They also kept telling my daughter what to do on her nails after my daughter specifically told them what she wants. First time there: Had my hair cut shoulder length and my nails done. Full set acrylic/gel and cat eye effect on my nails LOVED THEM! Tran was amazing! She is younger with beautiful tats she did great on my nails. Both services before tip was either $55 or $60 either way great price for both with good quality! The hair cut is not the typical wash cut style they just sprayed it wet lol but they did just fine for a cheaply cut. Going back today for a new full set! (I wrote this the day of my 2nd appt mind you! Wish I never went there ) Second time there was horrible. Never went back. Tran wasn't there, the gal from my first nail experience so ok. I ask for the same nails cat eye, full set I want a new set take off as well. Bro I literally sat there as this lady took my nails off and then went and cut someone's hair as I'm waiting to now get them done. I'm like ok their busy whatever (one appt was late, then the next showed so I'm like ok?) I'm thinking there's no way I'm sitting here now with one hand molded, but she's gonna leave and now cut someone else's hair?? Wtf? I been sitting there for an hour now. I'm patient I wait. Then she comes back and is doing my nails finally (90 mins in) but is doing them so sloppy. The shapes were horrid the thumbs omg. Then she starts painting them and doesn't do the cat eye..just the under color. I'm like umm I wanted cat eye she's like oh oh I said yeah I told the owner that when she sat me down twice. Mind you I had the manger owner whoever she is, and this lady helping me this visit and they still couldn't assist me in time. Like if you sit me down and start taking off my nails, don't go and cut someone hair and make me wait. Let alone do it TWICE because they were late to their appts. I wasn't and I sat there for almost 3 hours to get a take off, new full set gel with just a damn magnetic nail polish that's it. Lol nothing special. They really need to get it together on top of taking more people and helping me "in between" they kept accepting NEW CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY CLOSED I honestly should've just left. But it was a day for me to go out and pamper myself between errands you know have a nice little couple hours alone no kids etc but no they had to treat me like shit basically and waste 4 hours of my damn Sunday. I literally left so behind on everything for the day I was in tears I needed that little me time man. Oh I also paid full price $65 too. That's what I paid last time for a haircut and a full set how?! F this place like they could've at least been like you know what let me give you a little discount since we kinda failed you today. I had an appointment for today 11/7/21 for 10am and I believe it was vivian, who called me yesterday to remind me that I had an appointment and told me my appointment was with Kieu (Q). I entered the salon and she was super nice and knowledgeable about everything I asked. I have naturally wavy hair and made my appointment for a Brazilian Blowout. She asked me how short I wanted my hair and did a cut before washing my hair and beginning the actual process. The hair wash was probably my favorite part. Super thorough and the massage was great. After she began the Brazilian Blowout treatment and finished off my hair by cutting it exactly how I wanted it. I 100% recommend coming here for haircuts and hair treatments. After searching countless Yelp pages for hair salons opened on Sundays, it was one of these two problems: the prices were too high or they weren't available. My mom told me to go to Bella Beauty and I'm so glad that I did! Vivian was able to help me right away. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she agreed and started working. I got there at about 2:00pm and left at around 4:15pm. This was so much shorter than I expected. Vivian definitely makes good use of her time, for example while I was waiting in the dryer, she was doing other haircuts. She makes sure that each customer is taken care of in a timely manner. I visited a salon for pedicures and hair washing. Initially friendly, they were asked about the pedicure package but I chose the regular one and they asked for the big package but I don't have time for it. Then she asked about the paraffin wax. The girl came look at my nails and asked me to do a manicure, I said I will come back another the time to do it not today. This happened begin here, she said "con nhỏ này nó CÀ CHỚN chứ làm gì có quay lại and something more". After that she washed my hair and just dry by towel. I asked her to dry my hair by machine dry hair. She told me it will be $5 for that. I don't fucking care how much but her attitude made me feel that enough. I rarely get my nails done but I wanted to get a pedi since summer time equals sandals and flip flops. Reasonable prices but less than stellar service. I came in and informed them that I wanted a pedicure. There were three of them working. Two of them were occupied. I was picking a color when two other girls came in wanting to get their nails done. The available manicurist decided to work on them first. Grrr. Is it because the lady only specializes in manicures and doesn't do pedicures?! I decided to let it go and wait patiently. It took about 20 minutes before one of them got to me. I believe my toes were pruning from soaking them so long! While giving me the pedicure, my manicurist offered to turn on the massage chair. It didn't even work! :/ In the end the pedicure was ok but nothing to rave about. Their nail polish selection includes OPI and China Glaze. My son has been bugging me to get a perm but I kept saying his hair is too short and maybe next month. So today he asked again and I brought him to a salon so they can give their expert advice in which they told us his hair was too short and it wouldn't take. My son was not happy and kept showing me a video of a guy who got his hair done and his hair is the same length as his. We finally stopped off at one more place since it was on our way home. Vivian took a look and said she would be able to do it. Boy did she make my son's day by saying yes. He was so happy while sitting in that chair watching her put rod after rod. Definitely do not come to this place for a hair cut, you're better off cutting it yourself before coming to this place. Ask for a simple cut and they find several ways to screw it up! I've been an on and off customer and it just doesn't compare to other services, they leave everything uneven, they take WAY too much off the top, and they give you the opposite of what you ask for. read more

