Timestamp of order and pickup time as well as the extra notes filled out

No point to order ahead of time directly from their website. I placed an order at 12:16pm for a 12:55pm pick up. At 12:55pm I walk in and say I'm picking up an order. Clearly they never checked their ordering system and my food wasn't ready. Walk-ins were getting their food faster than my advance order. Additionally I put in the notes no onions or green onions on one of the bowls and again them not reading the notes it came with onions and green onions. After waiting close to 20mins for my order I had zero patience to wait for them to remake it and I told my kid to eat around the onions.

Great custom poke bowls, spam musubi, sushi, drinks and more! Choice of rice (sushi rice) and various toppings. Friendly staff! Highly recommend.

Came hungry for a quick dinner on a Thursday at around 6:30. I ordered the regular bowl half rice half salad which comes with three scoops of protein. I got Spicy Tuna, Salmon, and Hamachi. The scoops were incredibly small, so even though it was three scoops it really felt like two regular scoops. The rest of their topping options were standard and plentiful. I thought that the fish was just average in terms of freshness, and the portion was not filling for me at all. I usually leave poke shops really full with a regular bowl! The shop is clean and quiet with a lot of seating for a poke shop. We were helped promptly upon entering. Nothing special about this place, and it probably wouldn't be my first choice if I'm craving poke around the area.

Regular Bowl ($16.00) 3 scoops of protein

I've been here multiple times bc this is my second favorite poke place in the Bay Area. The portion to price and available toppings are your monies worth compared to other places! Parking is easy but can get full during certain hours. Plenty of tables and usually empty when I come. A regular build your own bowl ($17) includes 3 scoops of protein. Theres a lot of toppings! And not to mention that masago, crab salad, and seaweed salad is included in the price! Most places charge extra, but I love the fact this place doesn't. Seriously your monies worth. There's wifi, the staff is quick, and the place is clean! Hasn't disappointed me yet :^)

Before heading to check out the new Costco in the area, we stopped at Bayside Poke for lunch. I'm glad we did as we really enjoyed eating here. This is a nice small restaurant with ample seating and two people working the line. We were served immediately and with quite a selection of greens, meats and toppings. I'm not a huge Poke eater, but my bowl was really good. You can tell everything is fresh and high-quality. There are two sizes for bowls; I of course went for the large. In addition to the food being really good, the restaurant being clean, the pricing was excellent. It was about $40 for two bowls, one of which was large and one of which had avocado added (extra charge). That's not bad! I also peeked at the menu and their sushi pricing was very reasonable. I plan on trying the sushi on my next trip to Bayside Poke. Overall, highly recommended.

Place is easy to find. Place has lots of tables and clean. Menu is clear. I get the poke bowl and I've tried almost all the seafood items and they are good. Friends tried the teriyaki bowl, sushi roll, and miso soup. The soup looked lack luster. Teriyaki bowl I was told is good. Bring a water bottle. Think they sell drinks but don't serve tap water. Service is good.

I came here during my lunch break and there were a few people inside eating. I got a regular bowl with tuna, salmon, and marinated tuna. They don't skimp out on the portions and my bowl was filled to the brim. The ingredients are tasty and fresh. The workers are friendly and quick; the food was reasonably priced as well. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm craving poke.

There was a short delay in service when I ordered through GrubHub for pickup, but when I let them know kindly what my order was they got started on it immediately. They were very patient and kind. The restaurant is beautiful and clean inside. They had recently opened for lunch so it wasn't busy yet. My sushi bowl was DELICIOUS! I was highly recommended this place by other places in this plaza and I'm glad I got to check it out. Lovely local community.

I've only had Poke in Hawaii and always pass on it, we are going to put it on a more regular rotation after trying Bayside Poke. My stereotype is "grocery store" poke bowls where the fish is sliced super thin, covered in sauce, and it appears abundant in the sealed container but once you get home you find 90% rice. This is not the case at Bayside. It's right next to my kids kung fu class and decided to try it for dinner one day. We make something like it at home so I went for the custom option and got: tuna, salmon, shrimp, egg, fish eggs, cucumber, and artificial crab meat. It was beautifully garnished with a seaweed and sesame seed furikake. I really enjoyed the quality of rice, it's much better than the fused together and overcooked grocery store rice bowls and I loved how proportionate the toppings were to the rice, you can get a lot of the toppings in every spoon/chopstick-ful. A testament to the taste and quality, my kids totally destroyed it and asked for more, if it didn't taste good we would have had to force them to eat it.

