This is a smaller location, and we took advantage of their drive thru! Summer is about enjoying all of the cold, refreshing treats and we always partake. Love that they advertise they are gluten sensitive (not considered safe for celiac) they have dairy free options as well. The drive thru was fast and only took 5 minutes. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 scoops each, and he made his in to a sundae ( adding whipped cream, chipped nuts, chocolate sauce and a marachino cherry on top) I had the chocolate and peanut butter and rocky road. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and decadent. The price was $14 for our orders. Although costly for a few scoops of ice cream it's worth it for the value. Can't recommend this location enough. The lady that checked us out and prepared our order was friendly and lovely! Convenience, quality, and customer service 10/10

My mom loves ice cream cake so I decided to get a cake from here for her birthday. I saw a few options online but didn't know if you could customize the cakes. Lili ended up helping me order this beautiful custom cake and it turned out perfect! She was very nice and helpful. We got white cake with chocolate chip cheesecake and it was so yummy! Always a great experience at this location. :)

I went to Baskin-Robbins with my daughter, and she found a huge chunk of paper inside her ice cream. When I brought it back to the counter, the employee didn't apologize once, instead, he told me I only had two options: either get a refund or get a replacement. The way he said it was very rude and dismissive. I decided to get a refund, but my daughter wanted to pick another flavor instead. He said that since it cost more, I'd have to pay the difference -- even though this whole situation was their mistake! And unsanitary food given to a child! With a foreign object found inside!!! He was so rude about it, and when he tried to process the transaction, he couldn't even figure out how to give the discount. In the end, I didn't have to pay the difference, but the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. No apology, poor customer service, and no sense of responsibility for serving ice cream with a piece of paper in it. Very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins!

This has got to be the BEST Baskin Robbin's I've ever been to. This feels like a classy upgraded ice cream shop. The place is clean and brightly decorated. There are all kinds of specialty items here. Dubai policy Le's (pistachio almond ice cream dipped in chocolate and topped with gold candy) and mango popsicles. Service is quick and amazing! The employees welcomed everyone and served them quickly. Super friendly! I got the banana royale (2 scoop sundae with banana). It was made perfectly. I most appreciate that the almonds on top were toasted crunchy and tasted super fresh. This told me that the store does a lot of orders wheee there is turnover in inventory. Delightful!

I want to start off by saying the staff was great. Very kind and helpful. The ambiance is casual. I went in to try the new Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream bar! It's apparently only for a limited time. I'm obsessed with anything pistachio and I've been wanting to try the Dubai candy bar so this was right up my alley. The ice cream bar has Pistachio Almond Ice Cream and a Pistachio Cream layer with Knafeh (thinly shredded pastry dough - can be a bit crunchy) dipped in chocolate. On first bite, I tasted the chocolate the most and the creaminess of the ice cream but not so much the pistachio and knafeh. I was hoping to really taste that pistachio (it was very very mild) and really taste the crunchiness of the knafeh. There was a little. The aesthetic of the bar was beautiful though, they did a great job with that. All and all I would visit Baskin again because it's classic, but I wouldn't get this Dubai chocolate bar again because the flavor just wasn't there for me. That's why I took away a star. I took away a second star because I don't visit Baskin often, but them introducing these new flavors could bring me back more!

This location is the Baskin Robbins training center so the service is excellent . This is cleanest and friendliest Baskin- Robbins I've been to. The interior is always so clean and bright. The best part is they have a drive- thru and extended hours of operation. The location is larger than the typical BR, so they have more flavors on sale than anywhere else. They also have a patio seating area. Prices reasonable Ample parking They offer free samples

I'm not sure what's going on with this specific location, but as of lately the Ice cream is always melted, the service is like your presence irritates them. This picture was taken last wed for the promotion of banana splits it was so bad I just threw it away. I can see why more people are going to Handels now.. & it's cheaper.

