I wanted to come here since I first went to the Bee & Tea in Hawaii. Came here on a Saturday afternoon, there weren't many people, so we got our drinks fast. I thought the paintings on the wall were really cute, the place was Halloween decorated, and even the regular cups were Halloween themed as the picture shows! The employees there were very sweet. I got the Classic Flip and I was very satisfied! It is a pretty sweet drink, so if you're looking to satisfy a sweets craving, get that drink. The pearls were okay, but they had a nice chew to it, but not super chewy. You can customize sweetness for the other drinks and the large is HUGE. It almost seemed like a XL if there was one. I would definitely come here again to try their other drinks and possibly their steamed bao. read more

So happy that there's a boba spot right down the street from me in PH!!! My family and I are so psyched that we can grab this now when we go grocery shopping or even get gas in the plaza. Super shocked there's a Bee & Tea right next to me! I love their Classic Flip milk tea & it's good for those who like their milk tea sweet. Besides milk teas, they have other drinks on ice or blended & even lemonades. One classic drink would be Purple Rain, but ask for it blended! Makes a big difference. This location is a good size inside, not too small nor big. Plenty of parking! Definitely will be visiting more often. read more

First time here finally found a boba place close to my house. The place is very clean, service is excellent and the drink i got Taronator is delicious. I'm a big taro fan so thats my go to, but looking at the menu I really want to try some of the other drinks. I will definitely be coming back to try more. read more

It's my first time coming here and the cashier greeted us nicely! I was debating on getting cold brew mocha with boba or to try brown sugar which I was craving. I went for large brown sugar milk tea with boba, my mom chose taro blend. Their cups are so cute! Love the font on the back. Overall, cute indoor decorations and enjoyed the drinks! Cute little aesthetic boba place that just opened up. For their soft opening they have 10% off your entire purchase. I got a bee mocha with light boba, I enjoyed it. It could have been a bit more sweet for my taste but overall not bad and the boba isn't so chewy. They sell buns but won't be available till next week. It's nice to have a boba place in the area of PH instead of having to always go to National City or Convoy. read more

Yummy!! Service is usually good. Seems like it's family run business. When I visit - I usually go with their taronator. I've tried some of the others like the rose one and passion fruit drink but what sticks in my mind is that when I tried that one it reminded me of Perfume. Yes- the taste of the rose drink reminds me of perfume. I've had rose drinks at other establishments and it's a hit and miss I guess depending on where the drink is prepared. It's good and all but it's almost $20 bucks for 2 boba drinks. I mostly go to this one for the convenience, it's close to home and again it's definitely good boba balls but a little pricey in my opinion. read more

Pleasantly surprised that there was a new boba place in this plaza. Popped in grab a drink and there was a lot of room to maneuver a stroller which is a big plus for a new mom like myself! I've been so excited for this shop to open up!! The inside is colorful and fun with good music. Their menus are big which is great for me since I always have to squint to read most places. They have a great drink selection with some unique items you don't usually get in most basic boba shops, and drinks already come with boba included! I tried the Thai flip, the concept seemed cool, but it just tastes like regular Thai tea. Second time here and although I'm loving the drinks I've ordered so far their customer service needs improvement. Received the same guy at the register and his people skills are horrible. You will not receive an inviting vibe from him. I can say the same about the gal working behind the scenes. I use to come here all the time when I wanted my boba fix. I loved their Thai tea but after being overcharged for a drink I didn't even order I don't think I'll be coming here anymore. Came here one day, ordered a couple of boba drinks. But what I didn't know is the employee forget to clear a previous order so I got charged for a drink I didn't even order. The person working forget to take it off and when I showed her the receipt of the drink I didn't order. She only said ok and started to do my refund. The only thing that bothered me was she looked annoyed , and was rude about it and didn't even apologize...she didn't say anything. Such bad customer service how are you going to overcharge someone and not apologize and be rude about it. read more

I like how trendy and cute the whole shop is, however there are a good amount of things they need to work on. This is my second time coming here and the drink itself is pretty watery if u get any sort of milk tea and the boba itself is okay.. it's chewy but it's a little too soft for me. I also think they need to increase their customer service and when I came, there was no music so it felt kinda uncomfortable. I'm giving them a 3 because I know if they improve their customer service and modify some drinks, they'll be successful. read more

Cool place with North Park vibes. Visited during their soft opening and came back during their grand opening. I ordered a Thai Flip the first time and it was okay. It wasn't as sweet as I had anticipated. The next time I tried an acai bowl. There are two acai bowl options - one with peanut butter blended in and on top and the other without peanut butter. There is no price difference. I tried to order the regular acai bowl with peanut butter on top (not blended in) but they told me I had to have it blended in, too. Not sure why - seems simply enough to just add it on top, especially since it's the same price. The regular acai bowl was really good, though. Love the Thai tea there! Boba is standard in their drinks. I've had their tea once but it wasn't for me, the flavor was mostly syrup and there was barely any taste of the tea. I'd personally go somewhere else for fruit teas but for milk teas this place is good! It was creamy and delicious! I got the Thai tea flip once but it was wayyyy too sweet for my tastes but then again there is condensed milk in the drink as well as the normal Thai tea, tread wisely and mix it up well! read more
