Pinkberry, hard to believe not much has changed in over a year. The people who work here are still very friendly, personable and apologetic that they've cut their flavors in half at this location, including all the non-dairy options. I'm not sure why they are still listing vegan and non-dairy options here. I had an assortment of fruit/toppings. The layout is still nice, clean, a bit chic even and inviting, even more so than the last time I stopped in. Aesthetics get an upgrade before the flavors do lol I love it. During the warmer months they ask that you close the door behind you to keep the cool air in. Not all the soft serve machines are being used nor have a label of any sort. I'm assuming it's a cost issue as a longstanding frozen dessert chain. Other positives are the free Wi-Fi. Gender-neutral restrooms. Parking very close by for the Downtown Burbank area. Indoor as well as outdoor seating available. And the prices haven't shifted up, so quite reasonable.

Delivered by Postmates at least the store could've called me and told me that chocolate hazelnut is out!

I've now visited this Pinkberry location in Burbank three days in a row, specifically trying to get the chocolate hazelnut flavor, and every experience has been disappointing in a different way. Day 1: I walked in, and they told me they didn't have chocolate hazelnut. Day 2: I ordered through Postmates because chocolate hazelnut was listed as available, but instead I received tart yogurt with no explanation. Today (Day 3): I stopped by on my lunch break, and finally chocolate hazelnut was available -- but the customer service was terrible. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I walked in. The customer before me paid with cash, and the employee handled the money, then immediately prepared my order without changing gloves, which I found pretty disgusting. There was zero customer service. I wasn't thanked, I wasn't even asked if my order was for here or to go, and I had to ask one-by-one for basic things like a lid and a bag instead of them being offered automatically. Experiences like this are exactly why Pinkberry locations continue to struggle. Customers notice poor service and lack of cleanliness. I really don't appreciate being treated this way after giving this location multiple chances.

I like this located since the yogurt is self-serve so it's super easy to pick your ratio. The toppings are located at the bar and are served by the workers. The workers are nice and attentive. The ambiance is clean. There are times when there aren't many flavors to choose from which is unfortunate and they don't do sample cups anymore but everything else is good.

The location is nice, but it's been a while since we last went. It was a bit messy and there weren't many options, so I guess my kids weren't that impressed..they only ate like that. Even there were also a lot of toppings...

This was our first visit to this Pinkberry in Burbank. I was eager to have some since there isn't a location near where I live. We selected two small cups and didn't feel them very much and it was $24 which really surprised me. After we sat down, I noticed how dirty the location was- I should have paid more attention and we wouldn't even have bothered eating anything from this place. At least the yogurt tasted great and we didn't get sick afterwards. The three stars is for the yogurt splatter on the floor and the filth where the counter cabinet meets the edge of the floor.

My go-to: original with strawberries and fruity pebbles

This is a solid dessert spot and I'm glad to see Pinkberry is still in business. The location is easy to locate and there is plenty of free parking in the shopping center parking garage. The store is clean and flows logically with self serve yogurt first, toppings second and cashier last. The service is standard, but the staff is quick to help with adding toppings and doing the payments. The store itself is a little small, but decorated very nicely.

We came here after getting dinner at the Boiling Crab. The quality went waaaay down from it's peak days over 10 years ago! It's not very well maintained and there were some machines that are out of order. I got the original flavor and maybe strawberry and it melted pretty fast and the original flavor was not as tart and smooth as I remembered. Will probably not come here again but it was good tor try it for nostalgia.

Place is not clean there is food on the floor music is loud and top of that I spend $25.00 when I ask to use the restroom they said is not working since Covid ARE YOU KIDDING ME !!! I couldn't enjoy my dessert because I need to leave to go and look for a restroom!! this is crazy at lest they can say only for customers this is not acceptable I will be calling OSHA

    Yummy in my mouth

They have a nice selection of yogurts and toppings the staff is friendly and amazing place Is a little needing up keep but still nice to stop by

Always extremely dirty! Seems like it hasn't been cleaned for weeks! My kids love frozen yogurt, and this one is the closest to us, but the the floor, the chairs, the outside is just disgusting! Also, they're almost always out on most of the flavors, and only offer 3-4 basic ones. Very annoying that a kids yogurt spot is so abandoned and unclean.

Sprouts had it, once I actually started eating it, they discontinued it lol. I love that for the majority of flavors it's so much cleaner than other brands. I realized there was flavors I wanted to try, not in those stores. I texted cs (SUPER helpful btw) but they told me the stores had all the flavors. GCM can be a pain, and my friend sent me a story about that store, so I'm glad I ended up in studio city. I wrote her name but can't find it. I think it was Mirka. So sweet and helpful. She was patient while I tried some of the flavors I had curiosity around but had never seen in the stores. At the time the double strawberry sees collab flavor was new, tried it and liked it. The pbj needed strawberry jelly instead. There was other flavors I hadn't heard of. It was nice to be at the helm of the flavors lol. I did a sampler flight and got the strawberry sees one to go home. I will say, it's $13 in store, and a while back WF had a kick ass sale and I paid $4! But they didn't have all the flavors! So I suppose it's worth it lol. I came again w a friend. I wanted to do the corn and berries and try the berry crumble. I was so intrigued by corn and berries, but let me tell you, it's chillin w its cousins in my freezer! I should've taken a pic of my freezer at the height of the sale! I think I have 8 pints in my freezer. Don't judge me. Some of my faves: summer corn & blackberries, brown sugar w milk Bordeaux, banana cream w toffee ettes, sea salt cream & cookies and golden state vanilla. I love churros & sprinkle cake - only available here. Haven't brought them home yet but they were part of my flight. I find it interesting, of all the flavors they find strawberry oversaturated, so you can only buy it here or online. I'm not big on chocolate but even w the ss cream & cookies, they're house made cookies and SO good! Despite the name, I didn't realize chocolate w polar bear paws was a chocolate based ice cream, again lol don't judge me. Most chocolate ice creams I've had in the past are hard to get through. Let's just say that pint lasted 2 days once opened. I probably would buy it on a rare occasion but I was surprised with how smooth it is. I brought my friend with me the second time, she got the Bordeaux one after tasting. I tried to tell her it was available at WF, but that's not her usually store so she paid it. Again I'm struggling with the name of the guy that helped us. Kind and patient. Obviously I'll be back when something I'm intrigued by is only here or online. I'm extremely happy that they don't just deliver an epic product, but the service also lives up to it. It's a place I'll happily return.
