This is the training headquarters for deliciousness and the only one with a drive-thru that I know of! I've been a fan of 31 Flavors since I was a kid. My all time favorite flavor is Jamoca. They offer free samples. The have a small umbrella table section to hangout, cool AC inside - can be chilly sometimes. You get coupons on receipts ;) Downside, they don't offer soft serve or 31 below anymore? Why??? Their customer service is super outstanding but can be a little annoying when you walk-in. No sign or anything. Drive through closed and counter closed as well. Thats pretty lame that you don't update your hours or put a sign up.

Sure this location isn't really near anything, but fortunately it has a drive-thru! But seriously, I don't know of any other locations that do. They tell me that they do exist, they the powers that be. But I've only ever seen this one. In any case, on my last visit everyone was incredibly nice and of course they have just a few short of a million flavors to choose from. I believe it's located in the building where they hold training, I might be making that up, but I suppose it could explain its flagship feel. read more

Ahh the Flagship Store...there is nothing like it. They have some flavors not found at other BR locations, cakes and treats that are also unique to this store, can make anything you desire with the ingredients they have available (oh how I miss the Butterscotch Triple Shake), AND there's a drive-thru option. Service is great, people are kind, and BR will always be the best in my humble opinion. read more

I have been to this location so many times during the pandemic! The drive thru is super convenient and I love it! But...lately I don't like the service. I have ordered a caramel cappuccino blast several times and each time there is more caramel on the outside of the cup then the inside! I asked for napkins immediately after getting a handful of sticky caramel and the employee sees but says nothing at all! I unfortunately won't be visiting this location any longer. read more

When my son requested a donut shaped ice cream cake for his birthday I immediately thought of the Baskin Robbins flagship store on Victory. If anyone could do it, they could. I went in and talked to the cake decorator who assured me it could be done and offered suggestions for authenticity. The end result was exactly what my son wanted and he was so happy with it. Love this location!!! They have a drive thru!!! I've been here a few times and and haven't had a bad experience yet. The inside is fairly large and they have a good selection of frozen treats. They even have frozen chocolate covered bananas. This is the only location that I've ever seen them at. Did I mention that they have a drive thru?!? What a life saver read more

It's all about the DRIVE-THRU! Where else can you get your ice cream fix without having to step foot out of your car?! Love it! Super convenient! And the ice cream quality is consistent with a chain, as you'd expect. Service is always friendly, though maybe not the speediest. All in all, great spot for ice cream. On the downside: they do not have a public restroom, so beware when you take the kid-lets here. Try explaining that to a toddler who just washed his ice cream down with a bunch of water. I usually LOVE this Baskin-Robbins, it's one of my favorites. But tonight I was so disappointed, my family and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of single scoop vanilla and a cappuccino blast... my bf ordered but he has slight bell's palsy so sometimes it's hard to hear him. I guess they didn't understand him and I just saw them cracking up. The man came to the window with attitude but continued talking to an other guy charged us. He handed us our order and walked away, we realized he didn't get out order right. We waited at the window for them , the three men glanced over but didn't come so we parked and I went in to order again. As the a lady helped me this time I over heard the guys talking about our order. It was a simple mistake that could have been fixed but instead they seem too into their conversations then the customers. read more

I've been coming here since I was old enough to walk down the street by myself. This was the store I grew up next to, it even has a drive thru! One of the biggest stores I've ever visited, almost looks like a corporate office is located in there. Everything on their menu is ridiculously good! Even though it's changed over the years, Baskin Robbins has never let me down. My favorites include the banana split with rainbow sherbet and pineapple topping, as well as all of their tropical flavored smoothies. Cool Tuesdays!!! Kids scoop $1.00 and Regular scoop $1.50!!! Can't beat that price. It wasn't packed when we got there but after awhile there was a long line. I felt bad for the guy. He was the only one there. But he did move fast and knew what people ordered. Not much place to sit about 3 tables and 6 chairs. But who will stay there all day.