My wife and I stopped by this Baskin Robbins last night to get some late night ice cream. We were in the area which is why we came to this one. I never seen a drive thru Baskin Robbins before so it was a first for me. When we came, there was 2 cars in front of us. When it was our turn to order, I got the Oreo cookies n cream on a regular cone and my wife got her rocky road on a sugar cone. It didn't take them long to prepare our ice cream, it was ready when I pulled up to the window. I just parked in one of the parking spots near the exit of the drive thru. Our ice cream was delicious and we would come back again.

I never thought after going here for over 20 years I would leave a bad review. 1st off the Ice Cream texture has definitely went downhill, the scoops of Ice Cream seem to be frost bitten, the flavor felt water down, "Cherry jubilee" "Cookies N Cream" "Rocky Road" 2nd I went in there to buy a few of the new Dubai Chocolate ice cream Bars, and I almost wet my pants from laughter because I thought it was a legit Joke ! Tiny Ice Bar for $10!!!!!! EACH!!! This should definitely be against the law! Two bites! And $10!!!! Each!! 3rd Now they got young kids working who have a very rude and unprofessional attitudes! I think they need to hire New Management ASAP!

It really is clean and quick service. I've been in person and it can be difficult to know where to order but they attend fast. I would say the drive thru can improve on getting the orders right I've asked a few times to have light fudge on my banana royale and they've drenched my ice cream with fudge when asked light fudge.

$10 for one ice cream bar -- expensive. Would I do it again? Absolutely! After seeing this all over social media I finally made my way to try it. I found it kinda cool that this Burbank location was the only one to have it, but seems like they're at many other locations now too! I called on a Wednesday evening to see if they had some left and quickly made my way. The girl who helped us out was super friendly but I didn't get her name. Though it was a little too hard to bite, it was pretty damn good!

Ayo! Okay Baskin Robbin's !!!! I see you keeping up with the trends with the famous Dubai Chocolate Bar. Love how you did your twist with an Ice Cream Bar. This location has to be the most modern Baskin Robbin's with a Drive Through and hand made Ice Cream Bars. All the other franchises need to follow this foot print before the go out of business. Anywho, I happen to work in Burbank so dropped in but yall were sold out. Placed an order and picked it up the next day. It was actually very delicious and worth the wait! The crunchy texture with the knafe and pistachio cream was amazing. I'd love to see you guys fool around and add a Biscoff version or Nutella. Staff is amazing so friendly and efficient. Inside was very clean with plenty of sitting inside and outside. I will be back, y'all need to order this Bar ASAP!

Ahh the Flagship Store...there is nothing like it. They have some flavors not found at other BR locations, cakes and treats that are also unique to this store, can make anything you desire with the ingredients they have available (oh how I miss the Butterscotch Triple Shake), AND there's a drive-thru option. Service is great, people are kind, and BR will always be the best in my humble opinion. read more

This is the training headquarters for deliciousness and the only one with a drive-thru that I know of! I've been a fan of 31 Flavors since I was a kid. My all time favorite flavor is Jamoca. They offer free samples. The have a small umbrella table section to hangout, cool AC inside - can be chilly sometimes. You get coupons on receipts ;) Downside, they don't offer soft serve or 31 below anymore? Why??? Their customer service is super outstanding but can be a little annoying when you walk-in. Please give a little room to breathe, browse and think what flavor to choose - I always feel rushed read more

Sure this location isn't really near anything, but fortunately it has a drive-thru! But seriously, I don't know of any other locations that do. They tell me that they do exist, they the powers that be. But I've only ever seen this one. In any case, on my last visit everyone was incredibly nice and of course they have just a few short of a million flavors to choose from. I believe it's located in the building where they hold training, I might be making that up, but I suppose it could explain its flagship feel. read more

I have been to this location so many times during the pandemic! The drive thru is super convenient and I love it! But...lately I don't like the service. I have ordered a caramel cappuccino blast several times and each time there is more caramel on the outside of the cup then the inside! I asked for napkins immediately after getting a handful of sticky caramel and the employee sees but says nothing at all! I unfortunately won't be visiting this location any longer. read more

