If you are looking for a classic old school fast food joint that isn't one of those franchises, come try Beep's. A great little shop serving up amazing food from a friendly and helpful staff. Beep's has a nice outdoor seating area which is perfect to enjoy their delicious food. I tried their Bacon Cheeseburger which was a delight. The bacon was crispy and went well with the fresh lettuce, beef patty, and cheese. Overall a great burger. Their Curly fries are also seasoned well and taste amazing.

I had a tasty cheeseburger special that comes with fries and a drink of your choice. I had to pay an additional fee for an extra patty on the cheeseburger since the special was a single patty. Service was average since I had to pick up at the register when it was ready. The atmosphere you are here for what we have, get the service food, then eat it, or take it and go out. Parking is okay, small but available, with a short wait. Other customers rave about the pastrami sandwich and breakfast burrito. I might try these someday.

where do I start? this....place....f@cks!!! Yes, perhaps the outside is not the best and parking is super limited, but all of that pales in comparison to the price, service, and taste. the burger special was fresh and like $10 (came with fries and a drink) and tasted great! the hot dog had a hot link and was a danger dog style without the bacon and put me in a coma after.

Delicious food, great service, love the atmosphere inside. They have the best shakes, my personal favorite is their banana. Everything I've had has been delicious but my favorite so far is the Reuben. I also highly recommend the onion rings.

Such a mad lunch rush at 12:50pm! We walked in right before the crazy walk in rush for their delicious classic burgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches. We got their classic single cheeseburger with everything except pickles and fries. It's a definitely order quick and take it to go or sit in their mini 50's vibe diner booths inside. I got to come back to try their "world famous steak and cheese sandwich."

I don't usually leave these because it's not worth my time but this has got to be the worst breakfast Ordered the biscuits and gravy an it was the most bland sauce ever, no sausage bacon was rubbery and the eggs were still pretty raw. I had to add so much of my own stuff to give it some flavor. I ordered my little girl some strawberry pancakes, and the pancakes were so sour and the whipped cream was so lumpy. we got horchata and it was the most watered down one we've ever tried. I got a hot dog that was like they just got it out the fridge and put it on bun that straight out of the bag with the biggest onions chunks Iv always been excited about this place since I was born and raised in the valley and Iv always seen this place and I love dinners but probably the biggest let down I think one star was pretty generous, and I will let everyone that asks about this place about this experience.

This is a vintage valley gem with the best milkshakes in town - especially the butterscotch! I've been coming here since a kid in the 80s so it gives me nostalgic feels but it's also a classic burger joint with its neon lights and good 50s bebop tunes. The service is always friendly but expect a wait since food is made fresh and is pretty busy. But it's worth the wait! The quarter pound angus cheese burger is my staple here with crinkle cut fries and very creamy buttermilk ranch. Breakfast is also served all day so that's a score! Parking can be tough since there's a tiny parking lot on a busy street.

What a legendary place. Sooooo many different options from subs, burgers, sides, shake, malts etc. something for everyone! It sounds overwhelming but i feel like you can't go wrong with what you choose. Go with your first instinct and initial craving. My go to is always the shakes here. You can't beat the pricing - handmade and such rich creamy flavors. Service is always amazing and they do a great job of bringing that 70s old school dinner vibe.

Not even a sandwich or a salad. Guess it's alway been a breakfast spot for us. Same with parking, front and back lot available. Depending on the time you arrive, it does get busy and have a wait. Little tip, you could just go to the bar counter if you don't want to wait for a table. Most people prefer a table but I don't mind the bar counter. The wait time does move pretty fast as they have a decent amount of tables inside as well the tables on the patio. Majority is in the shade but the patio area can be sunny even with the umbrellas. Menu, whatever you want for breakfast. The savory and sweets for everyone's preference. Pancake, loads to choose from and it's pretty massive. Waffles, scrambled, omelette, breakfast special, sandwiches, lunch and more. I tend to just stick to breakfast which is alway delicious. This visit, we had the MVP omelette, comes with potatoes of choice, fruit or tomatoes slices. Bread of choice or bagel. The Santa Rita scrambled and Mexicali omelette. Of course you needed something sweet which we also ordered the Lady Marmalade, pumpkin pancakes which was great. The food has alway been great and delicious. Staff are alway friendly and sweet. I did noticed that they had a lot of new staff compared to the last time I was here. Still some familiar faces and everyone was a doll. They're only open for breakfast and lunch with breakfast tending to be packed during the weekend. Food, service and experience is alway amazing. Until next time and highly recommend.

The cafe is 2 floors with lots of seating, both upstairs and downstairs. Definitely a great spot to study, get some work done, or catch up with friends. I ordered the Matcha Earl Grey Latte and the Popcorn Chicken. My drink came out pretty fast, while the popcorn chicken took around 10 minutes. I loved the latte! The earl grey flavor was strong, so it was definitely on the sweeter side. The chicken was definitely different from the Taiwanese-style popcorn chicken I was expecting. The texture was more like mini chicken tenders or nuggets than the usual crispy, popcorn chicken. The chicken itself was juicy and had less breading. Not bad at all, just different from what I expected. Pricing is also not bad, especially for the portions. I parked in the back lot, but there's also free street parking. Overall, I really liked the space and would definitely come back to try more of their drinks!

Word of caution: I completely missed the warning on the menu stating that the tteokbokki is meant for two people. They were definitely not kidding, and I couldn't even finish it! The setup here is super student-friendly. They have free water available, plenty of tables, a bathroom, and even an upstairs area we didn't get to check out yet. We stayed for about two hours and got so much done. Just a heads-up that it does get a little busy, so if you need absolute silence to focus, it might not be for you. But for us, the background buzz was perfect. We will definitely be back for future study sessions!

They serve omelettes, sandwiches, salads, chicken wings, pastas, grilled salmon and PERFECT individual pizzas (that are still large enough to share). Even though you order at the register and the wait staff delivers to your table, the service is outstanding (even to your doggies!). Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful and attentive. The garden atmosphere is lovely. You dine under a trellis of fairy lights and bougainvillea. And on certain evenings and lunch times, they have wonderful musicians provide soft background music. They also have an interior space which is nice as well (and air conditioned), but the real charm is the garden, where my maltipoo, Bella, is always spoiled (she especially loves the fries). Parking can be challenging, so, I recommend going just before or just after the breakfast, lunch or dinner rush. I live in the neighborhood, but I have friends who drive from DTLA, Hollywood , West L.A. and even farther away to meet me there just for coffee (try the Vanilla Latte - yum), a lavender lemonade or a glass of wine and a plate of chicken wings (cooled in different styles).
