THIS BASKIN-ROBBINS HAS MY FAVORITE ICE CREAM FLAVOR!!!!!!!!!! It doesn't matter to me how many other 30 flavors they claim to have (do they really have 31?) but the fact that I finally found my Chocolate Mousse here was GOLDEN! They stopped offering this at other locations (sad face), and I've searched high and low for it without any luck.....until finally, I unexpectedly came here for dessert after having Shabu next door and THERE IT WAS! I guess my diet would have to wait until after I come back a few more times! (HAPPY FACE) Service: 7/10 Ambiance: 7/10 - They need to play some music.

Stopped by after having dinner next door right before they closed and the young lady that was working was splendid . This review is for her. The ice cream is ... eh, it's BR what do u expect. Top notched customer service provided by this employee.

We ordered an Oreo ice cream cake with "happy birthday" written for pick up. Minimal wait when we arrived. Typical Baskin Robbin's ambiance. The place is kept clean and tidy. I just wish they offered free candles like some places do. However, Dollar Tree is right next doors so we hopped over to get our candles there. Taste-wise, I'd say it's a lot sweeter than I prefer, as most American cakes are. However, taste is consistent as they are a large and well known chain. This cake fed 8 adults perfectly. Parking in the plaza it is situated is pretty plentiful.

Of course, had to stop by and try the Dubai Chocolate ice cream. I added a scoop of Strawberry ice cream. They were better separately than together. Great Customer Service!

I haven't had one of these Banana Split, for long while. Pretty good except the scoops look small.

Went here a few weeks ago. I haven't went here for a long ago. The banana split. It was so delicious.

We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be. I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I did this by phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me my order would be right and ready on time. It was. The place is just spotless and the service is wonderful. We were so pleased with the cake. It was great. We also had some ice cream while we were there and it too was wonderful. We especially loved the service from the B&R. It was just perfection. Have a great time eating some ice cream.

This 31 Flavors is located in a crowded strip mall. Parking can be challenging. The store is usually not crowded and quiet. Service at this location varies in terms of friendliness, helpfulness, and quantity of ice cream given per purchase (this last issue is a factor at every store). 31 flavors ice cream quality is consistently good and it just depends on if you like their style or others better in terms of texture, creaminess, flavors offered, and sweetness level. On our last visit here we came in for an ice cream cake. They had the standard cake on the shelf we wanted. They have three standard sizes: feeds up to 4, feeds up to 6, and maybe feeds up to 8-10. The lady working in this visit was very nice and did a good job putting the writing on the cake. We recommend giving this store a try.

This is a great little Baskin-Robbins. Parking is easy and they keep to their posted hours--some close early. The service is great. They have a wonderful selection of ice cream. You can have cones, shakes, and drinks. They have a little eating area. I really enjoy their ice cream cakes. You can buy one right there, or pick one from one line or there and order it the way you want it. You will like this place.

I've always come to this location for ice cream and their ice cream cakes since I was a young child. The service has always been phenomenal and the variety in finding cakes and flavours are amazing. I would definitely recommend coming to this location if you want to get a quick bite of something sweet! There's not much to comment on for this location to improve on except the cleanliness and decorations around the store!

I remember when shaved snow was trending around 2010, maybe even earlier, and thinking how unique it was compared to regular shaved ice. If you've never had shaved snow, the flavor is actually incorporated into the frozen block itself. The machine shaves it into super thin, delicate flakes that practically melt in your mouth. It's completely different from traditional shaved ice, where you're mainly eating ice topped with flavored syrup. Watching the machine shave those thin layers off the block and voilà--you have your dessert! The $8.75 price for a small is definitely hard to ignore when it costs more than some boba drinks or even a bánh mì. But considering there aren't many shaved snow shops left and Salju managed to survive past COVID, I understand that prices have gone up. Shaved snow was honestly a game changer in the frozen dessert category for me. If you've never experienced it before, I recommend trying it at least once! Location & Parking: 3.5/5 Salju is tucked inside a small plaza with limited parking, so finding a spot may take some patience when it's busy. Ambiance: 4/5 There are a few tables inside, but it was crowded when we visited around 8:30 PM--understandable on a hot summer evening! The atmosphere was lively and filled with families and kids enjoying their desserts. Definitely more of a fun dessert stop than a quiet café. Overall: 4/5 The price makes it harder to consider this an everyday dessert, but shaved snow itself is still such a unique treat. With fewer shops specializing in it these days, I'm glad Salju is still around. If you've never tried shaved snow, it's worth experiencing at least once--especially on a hot summer night.

The girl working the counter was a young girl just getting by her summer day job. She was nice but timid. It was our first time there and a little more energy on her end could've been better. Ordered the ube swirl, pineapple dole whip, mung bean taiyaki, and a custard one togo. The taiyaki that goes onto the ice cream is a lot bigger than one we ordered to go. I thought it would be as big, but when I got it, it was so much smaller and flat. Also, the taiyaki that goes on top of the ice cream was old. It had been sitting there for a while or was made earlier as it was hard and difficult to bite. The red bean inside I also assumed was a paste like how they make the Japanese version, however there were whole pieces in there. It was okay, but I thought they'd be like paste. Overall, the only thing that was good was the ube swirl and the pineapple dole whip. It was also extremely warm in the shop, like no AC in the triple digits summer heat. Had to eat it elsewhere. I most likely won't be back.

Free street parking + parking lot in the back, underground parking as well along with free Wi-Fi in the shop. Staff here is pretty mixed. While they're friendly, they seem a bit slow at times. They can take up to 10-15 minutes per order even if there's not much customers, not sure what the exact process is but sometimes they're fast but sometimes slow, could be just a off chance experience. Most pictures you see from Tea Brick are their amazing and unique bottle designs, which you can pay a tad bit extra to get the bottle with your drink rather than the standard cups. I'd say it's pretty worth it considering it's not too much of a expensive and it's definitely worth the social media posts. It's very cute and they have plenty of designs from time to time. As a dog owner, I love their designs. They can be reusable in a sense even though there's a hole for your straw that you can't seal yourself. As for the drinks, they're not the best but not the worse either. They can be refreshing at times especially on a warmer day. We were told that these would be smaller scoops of each but you get to enjoy the variety, which was perfect for us. We opted for the Kinder, Ube Malted Crunch, and Japanese Neapolitan. This in itself was a nice mix of matcha, Sakura or Japanese cherry blossoms, and Hokkaido milk. All of the flavors were mild and not too sweet. I think my favorite was the Japanese Neapolitan. To be honest I was less excited by my experience with the Irvine location, but the flavors I tried here were much better. My cousin and I had a nice treat.
