I want to start off by saying that this place is absolutely adorable, and the service was wonderful! My family really enjoyed their meals, and overall, it was such a delightful experience. I do have one small, constructive suggestion, coming from someone with sensory sensitivities. It would be really helpful if the menu provided more detail about what the salad includes. For example, when I read "lettuce," I expected romaine or iceberg, not spring mix. I wouldn't have ordered the salad had I known it was spring mix, as it's quite different for me. This is a minor point and big to others, but it didn't take away from what was otherwise such a nice visit. read more

Not sure how I forgot about Belentys, but I'm glad it came back to mind this week. Ordered Mushroom Ceviche Seafood Nachos Burrito Supreme The mushroom ceviche was my favorite--absolutely loved it. Flavor and taste was spot on, really well balanced. The seafood nachos, however, didn't arrive warm or very fresh with delivery. I could still tell the flavors were there, but this is definitely something I'd recommend dining in for rather than ordering online. The burrito supreme was well stuffed, wrapped nicely, and full of flavor. I would absolutely order this again. One small suggestion: it would be great if items with a spicy kick were noted on the menu. I was a bit caught off guard by the level of spice/seasoning. Also didn't see the option to edit my order (remove a certain ingredient or topping, etc) Overall, solid food and flavors--I'll definitely be dining in soon read more

The place is super cute and everyone on staff is friendly, but the food was below expectation. Maybe I went on an off day. I ordered the cauliflower wings and fried chicken. The wings were okay, but they didn't come with any dipping sauces, despite the menu saying they did. The pictures for it showed sauce too, ranch I think. The fried chicken was pretty bland. It was just two massive mushrooms that were deep fried. It was very hard and crunchy, kinda difficult to eat because of the shape. Once again, the menu said it came with dipping sauce, but I didn't get any. The only other things in the bag were a couple of ketchup packets with high fructose corn syrup and "natural flavoring" as some of the many filler ingredients. I understand that packaging can be expensive, but everything came in non-recyclable styrofoam containers and a plastic bag. I get trying to be cute and provide vegan fast food, but I was sadly disappointed here. The lack of sauce for anything I ordered also made me sad. It was $36 for two mediocre items and it left me wanting more. read more

Super rude and fake nice when I had to come back when half our order was missing. Was lied to about all our food being in our to go order after we specifically asked if that was everything. Had to drive 30 min back to the store to ask them to fix it. The guy who took our order seemed annoyed we came back to get it fixed. The lady who was attempting to fix the order was talking to me in a fake nice voice and seemed to not understand how incredibly inconvenienced we were. I had to ask for some sort of compensation for the wasted time and effort. She then said she was going to offer a desert. I don't eat sweets and asked for a gift card or a free smoothie. She declined my request and said they "couldn't do that." At this point, I told them to forget the order and left. I expect ,when we tip $15, that our order is correct and actually show genuine concern. Do better. read more

If you're skeptical about plant-based Mexican food, take it from someone who thought there might be compromised flavor - the food here is FANTASTIC by any standard. She ordered the Birria Tacos and I the Belenty's Burger with onion rings. We tried some Mexican Fresh Water, Hibiscus for me and Mango for her, while enjoying the complementary chips and three sauces provided, all of which were deeLISH. Birria Tacos were out of this world. And, the burger was outstanding, though the onion rings shined most of all. Perfect, savory flavor and texture and plenty of them. My only complaint was that ranch to dip the rings in was $2.20 for a tiny cup, which I did not know I was being charged when I ordered it (I had two of them). The room is all glass on one side and the colors bright, creating a cheerful atmosphere. I texted a friend who is Vegan and often struggles to find a place for us to meet that has even one menu item for her and her family. Belenty's has so much to choose from. Just went vegan and these wings were incredible!! I got 3 mango habanero -- just awesome & 3 lemon pepper - nothing less than excellent! The burger was thick and nice, almost makes you think it wasn't healthy. After running up the interstate from central Texas, I'm glad I pegged this stop as my take-out dinner. I was lost in some form of heavenly dreamland of amazing food when an employee, who could have been the chef walked out and asked how the food was. I literally had to bring myself back to reality in order to comprehend what he was asking. I'm in Fort Worth for one week and have already added a second visit to my schedule! My absolute favorite vegan spot, hands down! The service is always spectacular and the food is a must even if you aren't vegan you will not be disappointed. We stopped by this place because it had great reviews and my wife was craving good vegan food. We were warmly greeted as we walked in. We ordered the Tinga tostada and Birria Taco plates. The tostada was flavorful and crunchy. The Birria was tasty as well, & I would have liked it even more if it had been crispy. Had it been, this would have been a 5 star review. The black pinto beans were good, and the spanish rice was yummy. My wife also ordered the hibiscus flavored water which was sweet & refreshing and served in a large cool-looking mason jar. Okay, wow. Belenty's is super awesome. I had the cauliflower lemon pepper wings and potatoes! When I say GOOD I mean GREAT and I'm not vegan. The flavor is amazing. Just tried belenteys a couple days ago and really enjoyed my experience!! I had mango Fresca and "Birria" burrito and loved both!! They start you off w free chips and 3 different dips which is so nice to munch on while waiting for food! The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and kind. The cheese didn't have a weird after taste and it was a great portion size. The mango Fresca was also huge and plenty to share with my friend who loved the enchiladas! OMG! So good! My friend, a fellow vegan, told me about this place! They didn't have a host stand so I was super confused about what to do when we came in. Overall, I liked the staff but I do think they may need some training. I had to ask too many questions about how to order or even for an extra plate for our appetizer bc it didn't come with it. I ordered the cauliflower wings (BBQ and lemon pepper) and the nachos. The lemon pepper wings were kinda salty but crispy. Ranch was bomb. They could probably use less batter with the wings bc it was still in between the cauliflower florets. Now for the main attraction.. the nachos!! Best vegan nachos I've had! It was super hella weird that they didn't have queso on the nachos so we had to purchase it separately. Like there was no cheese whatsoever that came with the nachos as is. It did have a couple of sauces drizzled in the top that was good but it wasn't enough. Definitely recommend getting the nachos and getting some extra sauce or buy the extra cheese (which should already be included!). I also ordered the Tres leches in a cup, but it was kinda weird so I sent it back. I'm excited to try some of their other options soon! read more

We were visiting from LA in 4th of July weekend and we found this spot thru yelp, the restaurant is cute and colorful, we ordered Agua frescas d Jamaica and mango pineapple those were delicious and refreshing. We loved the options of salsas we got for our chips the green one was incredibly spicy. My husband got the taco plate although I cannot remember what protein he chose, most likely asada. He liked the tortillas and the rice as well. I ordered the chimichanga d pastor on recommendation of our server. He was a Latino Spanish speaker, he was very friendly and attentive and happy to answer all our questions and give us recommendations. Belentys is one of the best restaurant experiences we have had in DFW (vegan or not). The restaurant is spacious and comfortable. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience even better. The food is the best and 100% lived up to the hype I had seen on social media. Even if you are not vegan, you will LOVE the food here (honestly if no one told you it was vegan, you may not even know). If you are a "I don't want vegan food" type of person, save yourself some cholesterol and give it a try. You won't regret it! Every dish we had was amazing. The chili that comes with the Dip Trio was my absolute favorite thing. The desserts were yummy and the strawberry ice cream was the perfect texture.
