David and his team are brave, brave men. My client had a hive infesting her shed for over 3 years!! Bee Busters came in and RELOCATED the whole hive. Well, wouldn't you know it, we had bees in our yard this week! Weren't sure where they were at, but saw a lot of them flying around for 2 days. Called Bee Busters, and they had Chris out within the hour! Apparently, we had a swarm in our hedge, and Chris told us we had 2 options - see if they left in the next day or two, or pay $150 for him to collect the swarm. We chose to wait it out, and the bees left the next day! Rather terrifying to see a cloud of bees flying off, but he was right! FIVE STARS! I called bee busters just 30 min prior to closing explaining that several bees were making it into my kitchen through a light fixture and I needed emerg help. We have two small children and a dog. Chris was dispatched and came within 30 min. He explained the scouting process of a bee, and said they may or may not end up taking residence in my vent. He left us the option of a scouting treatment, or just a wait and see approach. I decided against waiting as I didn't want to take any chances. We were charged a normal fee. No emergency fees added. Called about 8am and had Chris out at 10:30am the same day, just after his first appointment. He gave me a call to let me know when he had finished his first appointment and was at the front door within minutes of his projected arrival time. After checking out the bee situation (they had occupied an outdoor storage container), he told me the bees should be exterminated. Chris understood my desire to save them, but said they were aggressive. He noted that as a beekeeper, exterminating is not his preference, but was his recommendation. I agreed, he suited up and took to removing the hive. He took a full Home Depot sized bucket of hive material, which was void of honey. He then vacuumed and sprayed to eliminate a recurrence. He stuck around long enough to make sure he got a high volume of returning bees, and told me to call five days later if the remaining bees had not vacated. I'll update the return service if there is a recurrence, but I'll be blaming the bees, not Bee Busters if that happens! read more

Bee Busters didn't do a good job, they did an excellent job!! We called them on Monday and they came out the following Wednesday right on time. I thought we had 8 nests however, they found a total of 13 in the eaves of our two story house and garage. After locating the nests, Thomas (great guy!) and his partner (also a great guy!) explained everything in detail about what they were going to do. In about 30 minutes, the nests were gone and they sprayed the area to make sure the wasps do not return any time soon. I opened the garage door this afternoon and a flurry of wasps were swarming about. I could not start our laundry.