I love the convenience of the drive thru so getting your ice cream late at night (they're open till 10 pm) is easy! The employees are friendly, courteous, and give great recommendations if you're stumped on what to get! It's worth the drive to get here - you won't be sorry :) read more

When my son requested a donut shaped ice cream cake for his birthday I immediately thought of the Baskin Robbins flagship store on Victory. If anyone could do it, they could. I went in and talked to the cake decorator who assured me it could be done and offered suggestions for authenticity. The end result was exactly what my son wanted and he was so happy with it. Usually service is amazing here, this wasn't the case tonight. We went through the drive through window and received lackluster customer service without the usual BR charm. Teller seemed bothered that she had to attend to customers. Food products were fantastic as usual. I wish the customer service was a bit friendlier and more diligent. Love this location!!! They have a drive thru!!! I've been here a few times and and haven't had a bad experience yet. The inside is fairly large and they have a good selection of frozen treats. They even have frozen chocolate covered bananas. This is the only location that I've ever seen them at. Did I mention that they have a drive thru?!? What a life saver read more

Tried the two dairy free flavors: daiquiri ice and triple grape ice, I preferred the grape flavor, but friends like the daiquiri, which is lime flavored. Outdoor seating was great, they even have a drive through, which can cause you to get blocked in. read more

It's all about the DRIVE-THRU! Where else can you get your ice cream fix without having to step foot out of your car?! Love it! Super convenient! And the ice cream quality is consistent with a chain, as you'd expect. Service is always friendly, though maybe not the speediest. All in all, great spot for ice cream. On the downside: they do not have a public restroom, so beware when you take the kid-lets here. Try explaining that to a toddler who just washed his ice cream down with a bunch of water. Yikes! read more

This location is fantastic! The employees are great. They are always super helpful and kind. I really like coming to this location for birthday cakes or just ice cream! I usually LOVE this Baskin-Robbins, it's one of my favorites. But tonight I was so disappointed, my family and I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 orders of single scoop vanilla and a cappuccino blast... my bf ordered but he has slight bell's palsy so sometimes it's hard to hear him. I guess they didn't understand him and I just saw them cracking up. The man came to the window with attitude but continued talking to an other guy charged us. He handed us our order and walked away, we realized he didn't get out order right. We waited at the window for them , the three men glanced over but didn't come so we parked and I went in to order again. As the a lady helped me this time I over heard the guys talking about our order. It was a simple mistake that could have been fixed but instead they seem too into their conversations then the customers. read more

I love Baskin Robins and this one is awesome. It has a drive through! One thing that I dont understand is why they got rid of the only flavor I really like!!#??? Why oh why no strawberry cheesecake ice cream? It's weird and crazy!! It makes me mad. It was nice knowing you Baskin Robins. We had a good run...but I must bid you farewell. Can't go wrong with ice cream. Plus, this place is walking distance from my place which means I'm actually burning calories by eating it. At least that's what I tell myself when I blame my wife's cooking for my weight gain. When you walk in and scream I want ice cream that usually sets off some kind of panic so I don't recommend it. read more

Tiago (so sorry if I misspelled his name) is such an amazing employee and handles customers so well! Unfortunately, I had to witness a customer giving him such a hard time due to the fact that they demanded a free water bottle because they decided to spend $30 on ice cream when they offer free water there. Free water was not good enough for them apparently so they decided to keep giving Tiago a hard time asking for the managers name and such. I'm so impressed with how well he handled these rude customers. read more

I ordered a 3 scoop sundae and when the girl behind the counter put the last scoop in the cup, I said "wow those are very small scoops" and one of the other girls said "our sundaes are made with child size scoops" Can someone show me where it says on the sign that says $4.99 for a three scoop sundae that they are child size scoops? read more

Super friendly staff, very attentive & expedient! I went around 5pm on a Tuesday and wasn't expecting them to be so busy! Parking was a little annoying but thats just bc they were super busy. I've been coming here since I was old enough to walk down the street by myself. This was the store I grew up next to, it even has a drive thru! One of the biggest stores I've ever visited, almost looks like a corporate office is located in there. Everything on their menu is ridiculously good! Even though it's changed over the years, Baskin Robbins has never let me down. My favorites include the banana split with rainbow sherbet and pineapple topping, as well as all of their tropical flavored smoothies. Make sure you ask for the heavy whipping cream instead of the canned stuff, you'll love it! read more

