wish they would let you substitute sides. I don't like fries but I couldn't substitute unless I added a whole new side (for extra charge along with the fries that I wasn't going to eat) Water comes with a cute lemon on the side in a mason jar. I didn't try any other drinks so can't comment on those. read more

Meh. Just overpriced kiddie resort food in the Great Wolf Lodge. Wouldn't have selected this place outside of our lodge stay. 1/2 rack of ribs $25, full rack $29. Puzzling experience when our waiter advised the restaurant was sold out of full rack of ribs but 1/2 racks still available. Like having omelets but no over easy eggs... what? After a bit of prodding we were able to get to the bottom of this debacle. Management's attempt to prioritize profit and make supply stretch opted to only sell half racks. I guess the $4 up-charge for twice as many ribs was a bait & switch marketing tactic. If you can't afford to sell full racks, don't offer them. This is a family venue and sharing is caring, but I can't share a half plate with 4 little ones. Rest of the meals were bland and blah. After eating here we went next door to Costco for pizza. Took more than an hour and a half to be seated while tables were available as we saw. Cos people were being seated there time to time. Us, party of four and infant who is sleeping and not eating any food except mommy's breast, but somehow hostess put us in a line as a party of five so we had to wait until table for up to six people gets available. We stayed at Great Wolf lodge and tried to eat here on our first night. They open at 5pm so we got in line. Line was long and we waited 20 minutes to get up to the front, only to be told we needed to come back in 1.5 hrs to put our name on a list to eat then. After that I y would take another 30-45 minutes to get a table. I should add they had people sitting at 4 tables when we got to the front of the line. There are about 30 tables in the whole restaurant. It was very confusing. They also said they don't take reservations ‍ So I don't know how you even get a table. read more

Had a family meal here. Fast service. Food was great. Cannot complain. All the food was cooked well and no issues on the visit.

Server are really nice and the restaurant is great for kids. Staff was working hard, and they stayed happy despite being under staffed. Drinks can take a little while to get, one night we got our food before our drinks. It's very convenient to not leave the resort. It can be rather noisy in there with all the fun events happening for the kids in the lobby. You're unable to make a reservation for a group larger than 8, which was a bummer since we were traveling with 3 families. The giant pretzel app was delicious. The cauliflower shrimp stir fry was surprisingly tasty. The wedge salad with chicken was nice, just as you'd expect. My husband enjoyed the New York one night and the chicken another and he was happy with both. The kids menu items come with a side, plus apple slice and carrot sticks. read more

Spicy pasta is spicy and the shrimp is amazing. I added salmon and chicken and I honestly don't recommend it. If anything I'd add more shrimp for next time. Was looking through dinner choices at the resort .. looking for something outside of pizza and hot dogs and fast food, decided on this place. Saw they open at 5 so got in line dee minutes after and was seated right away. Ordered a kids Mac n cheese with fries and a build your own burger with mushrooms and bacon. Burger was really tasty .. very juicy and flavorful. Mac n cheese was good and fries were crispy and good amount of flavor. Kind of pricy. $18 for burger and fries and $9 for kids meal but was decent for resort pricing I guess. I was disappointed that our drinks were not served in mason jars since that is part of their specialty. Our drinks were served in plastic to go cups instead .. bummer! We placed our order. Drinks and an appetizer. They came out with a mistake, but they corrected it. We then place our food orders, the kiddos come out in 10 minutes and my wife's 5 after theirs. They eat and we are all sitting there. Nobody checks on us and I can't find our waiter. Food is pouring out of the kitchen and still nothing. My wife takes the kiddos and splits. I'm just sitting there looking for my waiter to tell him to just forget about my dinner. He shows up and I'm like, hey man, everyone is gone...they all ate.... We live in Manteca so we have heard about wolf lodge opening for years! We even saw it going up so it was only fitting to come try it. We don't have little ones at home anymore so it isn't a place we'd go for dinner. Maybe better place once we have future grandchildren. Especially to enjoy the many activities they offer. For now we came for dinner just to try it. With only 2 of us we sat very quickly (high top bar area) Ashley was our waitress and we started with drinks quickly we also got appetizer (pretzel w/cheese) it was really good just mention light salt if you aren't huge on salt like us couldn't decide on mains so looked at pics (which isn't a lot yet) my husband got BYO burger(almost didn't because the only pic of it didn't make it look appealing) he got it anyways and actually thought it was good! I got ribs w/mashed potatoes. The ribs were slightly dry but with side of BBQ sauce they were better. Also got side salad which is large but man prefect salad! I usually need extra dressing but this one was prefect! Over all our experience was good and we will be back (even without kids) hopefully Ashley will be there again because she's awesome! read more

My family was so excited to eat here when we visited GWL and was highly disappointed at how bad the food was. My two girls ordered the kids beef taco. The ground beef was dry and the tortilla was hard. Not soft to touch. They refused to eat it. I ordered the kids spaghetti and it had no flavor and the tomato sauce was so thick. The prices were to high too. We ended up going to sizzlers and chili on our next meal runs and the food was so much better. It's worth the 8 min drive out of the lodge parking lot. Don't eat here. The shrimp with fried rice got $30+ is something I'd expect from Panda Express. The shrimp were very small and most likely from a bulk freezer bag. Our waitress Karen was great very friendly. The tango tequila drink was delicious and the ribs were falling off the bone and the calamari was pretty good. Normally we're pretty picky on calamari so that on our list. But you know everybody's experience is different and I hope everybody has a good first experience.
