We finally broke down and replaced a 17-year old rusting built-in Viking BBQ with a Hestan from BBQ Grill Outlet. We had looked at them before, so knew what we wanted. We sent pictures and measurements to the store by email and they confirmed the size and what we wanted and we placed the order over the phone. It was all very easy and nice way to work around Covid. We did have to wait 6 weeks for delivery from Hestan, but BBQ Grill Outlet gave us an appointment for installation just a couple of days later. The installation turned out to be not standard and so took a couple extra hours, but all within the range of the intial estimate, and the two gentlemen installing were friendly and did a great job. It looks super clean and like it was the original BBQ intended for the outdoor kitchen bar. I highly recommend and would use them again. read more

My new BBQ grill looks great! These guys build custom grill stands from scratch, from basic to elaborate. They coordinate the assembly, insulation/drywall, tile/grout and stucco trades for a complete installation. Each trade did a most professional job. Jose and Nick were the final installers for the cabinetry and stucco. They take a lot of pride in their work from beginning to final cleanup. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. read more

I just spent $7,400 to purchase some expensive and nice equipment. I discussed putting the deposit down and transferring billing to a new card since I didn't have the right one on me. Unfortunately when I went to finish payment and put all billing on one card, they indicated I would be charged an additional 3% fee for credit card processing. This doesn't seem right to me especially after spending so much money. There were other people making returns in the store during this billing process which I believe led to miscommunication. It would have been better to get on the same page rather than trying to process two customers at the same time leading to errors. Now they have two disappointed customers, one who was making a return because they were provided inaccurate information and another that is paying a lot of money but they refuse to put full payment on their correct credit card. I was also told I would receive a call back regarding payment and their decision but I had to follow up rather than getting a call back from their accounts manager. Ultimately, he said he would help but they have expensive credit card processing fees at the end of the year. My $7,400 was also expensive. Competitive pricing. Disappointed with the customer service. Next time I would go to Pirch that matches prices and puts customer service as a first priority. read more

Walked in on a random weekend and ended the weekend with purchasing a Fire Magic BBQ grill, 60,000 BTU Fire Magic gas burner, and fire burner tray for just over 4k. we needed a new bbq and this place had great reviews so we decided to go talk to them. They were very knowledgeable and I particularly liked that they weren't "high pressure". We told the guy who was helping us that we are thinking of moving in a year or two and he suggested we consider a lower priced model than the one we were looking at. But the real reason I gave them five stars was because of Leonel and Cristhian. They were the installers and they came out on a blistering hot day. They worked as fast as they could to get it done in two hours. (The company charges you three hours up front but if it gets done more quickly, they refund you the difference). So they got it done in two! And we love our new BBQ!! read more

Great people. My BBQ was not working properly, rather than just upsell me the sales guy said if u want to fix it, it's probably the gas regulator. They had it I stock and I bought it. UPDATING my previous 5 star rating to another 5 star rating... Went with a grill that had a lifetime complete warranty (Sunfire) which was very appealing to me after looking at reviews at other BBQ stores. (Many of their competitors grills rust after the first year which isn't covered by warranty). One of the Grill's LED lights went out and I sent an email to Tim - he promptly responded and I hadn't even had enough time to review his email before he responded again saying that a rep from the Grill MFG would reach out to me to take care of this. Sure enough, Ian from Sunfire/Summerset called me same day and is sending 5 replacement bulbs. I was already very satisfied with the customer service and they keep impressing me! Definitely recommend this store and the SunFire grills they sell. read more

I went to BBQ Grill Outlet to look at getting a custom island built . In shopping around , all I could seem to find were basic pre- fab stucco islands and I didn't want that! Matt Mullins was so helpful ! My husband and I went into the store and worked with Matt. The first thing Matt asked us is what are we looking for. Once I gave him some specifics of what we wanted for our upcoming bbq remodel he immediately went to his computer. Matt started to design us an image of what I was describing to him. THIS WAS SO HELPFUL TO VISUALIZE THE PROJECT. From there Matt took us to look at a few different grill options and he proceeded to tell us the pros and cons for each grill. He made sure to be patient and let us decide ultimately what would work best for us. Not one time did we feel pressured to spend more money or buy anything more that what we were going with. After seeing the design Matt created we decided to add a couple of items to our new built in island and I am so happy we are doing that. (Short Story) BBQ Grill Outlet, Jim and Bob are as good as they could be and I highly recommend them. (Whole Story) My wife and I have an existing Island with a 4 burner Turbo and we wanted to expand. We wanted a Lynx 36" and heard the prices are best at BBQ GO. Well, all Lynx are the same price everywhere but what I found out is that they have the best selection and staff so we compared and got just what we wanted. Now the tricky part, the installation. The old grill came out and then so did the concrete saws. It couldn't have been more perfect! You would have thought that the island was made for this grill.
