Worst customer service ever!! I recommend another place!! A lot of reviews seem to be lies about this place. I called in to get a delivery and the person who answered didn't sound crazy about talking to anyone on the phone. After i asked them to place an order for Spaghetti with meat balls, cheese fries and a soda can the total i was told was $24.00! which included a charge for delivery that the guy on the phone told me they don't even pay the full amount to the driver! Wait what!!? Regardless after that i told him to just let me get a spaghetti with meat sauce which is priced $10.99 on there website as shown in the picture i took of there site. The guy said there are no price changes and that they don't offer such on their menu because its still meat sauce. I told him i see it on his website and he said he spoke to his manager and that they cant do that and that the manager is busy to come and talk on the phone! like WOW!! NEVER GIVING THIS PLACE MY BUSINESS EVER! They are rude and very miss informed about their own menu! My recommendation to try a different place. First time trying this place and will be the last. My girlfriend and I decided to try Bella Pizza to see if it was any good. Albeit slightly more expensive than typical pizza delivery, we were under the impression of a more gourmet experience. That wasn't the case for reality though... We ordered the large BBQ Chicken Pizza and my girlfriend got the Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad(wasn't perfect in the end but wasn't horrible). When ordering, I added a ranch dressing for a $0.50 up-charge(no big deal) and in the notes area put "Please don't forget the ranch.". Of course, they forgot it. Do I need to call to remind them not to forget something I paid for instead??? As for the pizza, the second I picked up the first slice, about half-way through the separation from the rest of the pie, it fell apart in my hands. Partially because the dough was extremely thin and flimsy, and partially because of the fact it wasn't cut all the way to the center. With a generous amount of toppings on a pizza this big, you'd think they'd consider that people have to be able to actually eat it. Maybe I'm wrong? Just to check for consistency, I used a steak knife to finish the cut of each slice and tried my best not to make a giant mess with each removal from the box. Knife, fork and a ridiculous mess from the box to my plate later, the images I posted were the result down to one remaining slice which I didn't even bother eating. The quality of the pizza wasn't where it should be. The chicken was extremely dry in some areas, there wasn't any feasible way to remove a slice without destroying it and while there was enough crust remaining to snack on, no paid-for ranch sauce to enjoy it with!!! Thank you, Bella Pizza, for being a place in Centreville I can cross off my list of places to eat. You won't have to worry about remembering my sauce anymore. read more

The food is good but they are NOT honest with their prices. I placed my order to be delivered. I realized that menu prices on-line are different. They told me everything costs went up and we have to charge me this much otherwise the business will go bankrupt. Stay away from their summer pool offers, it is a scam. They will sell you a third grade quality food because their pizza is just for pool laying kids..... I ordered a chicken pizza today at Centreville, the order was wrong in the first place... They corrected it and sent me a horrible extra large chicken pizza... I live nearby so I fall back on this place out of convenience but the fact that they charge a delivery fee no matter how close you are can be a deterrent. ***Updating my review to say: I lived in the apartment community directly across from them so it was absurd to pay $2.50 for delivery. And it wasn't sheer laziness that caused me to order delivery. Sometimes as a mom with 2 kids, you are hungry and a slave to the child's nap. You can't leave two kids alone in the house, even if they're asleep. Therefore, delivery. In these cases I would usually just starve, live off the coffee I had at home or get Chinese from the place in the same plaza because they didn't charge/had good food/and delivered at light speed. Not too shabby. First off, the prices are awesome. Second off, the person taking the order by phone (even though you can order online) was so nice - even threw in a free 2liter with our order and third, they literally delivered our order in less than 20 minutes. How is that possible???? A large 2 topping pizza and a 12" sub was about $20 some bucks. Both were delicious and were delivered hot and fresh. Bonus points, they deliver beer at more than reasonable prices. Definitely will be ordering here again. read more

I truly do not understand all the rave reviews. We ordered food delivered today and were not impressed. Time from placing the order online until the guy showed up at our door was 45 minutes. I had ordered a sub and opened the container to find just a mediocre sandwich on soggy bread. The french fries were also soggy and they're not even real potatoes - they reminded me of what you might find in a bad school cafeteria. Ordered from Bella pizza today and the whole experience was horrible. First the guy taking the order on the phone sounded like he was busy hanging out with his friends. I had to repeat the order 3 times for him to get it correct. Once the food came the pizza we ordered was was just ok. But we also ordered lasagna and a salad. Horrible!!!! If u like pre made lasagna with tons of grease than you'd love it. But I thought it was barely edible. Also the salad we ordered wasn't much better. Rubbery onions and ranch that tasted funny. Had a myriad of problems with Bella's years ago but recently a manager reached out to me via my old Yelp review and convinced me to give them another try. I didn't want to jump the gun after the first order was delivered hot and correct but it appears as though there has been a significant change in management and processes because our last three orders have been spot on. To sum it up, when they are good they are REALLY good because the food is outstanding..........but when they are bad, well, you know :) Although things will occasionally go askew because nobody is perfect, my most recent experiences tell me that they really want to get it right and for me, intent goes a long way. My boyfriend and I received a menu from Bella Pizza, and decided to try it out. We decided to go to the restaurant and place our order, and everyone was extremely friendly and talked to us while our order was being made... It smelled DELICIOUS. After we got it home, we dug in, and there was nothing but the sounds of munching and "this is SO good!" after almost every bite. I got the White Cheezy Pizza and a vanilla gelato, and he got the pepperoni stromboli.. And I just finished placing an order for have the pizza again for my lunch today! In the time I lived in Centreville I ordered from here a fair amount. My mother, who lived with me at the time, ordered from here VERY frequently. They remembered her all the time, they were always very nice to her on the phone. The food isn't the absolute best but it is pretty good. Though I don't care for the greek items on the menu, the greek dressing is more like a caesar dressing for my taste. The only bad thing is they keep your credit card number on file with out asking, though I don't think they do that anymore. read more

