Dishonest, unethical, and rude husband running this clinic without much doctor presence and a high turnover rate. Untrained staff, below satisfactory results. Do not expect to see the doctor if something does go wrong. They are very good at taking your money and not providing the services or letting you buy the skin care as they keep changing the rules regarding whether you can use the credit or not. They still have my money and refuse to credit it back or let me use it towards skin care products till I sign the waiver that says I will not give them a bad Yelp review. It is illegal to hold patients' money and not provide services till they sign a waiver writing anything negative/true about them. I am definitely reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and will need to go to small claims court to get them to return the money they got paid a long time ago. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and your face!! read more

I'm in my early thirties, but have noticed that my hair has thinned out over time. So naturally I go to the store and buy over the counter stuff like biotin and thickening shampoos that never worked. So I thought I'd give these guys a shot with their hair restoration treatment. Their pricing was also the best when calling around similar places that do har loss treatment, so I did 4 sessions of prp scalp, and by the 3rd session I noticed a thicker and fuller head of hair. I was a patient of Be Clinical and was receiving a monthly shipment of a medication. Coupled with the medication, I also received Botox one time. Myself and a friend both went in for Botox and received treatments. Both she and I were displeased with our results and felt the Botox seemed to be watered down. Though I didn't get many units, it was a much different result than other clinics I've received the same amount of product. Because of this and because I didn't believe the medication was helping, In January I decided I was going to discontinue the prescription. I also felt the prescription was overpriced. When I called, the receptionist stated I would still be charged and be sent February's medication because they require a 30 day notice for cancellations. Furthermore, in order to cancel I had to email them telling them why I wished to cancel. This was not exactly ideal but because I signed up with those terms and conditions I ate the charge and immediately emailed with my formal cancellation and reason. Fast forward to March when I was charged again for the medication (which is close to 100.00). I called again and they apologized and said they would immediately handle the situation. They confirmed I did my part by emailing and promised I would receive a refund. Which I did not!! Now in April, I just received notification that they charged me AGAIN!!!!!! I called the receptionist very upset and requested my money back right away. She stated I needed to forward her the email and she would relay the message to "George" who apparently was the only one allowed to process charges. When I asked when I would get a response or what I should do next she told me that I should call my bank and dispute the charges because SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT GOERGE MIGHT DO and so she did not know when and if I would be helped. So you're telling me I have to be on hold with my bank (which I currently am as I'm writing this, whose automated system states it will be at least a 40 minute hold) because this "George" is unpredictable and your not sure what he will do regarding this?????????? I said, "So I have to call my bank instead of you communicating directly with George and handling this on your end?" To which she replied, "Look, you asked me what I would do bc I don't know what George is going to do." Are you kidding me????? This is the most poorly run business and I would run if they request your credit card number!! read more

I cannot yet speak to how effective their service was because I was just there very recently, but I can speak to the hard sell that they do. The nurse was a very nice woman but kept trying to upsell treatments. When I went to the front desk afterward, oh my gosh, I was hit with such a hard sell of confusing programs and discounts all designed to make me sign-up for monthly "clubs" or "discounts". They kept flashing flyers for this and that subscription service. I repeatedly said no to their offers only to be hit with more pressure. The desk person was kind of inspecting my face and telling me what would be options for my skin. I do not know about most people, but I certainly do not have an extra $200 (at minimum) each and every month for subscription facial care! Everyone was very pleasant, but let's be frank, the main goal was to get me to put incredibly expensive "programs" on my credit card. I could not get out of there fast enough! Update. Received a voicemail on Tuesday from the manager feeling horrible having read my review. Called back on Wednesday. I have yet to hear back from her. I did however receive a call from the receptionist stating that she noticed I missed my appointment and was wondering if I wanted to reschedule. Come again? Did I miss my appointment? No, they are mistaken. I was appointed a time and somehow my appointment was moved around to a different time. Again, I will repeat myself. The whole scheduling/ time management system in this office needs work and they need to get it together. Maybe the manager should take the rains and schedule an after-hours course on proper protocol and scheduling properly. If they can't get something as easy as scheduling and making things right. I would never trust this place with my face. Everything happens for a reason and I'm glad that it did because I found an amazing esthetics nurse whose work is amazing. read more

Finding Dr. Frie and trying BBL could be possibly one of the best things that's ever happened to me and I still believe it! It's definitely one of the best investments I've made when it comes to my skin. I feel like I look about 15 years younger and I really can't believe the results. I had been contemplating laser resurfacing and other things to even out my skin tone but then I decided to try BBL after talking to Dr. Frie. I'm really amazed at the results and am telling everybody about it! I used to do IPL but after about 7 IPL sessions which took off a ton of brown spots, my doctor on the peninsula (where I used to live) told me that I probably got off everything that was going to come off. I honestly didn't think BBL was going to do anything but I was totally wrong. Also, Dr. Frie is so incredibly nice and seems to be an expert on everything related to skin. I was also very appreciative that she seems very honest and wasn't trying to sell me on all her other services like another popular place in town does. Nice professional office, and I give Jaime 5 stars for her skills. Highly recommend her for PRP facial. Office staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. But low marks (2 stars) to the owners who set up the back office booking machine that shifts appointments to make every minute count. First, they called to change my original appointment to a different day/time saying they accidentally double book Jaime. On the new date, as a courtesy, I called saying I may be just a bit late due to traffic, and they happily offered to reschedule the appt. for 20 minutes later. Nice! And I got there only 2 minutes late. My issue is it wasn't until I arrived, that I learned they re-booked me with a different nurse and didn't bother to tell/ask me. The office said, they immediately booked Jaime with someone else, and my only choice was an alternate person. So after waiting two weeks to see Jaime, and driving well over an hour to get there, I had to turn around and drive home. Then wait another week to get an appt with her. If you are new to Be Clinical, I recommend you confirm all of the important details the morning before you go there, especially if it's your first time. Definitely $s before customer service. I avidly work out at the gym and knew I was a good candidate for cool sculpting. I decided that after my knee surgery it would be a great idea to try out a few sessions of cool sculpting on my abs due to my inability to work at per my norm. I went in to see Dr.Frie to see if she could help me get rid of some of my dark spots. After a brief consultation she recommended the BBL treatment and we went to work, (after the numbing cream set in of course). Dr. Frie was so warm and kind, and personable.
