DH & I went here for lunch today. Sat outside on their very comfortable patio and talked with other friendly diners outside with us. Nice atmosphere! We ordered a salad and Hawaiian Pizza. Both were delicious and definitely will be coming back to this nice little restaurant. Service was excellent and quick. Couldn't ask for more. Another couple nearby ordered the Thai type pizza and it looked awesome. Next time we will give that one a try. Wonderful menu with just about everything you could want. Arrived around 2 pm so there was no lunch crowd. We showed up, ordered a medium meat lover's pizza and sat down outside to wait. The outside was fairly clean and had three 4-person tables and one 6-person table. Inside had one 8-person, a couple 2-person tables and a few 4-person tables. After about 15ish minutes (very reasonable for a fresh pizza), we got a hot-off-the-oven pizza. It was thin crust, very crispy and delicious. Quite oily/greasy but that's expected since it had generous portions of crispy bacon, sausage, pepperoni, cheese, sauce and maybe ham? Definitely one of the best pizzas I had in awhile. We were camping at Doheny Beach and were looking for a pizza spot to satisfy our cravings. We checked this place out and it did not disappoint. A small was big enough for 2 people. If you like a lot of cheese on your pizza this place is perfect. If you don't, then I suggest letting them know since they hook it up with the cheese. Dough tasted fresh and the crust was perfectly crispy. I personally would've liked a little more sauce but overall it was pretty good! Def would come back here next time we camp. read more

But the crust was so soggy and mushy, it was like glue and you needed a spoon to eat it. In fact, it was so bad, it stuck to the paper that lined the "to go" box, and you had to pick pieces of paper out of the pizza. Seriously. Then there is the price ... $35 for a medium pizza ... I am an avid pizza goer and I could only eat 1 piece. The wedges were ok though. Service was pretty good. The dough wasnt very good and the toppings and cheese were very Chewy. I am one who loves to try pizza everywhere I go and I hate to say anybody's pizza is t good however I would not be eating here again. Probably the best pizza I have ever had! We were hanging around the harbor and wanted something quick and easy to eat. We didn't want a long sit down which is a lot of the restaurants down in that area. We stumbled on Beach Harbor and absolutely loved it! They have indoor and outdoor seating and you order at the counter. We got a vegetarian pizza (eggplant, green peppers, onions and cheese, oh my!) and salad. They also brought of breadsticks with the salad. The breadsticks were incredible and I would go back just for them. The salad was good but the pizza was amazing. I don't know what their secret is but it was delicious. We had leftovers and it was honestly just as good cold the next day. The workers were also so nice and made the experience really awesome. After mov ing here last year from NorCal we had to start all over finding our favorite pizza place. We love this pizza and often get a pie on our way home from the beach or while we are at the beach! Always cooked to our liking and when we get there early we sit and have a beer or wine on the patio. The place could use a good patio cleaning but I have seen worse. The person working is always friendly and gets our order right. I like my pie well done and he never disappoints. We call ahead on our way home from the beach and dinner clean up is quick and easy. We never really have a problem parking or waiting. The baby beach and park are very close by and you can walk to a picnic table and have a nice pizza picnic. We haven't tried anything else here so we can only speak for the pie! read more

This place used to be called Beach Cities Pizza. Without going into too many details, it was closed & then reopened/named by the cooking staff. Well, I'm happy to let you know that the food quality is just as good as Beach Cities (including their amazing bread sticks)! The chefs obviously knew they had a good thing going so why change it? The insides have definitely gotten a fresh coat of paint. I was sad to see the somewhat tacky mural go, but let's be honest. It really did need to go. Sometimes you gotta let go of nostalgia. In the end, I'm so happy this place is open and my family and I can continue to come here for another 20+ years. read more

We decided to stop here since the restaurant we waited had too long of a wait. Thankfully, we decided to give this place a try and glad that we did. The staff was beyond amazing and welcoming. We went here last night for dinner and it was SO good! Their pizza is truly incredible... their made-from-scratch sourdough crust is so unique and delicious. We got a pitcher of beer which was super fun, as well as a tasty caesar salad. For pizza, we got straight up pepperoni and BBQ chicken, both of which were super tasty. I think my favorite part, though, was the fact that they bring free breadsticks to the table while you wait! They were sooooo good and I feel like it's really rare that restaurants would do that. Ordered the meat veggie supreme but with no olives well done, pizza flavor is a bit salty and dough I'm impartial to but decent thin crust, no flavor a bit doughy-ordered to go a bit soggy when it got home not much taste in the crust but overall ok experience. This place has the worst pizza we've ever had. Sauce was bland, cheese was like spackling paste. You get more flavor and value from a 14 hour old pizza at little Caesars and that will only run you $5. Not sure why they actually put the best pizza in Dana point on their boxes. No value here at all. Now for the patio and excess weed, cigar and vcigarette smoke coming from the patio every time the door opened. Truth be told this place is embarrassing and filthy. The owners and employees should be excessively disappointed in the condition of this for the lack of a better word cesspool. Floors were disgusting, tables were gross, when the tables were wiped down whatever was on that rags smelled like it shared a restroom latrine bucket. The taste is closer to what I would expect from a frozen pizza from a grocery store and even then it's no Digiorno. Shame. The lids for the cups were resting in a dirty area with food, etc. Random drops soiled the cup tops. The root beer was flat. My love insisted we try the food. I refused to eat at any of the lopsided tables. My love brought me some garlic, cheese bread from the restaurant to the car, where I waited. Just came here and ordered a personal pizza for lunch and was told it would be ready in 10 min. Sitting on patio waiting and after 20+ minutes notice the guy who took my order is chatting with a couple of other people here. So I go up and ask what is the status of my pizza and he rushes to the back and said they will start making my pizza NOW?!?! I told him that you said it would be ready by now and he said they are making now. These are not cheap pizzas and to have this terrible service is inexcusable. And no, they are not busy.