Best Baskin Robbins in the world.... but they actually are, they are the number 1 store in the world! They have most amazing cakes, even when you don't have time to preorder. Always have my favorite flavors in stock, and even new interesting flavors that they let you try! Not only are the products fresh and amazing, but customer service is superb. Always have the greatest staff that are always smiling. Drive thru is so convenient on a hot summer day! Cool Tuesdays!!! Kids scoop $1.00 and Regular scoop $1.50!!! Can't beat that price. It wasn't packed when we got there but after awhile there was a long line. I felt bad for the guy. He was the only one there. But he did move fast and knew what people ordered. Not much place to sit about 3 tables and 6 chairs. But who will stay there all day. Great location next to Harry's and other resto. Parking is shared with the bank and Harry's. read more

I would like it every day but my doctor would probably have some words for me if I did. So when I actually do get ice cream, I want the best. And let me tell you, McConnell's is the best in my opinion. I would describe the ice cream here as being made with the freshest ingredients you could imagine. They have an assortment of interesting flavors to choose from. The staff is more than happy to offer you samples so you can pick your favorite, but always stick to my go-to flavors, which never disappoint. First is one of their original flavors, Eureka Lemon and Marionberries. It tastes like Italy in your mouth. It's sweet and light from the ice cream base but also tart and flavorful from the lemon and marionberry notes. My second flavor, and probably my number one if I had to choose, is their coffee ice cream. When I tell you, I crave this stuff, I mean it! I've had plenty of coffee ice creams in my day but this one is perfection. It has a strong coffee flavor that isn't overpowered by the sweetness and it's got little specks of coffee grind in it which is like a surprise for the palate. You wouldn't think these two flavors go well together, but they really do! I always get myself a double scoop (which is actually four scoops). So if you order a double you can actually get four different flavors. I always get it in a cup with a sugar cone on top. It's the perfect treat. They also offer some baked goods like brownies where you make sundaes with them. And while I normally think a brownie would enhance the ice cream experience, here I believe the ice cream is the star and you shouldn't ruin it! Now on to the negatives, and there aren't many. It's on the more expensive side for ice cream. But again, you are getting a premium quality product and I personally don't mind paying a little more for something I feel reflects the value. And while the ice cream here is the best, the parking is not the best. You can get lucky and find metered street parking but because there are so many popular businesses on this strip, it's usually pretty crowded. If you are willing to walk a little bit, you can usually find parking in the neighborhood behind the businesses. Or, and I didn't tell you this, you can park in the large Von's parking lot on the other side of Laurel Canyon and take the short walk over. That's actually probably the best option to get that exercise in before devouring your ice cream anyway!

Magpies is located in Silver Lake Los Angeles specifically on the road that leads to Griffith Park Observatory. If you finished a workout at the Observatory, driving down to Magpies would be a great reward especially if it's a warm Los Angeles day. The shop is located on the corner of Griffith Park and Hyperion specifically within Merrill Plaza. Other tenants in the plaza are Meze, Jersey Mike's, and Postalworks. There's a private parking lot with tight spaces and I got nervous thinking a car was going to hit me as they were backing up. Magpies is a small softserve shop with no seating inside except for a standup slate of wood to eat on. There are two outdoor benches you can sit on and eat your desserts. It's bright inside the store; there's an Andy Warhol inspired art piece showing a variety of softserve pie slices; a large piece of artwork hangs on one of the walls with the business name in neon and softserve ice cream cones depicted in what looks like graffiti; and the register counter and workspace island have a colorful mosaic design. The gentleman behind the counter and who I believe was his female manager had a positive disposition and provided friendly customer service. When I perused their menu, I knew that I was going to order their softserve, but there were 8 flavors and I couldn't tell from the name of the flavor whether I wanted to order it. I asked the gentleman if I could taste several of their flavors. I asked to taste date shake, corn almond, malted milk shake, and sweet cream. After I tried my third flavor, the gentleman politely said that they only allow two samples per customer. I honestly don't feel that's a smart business restriction because customers can't tell from what's listed on their menu what a flavor tastes like. I was slightly taken aback when he mentioned this restriction to me, but he allowed me to sample more flavors stating that he didn't tell me ahead of time about this restriction. I've been to Salt and Straw, Baskin Robbins, and other ice cream shops and not once did they tell me there was a limit to the samples I requested. After my samples, I decided on a regular cup that comes with two flavors and I selected corn almond and sweet cream with toasted almonds as a topping for an additional charge. The corn almond tasted like Frosted Flakes and the sweet cream combined well together. They were both creamy, luscious, and the toasted almonds added texture to what was already a delightful dessert. I thought both flavors were really tasty. For the health conscious, some of the softserve flavors are vegan and gluten free. My daughter has not steered us wrong with her restaurant choices and tonight was no exception. Her choice of Magpies Softserve for dessert was a Mag-nificent selection and I'd love to try their nutter butter softserve pie the next time we visit.