Hands down the best pizza I've had in a while! The coupons are online as well, which makes ordering convenient. I chose a large two topping pizza, breadsticks, and tiramisu. Pizza was excellent. The breadsticks were a little cold but still tasted delicious. I wasn't expecting the tiramisu to be any good, but surprisingly it was my favorite part of the entire meal. I LOVE EVERYTHING FROM HERE! The pizza is soo amazing. I don't know what Italian pizza tastes like, but I'm guessing it is like whatever they give. The pizza is pretty huge too. I don't feel that they are over priced for what they give you. The wings are pretty good to. I actually don't like wings, but from Bella's I could probably eat 50 of them! Their cheese fries are pretty amazing too!!! I think they are off the hook! Either you love if or you hate it. And I LOVE IT!! Their hot subs are amazing and cheap to! They aren't more than $8 and it comes with fries too. They have really good deals all the time. Their coupons are so worth using. I don't think any other pizza place can beat them. Great pizza and amazing calzones. I kept saying "This is SO good" over and over after every bite. My sister was like "we know! shut up." but seriously. This is quality food. I had the pepperoni calzone and it was insane. Ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese mixed with spicy pepperoni. The ricotta was spilling out in gooey cheesy blobs.The dough was beautiful, shiny and salty, and covered in seasoning. It was served with marinara dipping sauce and it was great. Fresh and tangy and perfect with the calzone. The guys behind the counter were really nice. Happy to serve us and very conversational. I butted into their debate about the Te'o Manti scandal and we all had a big conversation about it. They were extremely nice and very welcoming. I can't believe I didn't find this place sooner! Always get great food, but tonight was terrible. I want a refund!!! The guy that took my order (Christian) sent 4 pizzas and charged me for it. I ordered 3 pizzas, 1 pepperoni xxtra cheese (never got it), 1 pepperoni, sausage xxtra cheese, 1 pepperoni, pineapple, bacon, 1/2 jalapeño, xxtra cheese. I got 2 pepperoni, sausage, no xtra cheese (dry as heck),1 pepperoni, sausage, bacon (dry as heck, and not what I ordered), 1 bacon, pineapple, 1/2 jalapeño, (dry as heck and no pepperoni). When I ordered over the phone , I kid you not, I literally had to repeat the order 6 times! When Christian answered the phone and I asked for pizza he sighed as though I had awakened him in the middle of the night. I should have just hung up then! But Bella's has never let me down! I spent a bunch of money and tipped the driver handsomely and I got a bunch of crap! I called and was told I could get a discount on my next order. I WANT A REFUND!!! We have been ordering from Bella since we moved into the neighborhood 3 years ago. They have really good pizza. We usually get the Meat Monster which is great. I am also a fan of the Chicken Souvlaki platter. The only issue I ever had was with the wings which are more like fried chicken and not real buffalo wings (the saucy kind)...but they recently changed them, so Ive been told, to the traditional wing style so I will be giving them another try. My only suggestion to them would be to update the coupon options that have in their menu. I don't think they have been changed in the last 3 years at least. Even though I only live a few minutes from the Bella Pizza in Centreville, I never thought to try it until recently. I've been missing out. Bella is associated with Paisano's, another delicious place in Fairfax. Both have terrific food, but my new special go-to item is their meatball pizza. The crust is deliciously soft but not too thick. The toppings are generous, and the meatballs in particular are just plain excellent. Haven't tried any of the Greek items, but in the past I've ordered pasta from Paisano's, and it was always very good. Very, very small establishment. Really just a few basic tables and chairs, not an atmosphere that makes you want to eat in. I've picked up my order and have also had it delivered, both ways no problems at all. It looks clean inside but there were at least eight employees lingering around the counter when I went to pick up my food, which was just a bit disconcerting. Most recently, my daughter and I ordered pizza when we went to our community pool. There was a poster with a special -- a large one-topping pizza for $8.99 -- you can't beat that price! Delivery was quicker than expected and the delivery person was very polite. read more
