Stopped by Barrio Chino and ordered the lechon with fried rice and honestly it was incredible. The lechon was a standout. Super crispy on the outside and really tender inside with a ton of flavor. You can tell it's done right. The fried rice was just as good. Really well seasoned, not greasy, and it paired perfectly with the lechon. They're dishing out fresh, full flavor in solid portions. I don't know if it was the jerk chicken and that fact that it didn't have all the normal veggies Chinese fried rice had but I love it. I will most likely not eat anyone else's fried rice and just eat Barrio Chinos fried rice.
