We called Bee Busters after seeing a live bee in our home, and seeing multiple dead bees in our window sills. Chris came over and explained that the dead bees were most likely from an old scout team, and would not return again. Chris also suggested that a treatment would not be necessary since the bees were long gone and saved us almost $100. He even came back a second time just to reassure us and take a second look. We taped a cover over the open fireplace, as this was the most likely way the bees entered the house. Haven't seen any bees since. Chris provided excellent customer service. We woke up this morning with a swarm in the front yard hanging from the branch of a small palm tree. David arrived within a half hour and saved the day with his bee vacuum. We had a GREAT experience with Bee Busters. Russell was super knowledgeable and gave us tons of information about bee biology/sociology. My father in law has had Bee Busters, specifically Russell, come out to his home and had a great experience so we went ahead and called when we had a problem. We started finding a couple dead bees inside our bedroom by the porch door. Went outside and found a small swarm outside our chimney, so we called and they set up an appointment for the next morning. Russel came out and he explained the whole process to us, and what the worst case and best case scenario would be right off the bat. We had a high level of activity outside the property near the kitchen vent and a few bees also made it inside the house. Yelped bees, and hit the number on Bee busters. Super responsive, immediately got an appointment the same day. Dave came with his assistant within a few hours, treated the area, helped cover up the kitchen vent from inside the kitchen, put new mesh on the vent outside, and took great care in explaining every step. I had Bee Busters come out to remove a football-sized hive that had formed under my roof eaves. They were quick, in and out, and the problem seemed to be fixed. I was blissfully unaware that the lack of pheromone treatment and sealing off any nearby openings to mitigate future infestations is just as important as removing the bees from the property. Fast forward a year later (start of bee season) and I get a massive bee infestation in the same area. After getting multiple quotes and advice from other bee removal companies, I realize that the minimal work that was performed last year is causing a huge headache and expense for me now. After reaching out to Bee Busters and explaining the situation, their response was to have their guys come out for the same full service fee, to assess the situation (actual cost of service unknown).