I was excited to try a variety of dishes with my friends, and as expected, we ordered a ton and finished every single bite. Some of my top favorites were the teriyaki chicken skewer, beef pineapple skewer, grilled chicken skin, grilled bun slices, sizzling tomato egg rice, and grilled enoki mushrooms. The seasoning on the skewers was spot on and thoughtfully varied depending on the dish. Everything was cooked perfectly, the meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. I totally…read morethought it was going to be a potato themed fast casual resto doing things like different variants on French fries or stuffed baked potatoes. Boy was I so off the mark. Lol. It is a Chinese tea/boba shop with a super unique Asian fusion-y type of food. They have musubis, gyozas, fried snacks and even some substantial meals like noodle soups and bentos. I haven't tried much of their offerings but in what I have, have not been bad at all. I've only had a couple of versions of milk teas here for drinks. They run about $7ish and are in big cups (at least 16oz). I like them at the 30% sweet level, still a tad sweet but also refreshing. I'd like the tea flavor to be a tad stronger but it is fine here. Gyoza ($7ish/3.5*) these are small lightly deep fried dumplings. Probably from frozen but as a quick cheap snack, most would be satisfied. I was. Spam Musubi ($10/4*) You get 3 fairly large musubis, which is a lot for me. I do 2 as a meal and do the other as a snack later in the day. The rice to spam ratio leans heavy on the rice part. But their rice is unique as there's some toasted rice specs that give the bites a toasty note. Kinda like the crisp rice on the bottom of a claypot dish. Not in texture but in aroma. Never had a musubi like this. There is a good layer of thick sweet teriyaki sauce which I can do without but does bring that sweet n salty principle into effect. This may become my anchor dish here as it's kinda hard to find a good musubi in this town. Pretty stylish space, loud music I think they are targeting that 16-22 age frame. You order through a kiosk which I don't mind but I find theirs to be very clunky with a lot of prompts and not easy progression. But I get my haircut in the same complex so before I hop back in my car, I can set myself up with a refreshment/treat. A useful and local hit-up.

The service is friendly but the wait was very long, about a half hour. While the inside while cute and cozy, was extremely hot/un air conditioned. Just left disappointed because of the lack of sago in a drink that's revolved around sago, the hot environment, and the long wait.

In short, it was ok. I wasn't blown away but it's definitely a hefty meal if you're needing something to last you all day. L O C A T I O N It's directly in front of Home Depot on Auto Mall Parkway. Like literally in front of the Home Depot in this little hut area. The parking situation is easy as it's the same lot as the large Home Depot parking lot. I N S I D E It's a small covered area with a few chairs but don't expect to have a gigantic group be here. We ordered to go. M E N U The menu is a mish mash of things from hot dogs, hamburgers, to Latin and Hawaiian flavors. We opted to get a Loco Moco and carne asada burrito. The Loco Moco felt a bit standard. It comes with two hamburger patties and two eggs. I'm not sure if they make their hamburger patties there but it seemed like your standard frozen burger patties. The gravy was a good salty balance to everything. The mac salad is a little heavy on the bell pepper flavor even though there's not much in there. I was burping that up all day. But then again, I have a bit of intolerance to bell peppers so beware if you do also. There's a good amount of rice and I love me a good amount of rice with gravy. The carne asada burrito was sizeable. Lots of meat, rice, and beans and a bit of lettuce. S E R V I C E A nice lady took our order and also let us know they did take over this spot from the original owners about a year or so ago. We paid easily and got our food in a timely manner. O V E R A L L As I mentioned, the food was fine and okay. Good especially if you want something really hearty which a lot of folks who go to Home Depot need energy to sustain their work! I can see why it's thriving in that spot. So I would suggest ordering, then doing your Home Depot shopping, and your food should be ready to go by the time you come out....well if you're doing a quick trip of course. They also have $5 specials which is nice. Try them out!
