I visited Dr Ginsberg a year ago for a small amount of botox and filler (I had previously had both in modest amounts for a natural look administered by board certified plastic surgeon). I explained my problem areas/concerns, what I had done in the past, then left it to Dr Ginsberg to make his recommendation. He suggested botox and filler under my eyes (which I had never done before) in addition to the usual locations. I trusted his advice and went ahead with it. Within a couple of days, the results were shocking. I had deep, wavy smile lines in my cheeks that were never there before and extremely alarming. Worse still, it was asymmetrical. The effect under my eyes made me look like a different person. Needless to say, I was panicking, having never asked for or experienced this before. I came back to the clinic, where Dr Ginsberg took zero responsibility for the poor results and instead explained how it was all due to MY face/muscles/tolerance etc etc. He dissolved what he could to undo the deep lines on my cheeks and under-eye filler. I left more than a little freaked out and $3k lighter for the experience. I never received any follow up or check in from Dr Ginsberg or the clinic. Zero... Until the 1 year anniversary of this experience where they called me to let me know I was probably due to come back and spend more money with them. No thanks. I get that results differ and it's not an exact science, but admit when you get it wrong. All he had to say was something along the lines of, "it clearly hasn't done what we had hoped / this isn't what it should look like / I'm sorry about the result", then show some duty of care post-visit. But, blaming me for the result, taking my money and then never following up was unprofessional and insulting.

I had my first appointment today with Dr Cellura to remove a few things that were bothering me. One was covered by insurance the others weren't. I found the front desk to be courteous and helpful. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen. The nurse who called on me was nice and polite. The Dr. had an excellent bedside manner. At no point did I feel rushed. I had a few questions for him and he answered patiently and with all the details I needed. I felt like I was in good hands. For what I had done, the prices were fair and everything was explained upfront unlike other dermatologists I've seen. I would definitely come here again and see Dr. Cellura.

Title: Poor Botox Injection…read more On December 3, 2025, I went to Dr. Connie Yang for Botox on my jawline. In my experience, Dr. Connie Yang demonstrated very poor skill in administering Botox. I clearly told her medical assistant that I did not want Botox injected into my chin because I naturally have a beautiful, sharp pointed chin. However, Botox was still injected into my chin. Due to Dr. Connie Yang's poor injection skill, my chin developed wrinkling and a shortened appearance, and my face became sagging. This problem has persisted for over three months. I regret choosing Dr. Connie Yang, who appears to be relatively new in practice. The outcome of this procedure has been very distressing and has significantly affected the appearance of my chin. After her poor Botox injections on my chin and jawline, my chin now looks shorter and unattractive, which was not the case before the treatment. I now need to consult a plastic surgeon to try to correct the damage to my chin. I was previously a patient of Dr. Paul Frank, who has over 25 years of experience, and I was always very satisfied with his injection results.
