Now open - located on Southeast corner of the shopping center on Diamond Bar Blvd and Grand Avenue.

Completely remodeled and open for business at 1223 S. Diamond Bar Blvd. We have been anticipating this opening day for months! Every sweet treat you expect from this renowned ice cream shop is now available. Plain ice cream cones or fancy waffle bowls, sundaes, banana splits, milkshakes, smoothies, mangonadas, ice cream cakes, and pre-packed quarts to go! NOTE 1: The same manager from the former location is working here full time. NOTE 2: Special every month is 31% off on the 31st day. Sorry not available on short months! Don't forget to tell 'em Rosemary sent ya!!

It looks like this place has rubbed people the wrong way when reading all the negative comments and I feel the same with my most recent visit today. My wife ordered a screen printed cake for a friend's birthday that we are celebrating today but when I went to go pick it up, it was not what we expected. What I was presented was a pixelated image that was printed on the cake instead of an actual image (picture of the cake attached to this review). I showed the owner the image that was supposed to be printed onto the cake but then he became extremely defensive and rude. He pretty much told me he can't do anything about it and it's out of his hands. I had my wife on the phone when I was talking to him so she wanted to speak to him but he refused to talk to her. He kept insisting she drive here herself so she can talk to him in person. This was a place my wife and 3 kids visited with their friends at least once a week after jiu-jitsu. The owner knows my wife and kids so we were absolutely stunned by the his behavior. I will have to say that our family will never be returning to this location.

I love ice cream and Basking Robbins in Diamond Bar has been a tradition in our family. The new place is clean and spacious, they have a great variety or flavors and the menu is full of choices. The owner of the place is nice and helpful, he tries to know you by your name and remembers what is your favorite ice cream flavor. I recommend this place !

Love the new location and look of the store. Staff needs a little more training in register use and packaging. Came in tonight for a couple of sundaes, even when being first in line it took 15 minutes to get my ice cream and pay my bill, from the time they started making it, it was melted by the time I got it, you can see in the pics. Banana split soup. LOL

The sweet potato is a staple and it's not too sweet for the perfectly balanced taiyaki. Places like Somi Somi don't have sweet potato, so I always get it here. I love making the trip here when I'm in the area, they have a good variety of fillings, they're polite and fast, and I can browse the HMart while I'm waiting.

The manjoos were 7 for $7 or 15 for $14. I was sharing with my boyfriend and these pastries are gone in a bite, so we went with 15. You shoud bring cash or they have a $0.50 fee on credit card paymenys under $15. A bit pricey for how tiny the snack is. To my surprised they were individually packaged and this location had multiple flavors compared to the locations I've been to prior. They were individually wrapped and premade, not as fresh as what I have had prior. We got 2 of the walnuts, 2 redbean filling, 2 chocolate looking ones, and the rest in original custard. The others were fun to try but the custard is my favorite. A nice snack if I'm already at this H-Mart picking up groceries but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. I like the locations that sell them fresh, when they're warm and tasty. The taiyakis are made fresh to order but it's a bigger pastry.

To be honest, the noodles were pretty salty for me, but my dad really enjoyed it. It was very flavorful and had lots of scallion oil flavor! The sausage was just a grilled Taiwanese sausage, my favorite. I wish they would give some garlic with it. And their iced sweet soy milk is my favorite.

I went with my girlfriend on a regular Tuesday, there was no line and the wait for the food was about 15 minutes. The seats are kind of sketchy, they feel like they bend when you sit on them, but the place is otherwise clean. I was excited about this place but the food is really mediocre. It is nutritionally adequate (has some veggies and protein), but its flavor is seriously lacking. We both had the meat lovers crepe and I was waiting for the flavor to come together but none of the ingredients really worked well with one another. Really salty bits of bacon and spam with surprisingly bitter lettuce and a sauce that lacked any power to cut through the fat. I personally think this place is really missing a pork belly or beef slice protein option for savory flavor with less salt. The savory sauce is also lacking, something sweet like hoisin sauce might help a lot. The signature noodles are also a total ripoff, I expected at least some toppings for a whopping $8, but it was just some noodles with a couple green onions tossed on top. The sauce wasn't even that impressive, it tasted like sesame oil and soy sauce, and not even the good seasoning soy sauce. Very disappointed with the noodles for $8. At the end of the day, the only reason I would go here is because of the nostalgia of a Chinese crepe meal, but it fell below expectations. It didn't taste the worst, but for how unhealthy the meal is, it doesn't hit like a good old burger or some curry with naan.

I ordered the half sweet matcha with oat milk, and it was delicious. The portion size was generous, and despite how busy they were, my drink came out surprisingly fast. I loved that you can order from a touchscreen kiosk and easily customize your drink with all the available add ins. The menu is huge, but the digital ordering system makes it easy to browse and see all your options. The location itself is small with minimal seating, but it has a cute atmosphere and a great vibe. Overall, a solid spot for tea and matcha lovers, and I'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu.

Convenient and Customizable -- A Solid Go-To My all-time…read morefavorite boba spot was Sunright Tea Studio, but unfortunately it's closed down, so I've been on the lookout for a replacement -- and this place has become my current go-to. What I love most here is the ordering experience. There are multiple large touchscreens where you can fully customize your drink -- sugar level, ice level, add-ons, substitutions, you name it. I almost always go for zero sugar, and the fact that I can do that easily is a huge plus for me. It's the kind of flexibility that modern boba shops should all offer. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable, which is refreshing compared to some other spots in the area. Is it the most amazing boba I've ever had? Honestly, no -- but the ability to build your drink exactly the way you want it more than makes up for it. There's also a large display screen showing order status, so you always know when your drink is ready. It's a small touch, but it makes the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. I'll be real though -- I probably drink more coffee from the Starbucks across the street than boba from here. At the end of the day, coffee feels like the healthier daily habit. But when I'm in the mood for something different, this place is where I'll be.

I went on a weekday before noon and had no issues with finding a spot. For ordering, they had a kiosk inside with pictures for reference as well. It does accept American Express. After ordering, it only took a few minutes before it was ready. As for the atmosphere, there were a few other people, but they were mindful of noise. The music was also moderate, so I was able to focus without any earphones. There was plenty of seating from the center table to seating at the wall and even window seats. There were outlets available near seatings at the wall. There was also free WiFi as well. At first it indicated you would only have WiFi access for 1 hour. However, after the hour, I reconnected and it refreshed the timer. For my coffee, I decided to get an iced Dalgona latte. They provided many pieces of Dalgona. I did ask to get this at regular sweetness and ice. Overall, after the Dalgona dissolved with the ice, it felt like a good amount of sweetness. It was decent, but I've come back to try other drinks!

Plenty of seating for working and just hanging out. Parking is plentiful, staff is nice, just wish the noise of the refrigerator case wasn't so loud so I could enjoy the background music.