I love this Salon! They always do a great job on my hair and eyebrows and the prices are pretty great too! I've had my hair dyed as well as bleached here several times and I always walk out with healthy feeling hair! I've also done a Brazilian Blowout on my hair, I wouldnt really recommend this treatment for hair types like mine.. (wavy/curly, thin/non-coarse hair) Update: I went in and the lady that typically does my hair wasn't there. I got a hair cut that was probably one of the worst I have ever received. Not only was my hair completely uneven but the stylist(owner) cut the chain to my necklace during my haircut. She didn't offer a discount or anything at all. Even after she realized it wasnt "costume" jewelry and it was real she didn't care and still charged me $25 for the shady cut. The lady said "oh yes I do that for you:! I can't believe what happened. The lady ruined my hair. I was forced to call the cops as the ladies got hostile. The officers made me pay for the product they used. Which was 30$.Bella Salon which is on elk grove and Florin rd was trying to make me pay 100$. Then come back to FIX hair. The salon workers were trying to assure me that it looked just like picture. So I'm taking to facebook and asking. My hair is ruined. Very upset. What you see in the picture is the one I showed. My hair before she started. And the 2 after she did what the picture looked like. I was told. Please help!!! Updated review. This review is for my mom. She went in on a Sunday & she got a gel manicure, pedicure & waxed eyebrows. The pedicure was good, eyebrows were ok, still needed a little plucking & her manicure was mediocre. The polish job on her mani was done a little sloppy but after calling to let them know she did not like it they said she can come back to fix and re polish her nails. She was able to change the color and it came out very nice. Owner apologized. But because of having to return the following day they get 4 stars (was 2 stars) & she most likely will not be going back. read more

It's like 2 days before my wedding and I realize the place (on Stockton Blvd, a pretty much kinda run down place but very inexpensive and my mom had gotten her hair permed there and I was like, well they know Asian hair so why not but it's nowhere close to my house nor the church) where I had made an appt for an updo isn't going to work out. So I asked my makeup artist if she can recommend anyone close by where we will be doing our makeup that I can run to right after the makeup and then get on the freeway and get to the church. She recommended this place. I called and Vivian was the lady who answered my call and said they open at 9 and wasn't really willing to come in earlier for one person since they have to work till 7p no matter what time they start working in the morning (understandably). So I begged a little and she said she'd come in at 8:45a for me. So I got my makeup done and rushed over there. Actually she called me at 8:45a exactly to see where I was and I had to tell her my makeup person took a little longer than expected. Anyways, so I get there and I gave her a red envelope ($10) for coming in early and helping me so last minute. So she gets started and she's FAST. I mean, she's pinning hair bobbi pins left and right (I pulled out 47 of them on my wedding night!) and was spraying hairspray like she's dousing out a fire. Anyhow, she did a great job, I really have to give it to her. There were no hot curlers (nor time for them, just a curling iron) and yet she managed to create these nice curls all over the head and it just turned out really good overall. I'm happy with her work. The Salon's menu of services listed updo's as $35 and up, which if it were closer to $35 then it'd be a GREAT deal. But when she was done, she charged me $65 and I think she knew she could b/c I was in a bind and she came through for me and quickly(!) So anyways, the whole thing cost $75 which isn't bad considering she really did do a great job (I'll post a pic of the back of my head later when I go through all the pics to see if there is one) but I also felt she gouged me a little. So brides, do your homework when you are looking for an updo done. I got quotes anywhere from $30 up to like $175 (wth(eck)?!) and being the bargain-hunter I was, I really wanted to stay around $50 (yes, that's right, I'd rather spend my $ at a good sushi buffet or on some nice prime rib than on my updo for my wedding day! haha...) but since Vivian did a great job at a good pace (she's really a speedy gonzales and obviously knew how to approach my hair right away) I think the money I did spent was well worth it. Finally, I would also suggesting going in previously and picking out the style you want in advance. Some places charge a trial fee (better not be more than 1/2 of the actual updo cost though, otherwise, it'd be like paying twice, right?) so watch out for that. I just went in the day before (remember, I called on 8/6, went in on 8/7 and got married yesterday on 8/8/8, haha) and went through their books and picked out one that I liked. So before this turns into a full dissertation, I think Vivian did a great job and "yay! I'm a fan" although she could smile more and be more friendly and I did feel a little bit like her and the other 2 Vietnamese stylists were talking about me (a little) in Vietnamese some of that time, but a lot of the time they were just speaking in English and made small talk with me and were friendly. They were also analyzing my hair (or they were all looking at Vivian's work of art atop my head) while speaking in Vietnamese so they weren't necessarily talking about me just about the updo. Vivian's a skilled, decisive, and efficient stylist and for that I give her kudos. Since I'm not getting married again, I can't review again but if I happen to need another updo in the future (like if as a bridesmaid), I'd definitely go back (and ask for a return customer discount! haha...). I have been going there for about a year. It got better with Trudy. But my last visit was very disappointing. I like me my hair done in a razor cut, short and sassy. My last visit with Trudy, she did not razor cut the back of my head and I had I verified by another beautician. Yet when I went in to complain ( and she knew I wasnt pleased) she didn't look at me nor would she talk to me even when her customer said to go ahead, yet she would not talk to me. One thing I do not like about Trudy is while working on me, she would work on other customer as well. It was ok so nail she would not take the time to talk to me about my disappintang hair cut. Very unprofessional. I'll not go back and have talked to other seniors who will not go there as well. For 30 bucks for a hair cut, it should be the sky I want it....not her. I spent almost $1,000 in less than a month at this shop. One of the main services I received was I had my eyebrows micro-bladed in June 2018. 1- touch up by the owner Vivian, who stated it'll last for a year. It's already fading. I had my hair colored and highlighted, it's already faded. I had it redone. I had my nails chromed-gel full set, broke in less than a week. I've brought it to her attention and not once was offered to have it redone, especially my eyebrows re-done being the most costly. I believe a successful business is done with humility and empathy and not just take people's money. It's the principle. I went to this shop by word of mouth and trust.
