I have two toddlers at home and really appreciate the pick up and delivery service offered by Beasley's. I've been happy with the customer service. One time they were able to do a quick turn around for my husband before he left on a business trip. I tried this dry cleaner for this first time because it is near my new gym, and I am very disappointed. One designer blouse they cleaned was ruined, and the only explanation Beasley provided was that the "color ran." They did not offer to compensate me in any way for the blouse (no coupons, store credit, etc.) Instead, Beasley said I should take it back to the store I purchased it from. I was also unimpressed with the rest of the clothing I received back; it did not meet my standards of "clean." Two of the blazers I received back still had wrinkles in the armpit area, and overall the clothing did not smell as though it had been cleaned. I plan to take a couple of the items back to another dry cleaner before wearing them. I will not be returning to this cleaner in the future. read more

Horrible service. My wife took about 12 high end pieces. One of her tops had beading glued on the collar, came back with beading stuck to the front and back of the silk top (as if they super glued it back everywhere but the collar). They also had the wrong number down (we have fixed this numerous times) so they donated half our very expensive clothes away. Horrible service. I recently went here dropping off a good 11 pieces of clothing. They did a great job on my work skirts and dresses, however they literally ruined a cardigan, and made one of my casual cotton skirts look incredibly worn out. I'm not sure how they launder cotton items, but I don't recommend taking them here, because they will come out beat up. I won't be using them again, but if you do, only bring in your work attire, and things not made of cotton. read more

My husband has mostly custom french cuffed shirts which he wears every week for work. Although staff are nice enough, the quality of work has not been great. Even after mentioning twice, some still came with bad creases on cuffs, front, and sides. What is the point of having them pressed if they come back with creases? They don't do on premises - they send out - and I wish I knew what other cleaners send out to the same place so I could avoid them. Also, I hate the parking lot - one of the worst, busiest with tiny parking spaces. We are new to Carmel Valley and struggling to find high quality dry cleaners. Right now we are trying a shop in UTC area (near my husband's office). But you would think there is a decent place in our area. read more

Do not use this place for alterations! I had the worst experience trying to get a button sewed back onto my sweater. Yes, you read that right; it was that easy. They initially told me it would take a week because they send it out. That seemed a bit long to me, but I said OK. I returned in a week, and it wasn't there. Apparently the woman who was supposed to fix it didn't bring it back on time. I return the second week - same story. Third week - they tell me it's returned, but they can't find it for a good 10 minutes. Then finally I get my sweater back, and it has no button on it! I seriously cannot believe it. They held my sweater hostage for three weeks and it didn't even get fixed. They didn't bother to call me or anything to say that for some reason they wouldn't be able to do the work. I will never return. They seriously need to get someone else to do their alterations if she cannot even handle sewing a freaking button on after 3 weeks! read more

Very fast, and courtesy service. Love that they take note of special request... Spot treatment of stain areas, sweaters folded not hung, etc. I always take advantage of their coupons, although if you "forget" your coupon they still will honor the discount. I've been using them for years and would give them 5 stars except I did have one item misplace that took a week to find. I brought my son's suit to Beasley Cleaners,. On the day that I was planning to pick it up I received a call from the owner. He informed me that the pants had been damaged while being cleaned. He apologized and said he had called Nordstrom to see if they could replace the pants. When the salesperson at Nordstrom told him that the pants were not available, he purchased an entirely new suit for my son. He said that he had made arrangements for the suit to be altered at his expense, too. I was blown away! I have never received such incredible service from a dry cleaner before. This was my sec time using their service. The first time i was satisfy but the second so disappointed.I paid $53 for 4 things. 1. My dress was over charge so they gave me a credit. Then after i got home and check my stuff my jacket has scratches and smelled like it wasn't washed and my dress still had satin on it. I went back and they said the scratches on jacket is not their fault and if its smell it is probably the material ( which is NOT!!!!!!! ) They can't clean the dress EITHER. I wanted money back for the jacket but of course they won't do that!. As far as the people who was taking care of the problem- they just don't care... One of the items that I had picked up was not cleaned, so I took it back. Sue smelled the shirt and insisted that it's clean and because I didn't bring back the same day (I picked it up on Thursday and brought it back on Sunday, just 3 days later) and that she'll redo press only. I pointed out the stain and attempted to take a picture of the shirt but she grabbed the shirt, yelled "NO" and dropped it in the bag. I was just shocked by how she behaved, how rude she was, that she wouldn't let me take a picture of my shirt, not theirs, my shirt. I was furious but didn't want to get into it so I asked calmly, "that is my shirt, please give it back so that I can take a picture". Only then she grabbed it from the bag and gave it back. I'm still amazed at how rude she was, no apology whatsoever but kept saying that I should have checked when I picked them up if they were all clean. Are you kidding?
