Baskin Robbins use to be my place for my ice cream craving when I was a kid. Haven't been to this place in a long time so I decided to stop by one day. The store is still pretty much the same. I was greeted by a young female worker that offered me a free sample. The free sample is a little on the small side, but I can't complain since its free. I ended getting up getting a vanilla ice cream to eat on a hot summer day. The quality is still the same. Definitely satisfied after not coming for so long. read more

This store is under new ownership. The new owner is really nice and is really fast in fulfilling orders. The employee that was working here also seemed really nice. Absolutely hands down one of the best service in all the previous locations I've been to. Although many of the workers were friendly, one of them stuck out to be helpful and meet my ice cream needs. Greeted me with a smile and made me feel like my needs were going to be met no matter how big or small they were going to be. I believe his name was Eric. 2:30, Halloween. I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS. This place has the rudest customer service IN THE UNIVERSE. The elderly man without uniform behind the counter asked me and my other friends if we were going to buy something. Now I know employees ask that if people stand around for too long, but we stood there because we were waiting for someone to help us get icecream. No one came to us after my friends asked for one sample each until the old man came by and said if we were going to buy anything. I said I was going to, but I wanted to try this flavor I never seen before, and he gave me ATTITUDE because supposedly he thought I wasn't going to buy anything, and asked again if I was going to purchase something. He even told me they were really busy today, but there was no one in line or people would be already eating their icecream. I said AGAIN that I wanted a sample this icecream and he did give me the sample, but only on 10% of the spoon. Not only did he give all of us attitude, he assumed that since we are teens, that we just wanted samples and then leave. With that in my mind, and all of us already angry, we wanted to leave store. Young Asian female clerk with glasses was rude. I went in asking if I can use the birthday coupon from their email. She asked for my ID and scanned the coupon and said it doesn't work then went to ask 2 other people. Someone came out and showed her how to do it. Learn how to do your job and don't treat your customer like a liar and make them feel like shit on their birthday! I told the clerk that knows how to apply the birthday coupon that the other clerk made me feel like a liar. She just said "It's fine." What terrible attitude of people working here. The Indian guy that works there is completely racist and rude. He was not friendly and kept rushing my dad and I to hurry up. He gave us small proportions of ice cream. 1st time in a Baskin Robbins in a couple of years. First off...the Hispanic kid that helped us was fantastic and that's why I didn't give 1 star. He was obviously new or the "manager" is a true micromanager. No prices listed on the board which I thought was a bit odd, but my son and I wanted a treat so price wasn't an issue. So the young Latino man takes my order...I am very specific (ordered same thing for years...even though it has been a while). He goes to the "manager" to inquire about my order for some reason and the manager states "WE CHARGE FOR EVERY THING". (I didn't even ask a price...if anything was included....nothing...just ordered my usual). So I go to pay and right across the counter it indicates..free waffle cone with any 2 or more scoops...it was offered to all prior guests...not even brought up to us. He then states.. let me ring you up so all your stuff is free...what is he even talking about??? My total was $11+. He was rude, condesending and unwelcoming. If you are going to train someone...do it out of the eye and ears of customers. Disappointing...would rather drive further to feel welcome. Too many other ice cream places around. read more

I'm so glad I came to this Yelp page to find people have had the same bad experience with the owner, the Indian gentleman everyone seems to mention! I came here on my lunch break for a quick scoop of ice cream, he seemed to be the only one trying to run things with a line of about 5-7 people. After waiting about 10 minutes and speaking with this kind lady who told me she comes every Tuesday for ice cream I was excited to finally order! I ordered my single scoop which came to about 2 or 3 dollars and I hand the guy a $5.00 bill. He accused me of using fake money!!! I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. Right away he checked the bill, first toward the light, then feeling it, then he had the nerve to tell me it was fake! FIVE DOLLARS! I was so upset and explained that it was a five dollar bill, why would it be fake? He was extremely rude towards me and I felt so embarrassed especially with a line of 5 people behind me, I could literally feel myself turning red. I slammed my melting ice cream on the counter and demanded my money back! He refused to give me the money back because he had already scooped the ice cream (cheapskate) and said it was mine and it was paid for. I demanded my "fake money back" and walked right out! Luckily there was a rite aid right next door where I finally got my single scoop for half the price. Never returning here again. read more

When I was next in line, the owner asked about my day and was very fast with getting my order. When I left, I dropped my scoop of ice cream and went back in. Waited in line for about 30 mins to get an ice cream cone. There were 3 parties in front of me, with 2 employees behind the counter. For some reason one of the employees behind the counter was just decorating cakes (and no one was there to even pick up a cake) while the other employee helped EVERYONE BY HERSELF. Props to her for getting through the line as quickly as possible with no help from the other employee! I don't understand why she couldn't stop decorating the cakes and take care of the customers first!? I work in food retail as well and customers always come first. We stop whatever we're doing when a customer comes in to get them in and out as fast as possible. Unfortunately, at this baskin robins decorating cakes is more important than serving customers and making us wait in line longer than needed. Great customer service. The manager and workers are always very professional and friendly. I order all my kids and family members cakes at this branch. They can customize any look or character theme you choose even if it's not in their catalog. All the cakes over the years taste yummy. They are coupon friendly too. I always use a $3 off coupon on every cake i buy. After a purchase they will give you a card with the $3 coupon that you can use for your next visit. read more

I have been to this Baskin Robbins many times whenever I felt like grabbing some ice cream. The ice cream is not gourmet, but it is definitely good. It is sweet and creamy, and they have some really good flavors. I like the cookies n' cream, mint n' chip, strawberry shortcake, french vanilla, chocolate brownie fudge, and other flavors are really good too. I like how they have customized ice cream milk shakes where you can virtually get a milk shake with any ice cream flavor. The cappuccino blast is awesome! It is a great ice cream, coffee milk drink! Definitely not the usual. It is not to pricy, and the service here is not bad (depends who is working on that specific day). If you can eat ice cream, do not get the scoops and just buy a half pint. instead of getting three scoops for $5, just get the half pint! It is so much more worth it! Of course, there is a lot of sugar and fat in all their ice creams, but they are very good! read more
