Overall good service + good food. Since the last time I came here, they have improved in looks and in service. I along with my friends were provided with samples of flavors that we haven't tried. I got Strawberry Cheesecake and Strawberry (you get a free cone if you get double scoops or more. Young-Jae was very helpful with would explain to me about the social media promotions, and other promotions that they had including the discounted scoops on Tuesdays and on the 31st of any month. I receive splendid service here. Very upbeat and cool employees that handle customer service politely and nicely! Once you walk in, they greet you, tell you some of the offers that they have, and then offer you free samples! There's only a few tables inside, but usually people just get their ice cream and leave. Ice cream itself is bomb. Price range is usually $3-$6 here on a regular basis. However, if you come every Tuesdays it's $1.69 for a regular scoop, and if you come on the 31st of each month they have their special. If you're thinking about coming to Baskin Robbins for cakes or ice cream, this location is the place to go to! Located on Valley in the Big 5/Rite Aid plaza! This place is okay. I came today with my nephews and nieces. The employees here don't smile. The girl that was helping us seemed like she didn't want to be working and was not friendly. Whatever though because all the kids pay attention to is the ice cream they're about to gobble up. Came in the other day to buy my dad a birthday cake. First off, when I walked over to the cakes the Baskin Robbins employee came out and immediately asked me if I needed help. I thanked him and decided to make a decision regarding the cakes for myself. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the cakes were not as expensive as I thought. Plus, they had an assortment of sizes and variety. I was glad! I decided to go with the smallest cake that they sell which states it is for 2 - 4 people. It was a chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream. It was a generic design but still cute. When I told the employee the cake was for my dad, he said that he could write Happy Birthday Dad on the bottom. His hand writing skills were great! The cake alone cost me $12.99 but the thanks and good cheer from my dad was priceless! Thank you Baskin Robbins for good customer service and for a delicious product! read more

Went to buy a birthday cake for my son and didn't know it at the time, but their was no manager in the store. The only worker was a trainee who apparently didn't know how to write on cakes. Totally ruined my son's cake. Didn't even spell his entire name on it cause he ran out of room, and it was not a small cake. He wrote way too big. The trainee did apologize and gave us some candles. I don't do reviews, but I would give this place a ZERO star rating. To begin with, the customer service is absolutely horrible. My friends and I decided to get ice cream since today was the 31st and if i'm going to be spending money I want to enjoy my food. My friends and I asked for 2 samples each and the old man behind the counter yelled at us, "ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO BUY ANYTHING OR ARE YOU JUST HERE FOR THE SAMPLES!?" I felt so disrespected. The 20 year old employee had no name tag and began to laugh and shake his head. This store needs employee training or they should fire those two people. There are a couple of Baskin Robbins in my area, but this is by far my new favorite. This location is under NEW OWNERSHIP and can I just say... what a difference? The old owners employed employees who were not helpful and rude. NOW, thanks to the new owners.... this place has flipped! It is now clean, organized and the people who work here offer awesome customer service. Yung Jin helped me out and he was so helpful, made sure I liked my ice cream and offered me multiple samples. There is where I go when I need a "quick fix" before picking up my kid. It is usually empty and the cashiers are generally nice. As for the ice cream itself is decent. I usually get flavors with "chunks" in them, though they are usually lacking in chunks when moving from sample to actual scoop and the quality is pretty average. I love sweet things and nothing beats an ice cream on a hot day. Baskin Robbins always have pretty cool flavors along with the traditional flavors we all know and love. Their waffle cone is also pretty sturdy and really crispy. I'd probably come here again if it's hot and I'm in the area (maybe). So why the 2 star review? I came in a few days ago and ordered a double scoop. The server asked if I wanted a cup or cone. I asked how much the cone was and she said waffle cones are free with a double scoop. Free? Heck yes! So I got my two flavors (Oreo cookies and cream and Reese's Peanut Butter cup. They were good). So she went to ring me up at the register and, while putting in my order, made this "uh-oh" face. I didn't pay much attention to it because I was in a rush but I probably should have. She told me the total was $5.98. $5.98? A double scoop cost $4.99. I asked why it was almost $6 and she said it was just tax. Tax? I don't remember BR charging tax. I couldn't wait any longer because my sister was waiting outside and the cone was already starting to melt. So I just paid and left. After me and my sister shared the cone I pulled out the receipt when I got home. I saw that it wasn't tax that made it more expensive. I was charged for the "free" waffle cone. Please don't offer me something free then charge for it. Or, if it was a mistake at the cash register, FIX THE MISTAKE. Don't continue on like nothing happened and rip your customers off. Most importantly, don't lie to your customers. So to summarize, BR has good ice cream, good waffle cones, and are decently priced. Just make sure to check your receipt right after you pay. Don't just shove it in your pocket because you are in a rush (like I did). read more