It was packed, and there was a short line, but the staff handled everything efficiently.They have a few options of sandwiches, pastries, and a good, interesting variety of coffees, lattes, and teas. I ordered a Wild Rose Matcha Latte and a Nutella croissant. When I was ordering, the helpful cashier explained that they serve two types of matcha, one of which is smoother than the regular one. I decided to order the smoother option. Even though they were busy, my order was ready very quickly. They are super fast. With one sip of my latte, I instantly loved it. The hint of wild rose and the very smooth matcha were so refreshing. I didn't think the combination of wild rose and matcha would be such a good choice, but they absolutely nailed it. It was super delicious. The Nutella croissant was crunchy and tasty. The store was clean, very organized, and the staff stayed on top of everything while being kind and helpful. Like many other Yelp reviewers, I highly recommend this place!

I had to download this app just to show and appreciate how amazing your employees are at this location. I came in around 10:00 with my family for a late night treat. This very helpful young man Noah greeted us and asked us if we had any questions and than got right into helping us out. Not only Is he very quick with his job but he's quick and efficient and very on what he does. While in the middle of making my banana royal he was already taking my wifes order and doing both at the same time. Not only was he doing all that but at the same time we was having a conversation with us. My kids were amazed on quick he was and when we finally got outside my 8 year old son said "Daddy I wanna work at Baskin Robbins like him." Noah is definitely one of your best employees that always has the right attitude towards customers and because of him we would definitely be coming for often. Thank you Noah for your help. read more

The stupid high school girls that work here have such attitude problems. I dread going to the drive-thru only because they have such attitude when you drive up. They have also given me back the wrong change on several occasions so I advise a few of these high schoolers to lower the amount of hours they work so they can work on the basic algebraic skills--ofcourse, nowadadys, that isn't too necessary since the computer does all the work for you; hence, my first comment on calling them "stupid" high school girls. They're also very slow wiht their drive-thru. They need to hire more workers so indiivudals like myself don't wait 30 minutes in drive thru when there is clearly 2 people inside the store. Inefficient and rude=two very bad combos. The one star I was GENEROUS enough to give is for their icecream. read more

If you love ice cream this is the place you want to be. They have a wide array of different flavored ice creams as well as signature drinks they create. Everything here is extremely delicious and the people working there are great! They even make cakes and other goodies that you can purchase to take home and customize. One of the best ran stores I've visited. It's always very clean and the cake selections are fantastic. They have a large selection of sizes and flavors. Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I love the fact that they have a drive through for the days when you feel lazy or it's too hot to leave the car. The owner is always there and is very passionate about the brand. as a HQ for BR i love this place. Employees are always nice and helpful especially when you are ordering a cake. One of the best things about this place is the DRIVE THROUGH!!! So convenient! Try this place on Tuesday nights because they have family night where they sell the cones and scoops of ice cream at a discounted price. I love ice cream and I love their drive thru!
