This past January I had my daughter's Star Wars cake made here, and just recently have also had the pleasure of chowing down on one of his infamous Burger and Fries ice cream cake. Man is a genius. I wanted something crazy for my kid's birthday (a Darth Vader head) he explained the aspects and the price and also kinda opened up my eyes- no kid will remember an expensive birthday cake. I decided to stop by this location to celebrate National Ice Cream Day :) They didn't give out any free ice cream, but they had a deal where you buy 2 or 3 scoops and can upgrade to a free waffle cone or something like that. I just got my usual one scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge ice cream in a cup :) Overall, this place is small and feels very cramped inside when it gets busy, but the service is fast, workers here are okay -- I been here a few times were a worker would greet me and ask if I wanted samples or they just stand there until I say something. Also, the place looks kind of old and not very clean, but I don't usually eat here, I always get it to-go whenever I come here with my friends. There's a few seats inside and outside. The ice cream price here is decent, I think it's like $2.50+ for a scoop of ice cream. The ice cream here is pretty good, it's not too sweet that's why I like it :) read more

Had a coupon for a free pint from giving blood and this was the Baskin-Robbins closest to my house. Picked up a pint of churned vanilla and a pralines & cream cone. Mmmmm mmmm. For those of you that complain that "it doesn't have 247% butterfat from hand milked tibetan yaks that had thier fur braided into horizontal cornrows (not vertical, that would be ridiculous) by one eyed midgets", get over it. They make ice cream cakes fresh daily, so if you need a cake at the last minute it's not a problem. They store all the cakes in the large freezer in the front of the store. The quality of the ice cream is superb, because its so rich and creamy and they are not shy on ingredients. For example my favorite is the pistachio almond and it is loaded with almond halves! I came here because they were running a special where ti was $2 for a small milkshake. I thought hey why not I havent had a milk shake in a while. When I ordered my cookies and creme milk shake I was super disappointed since they barely used any ice cream and it was not very thick because of all the milk they added into it. To me the milk seemed like a cheap filler to avoid adding more ice cream. I did not care for the texture of it and I probably wouldnt be back since I think it is sad when a ice cream shop fails to make a proper thick milkshake. I will go to one of the many ice cream shops in the area who can make a proper milkshake when I have another milkshake craving. read more

I love this place! It's the best ice cream place ever! Gary, who decorates the cakes is very kind to us. The ice cream has many choices from the classics to new flavors only at Baskin-Robbins. They also let you try the flavors. Nice! There are also ice cream cakes you can choose for your kids or graduates. Even just for fun. Went there to try a sundae from the Stranger Things promotion. Got a custom U.S.S. Butterscotch sundae. It usually has a scoop of strawberry ice cream with strawberry sauce on it and 3 cherries but I changed all of that to my liking. Service was fast and friendly and the sundae was good. Every time I try to go here after 6pm, I call and phone rings endlessly. I assume that means the hours posted for this location online are totally wrong on Google search, Baskin Robbins by location, Yelp, etc etc. Owner of this location needs to update the location hours to save people the aggravation of showing up to find store closed or have phone ring forever when you call to verify if they're open. Not impressed. I like some of their new flavors but the employees were very rude and hard to understand. I asked for vanilla ice cream and the employee told me that they didnt have it. I was pointing at it and she still tried to say they didnt have it. I asked to try a flavor and they said they dont have any spoons so I cant try anything. I am a disabled Greenhaven resident patronizing this Baskin Robbins since 1983. Yesterday 02-10-16. My assistant ran an errand for me to pick up a single scoop cone and requested a small paper cup to transport it back in for me. She was charged a $1.00 sir charge for the smallest paper cup. The receipt indicated "manager", although my assistant indicates that it was not the manager who served her. My assistants change throughout the week and from time to time. My questions; Would the manager prefer that I move my business to the franchise on Florin Rd, Meadowview or to some other source for premium ice cream? Would you prefer that I simply do not buy your product? How would you feel about me notifying the corporation about this practice? How would you feel about further media or internet coverage of this practice? This is an outrageous practice almost doubling the price of my purchase for a piece of paper that probably costs less than two pennies. Absolutely abusive customer service practice! Neighbors if Gary is the current manager please provide him with your feedback and let your $'s speak regarding your opinion. I will be withholding my business for a minimum of one year and will make one more attempt to patronize this Baskin Robbins sight. Manager please be mindful that many of your customers may need this simple service from time to time. I am a frequent customer represented by others. The place is fun to get cooled. They have fabulous ice cream and cakes. But the ice cream is overpriced. Went their one time and was amazed on how good the ice cream was.
