Absolutely unprofessional staff. The tall guy with the tattoos has a horrible attitude and nothing is ever done about it. Always rolling his eyes and giving people a hard time. Sometimes he grabs cones without gloves and his coworkers never correct him. They also deleted my last review. Won't be coming here again until they discipline bad staff members like him. Also through door dash as someone else has mentioned. I've received the wrong cone on multiple occasions. I'll order and pay extra for a fancy cone but receive a regular one. read more

5 stars for service and quality! Called in the day before I needed a customized cake and spoke to Megan, one of the managers and baker. Decided to try my luck even though I was almost certain that I was unable to place my order due to what the other BR locations told me as they needed more than 2 days in advance for customized orders. Megan, however, was so nice, sweet and creative. I took the design in and showed Megan what I had in mind. She immediately threw in creative ideas that she had in order to create a cake that is perfect for me. It was such a pleasant experience to work with someone who was so enthusiastic to cater to my every need the day before the cake is needed, and also someone who was as excited as Megan to create this cake for me. At 9:27p the doors were locked while 2 young girls were sweeping & mopping the floor, ignoring us trying to come in. The sign on the door said 10pm. I understand times are hard, but I raise the price by a little, dont cut the amount of ice cream, which WE PAY for less than a fourth of what we use to get. This is robbery!!! 5 stars for the customer service at this location. I was here to buy an ice cream cake and the lady who helped me was super helpful. I'm really indecisive, so I told her what flavors I was looking for and she helped me pick out some cakes. The one I picked was slightly dented and missing some of the frosting, but she quickly fixed it up for me. She also asked me if I wanted the words "Happy Birthday" written on it, but I told her that I was worried it wouldn't fit since the cake didn't have much room on the top. I have been coming to this Baskin Robbins for some time because it is conviently located by my house. Tonight was the last straw, there is a male worker there with a cross tattoo on his arm who I cannot stand, he is rude, a smartass, and is not funny. I put in the most simple order and he chose to roll his eyes at me. Don't want to get into anything else he did, but I am fed up. I am driving to one further from my house I only kept going because of the other workers who provide WAY better customer service he ruined it for me. I just spent an afternoon with my aunt and cousin here. I am discontent with the service. The customer service was awful to say the least. This girl with blonde hair did not help us out for a good 10 minutes, she was cleaning up to close even tho it was barley 9:30. As a person who works at customer service it was so unacceptable. Bought one scoop that basically came out to maybe a kids scoop size and was charged 3.99. I didn't notice until I came home and looked at the portion I go to other locations periodically and although pay just about as much as this I have been given a standard scoop. Save your time and money and go get the rite aid ice cream. Cheaper plus it tastes better! I usually get the coconut pineapple and cherry ice cream and have gotten it at both places... Rite aid for the win. And rite aid has better customer service. When I asked to change from a cup to a cone the ice cream girl was too busy rolling her eyes at me to notice which cone I pointed at. Every single year I order an ice cream cake from here and it's perfect I order a happy birthday ice cream cake and it comes out great I have no idea if you guy have got new employees or staffing but it is horrible customer service and quality I am not happy one bit with the outcome of this cake. There was so much air and empty space in the container that when I packed it down it only filled half of the container. This location should be avoided. Okay I just want to start off by saying this Baskin Robbins is like a second home to me. Peggy is a very sweet amazing owner. She is one of the most caring owners/boss I've ever known. I recommend this place as a very good first job to work at if you're a young person who has never had a job before this place is a great place to work at. I grew up in Fullerton/brea. So after the movies we always go get ice cream. I swear their portions get smaller and smaller every time I go. This time, I said, oh.. I asked for a regular scoop, not a kids scoop. And she said. Oh. That's the regular scoop. My husband then asked for a kids scoop and it was the same size. Haha.
