Another Chris S here, and I must say Bella Pizza is not too shabby (3.5 solid stars, but I'll round up because of the customer service). Ordered from the Pickwick pizza place about 3 times and it was brillant twice. The 1st time was spotty and decided to take advantage of their customer appreciation week by ordering 4.99 large pepperoni pizzas back-to-back nights. Now I don't know what it is with great promotions and Bella but this place hit the spot last week. If I can describe the taste, I would say it is a slice better than Dominos but a pie below Papa Johns. read more

This place is officially our new pizza place. I'm from Detroit and even though Bella only has a small "Greek Corner" of their menu, I am thankful for even the tiniest throw back to my coney-island home. We've ordered from Bella twice. Once we got a margherita pizza and chicken gyro platter. The Marg. Pizza was not what we were expecting. I sort of had higher hopes than I should have. Hubby and I are still trying to find wood-fired Arlington style pizza in the burbs and did not find it at Bella. BUT! Everything else was really good. My chicken gyro was very delicious and reminded me of the ones I get at home in Detroit. But the best part was the homemade Italian dressing, I would actually call this dressing Greek because it tastes like it. It is AMAZING! I would totally buy a bottle. The next time we ordered, we just split a large Greek salad and breadsticks which were hollow but good. Definitely a yummy local pizza delivery joint. read more

I tried the Bella Pizza on accident and it was okay. When I ordered here the pizza was stiff, not a lot of sauce, and tasted very plain. My friend who tried it had a messed up stomach that night. When I had this pizza in another location, It tasted somewhat better but still sub par. read more

Tried to order pizza this evening and all I got was ration of crap from the chick on the phone. last Fri the pizza was a thin crust rather than a regular crust. Used to be the best pizza in the area but they are going down hill fast. New owners??? Bella sucks! I have been customer for over 7 years and they lost me as a customer. Update, 3 stars was probably a bit harsh. I think I was just mad that my favorite place wouldn't deliver odd things like cheeseburgers and popcorn shrimp anymore, and since I don't drive, I'm one of those people who makes use of the beer delivery and the new price is ludicrous. And it IS very expensive overall. The subs are ~$10 + extra toppings, and the pizza can get pricey. But otherwise, the food is very good, they are always timely, and they gave me 20% off once when they put hot pepper relish all over my steak & cheese. (they said I had clicked "hot peppers" on my on-line order, which I may have accidentally done, but it was still a really bizarre misunderstanding which made my sandwich inedible). They are always very friendly on the phone, and their drivers are really nice. I still wish they'd take the picture of the cheeseburger off their front page, since there is literally nowhere you can order a cheeseburger to your house in Centreville. read more

Even I am living benttree apartment it is like 30sec driving I swar GOD. if they said we can not delivery, I can go take out. Anyway she said in 40mins. He asked me for tips, I had $100 and I asked for cashier, can break it and she said okay so I payed him $100 and he should give me change $82 But he just gave me $80 and asked for "my tips?" I was like what , tips not included? ? And he took $5 more, Because I always gave to tips 20% even bad service and bad management, why? I order from these guys frequently. There were some hiccups under the previous managment, however they seem to have turned in a postive direction. Food is good, not outstanding..but better than a lot out there..just skimpy on extra cheese. I order from them nearly every Friday for Family game night and would recommend them. read more

The cheese is something truly special (do yourself a favor and don't order extra, just the regular portion is perfect) and their pizzas are always delivered hot and fresh. Overall, the food here is good. They even upgraded chicken wings (used to be much smaller ). However, in my recent order the chicken wings still had bits of feather attached to them and a little burnt...kind of lost my appetite. So this place has pretty decent pizza...not really NY style, but it's fine. My kids like it and I'm okay with it. Their fries are soggy and the sub bread isn't toasted, but like I said, kids like it, and they have green olives, so three stars. Also a few weeks ago I ordered BOGO and the driver gave me someone else's order after we waited a long time. I could not wait for re-delivery so I cooked dinner and they refunded our money. They also promised to put a 20% discount for the next time we ordered. The next time I ordered was also BOGO, and they said I could not use the coupon with BOGO. Okay, we paid full price. Then the next time I called to order, the coupon was no longer in our account. This has been my fiancé's and my go-to pizza place since we started dating. To this day my fiancé will rave about how Bella has the best pizza around. And while I would not say Bella has the best pizza, it is still good. My favorite part about them is that their service and quality is consistent, they never mess up our orders, and their delivery time has always been reasonable. I have lived near this place for about 3 years now, and let me tell you... this place is my best friend when I dont feel like cooking or going out to pick up food. The pizza is delicious and made of good ingredients the sandwiches are ok, but the best thing about this place is that its clean!! really really clean.. even the food! you can tell whats in it because its always fresh and of excellent quality -although the recipies are not award winning, the fresh and good ingredients make the food so much better! Forget Pizza hut, dominos and even Papa John's and Vocelli's.... this place uses quality ingredients that isnt mass produced and they deliver really really fast and always take your order in under a minute. I used to love this place and ordered almost weekly for lunch from my office. Today I had a new delivery person who informed me that I had not tipped him enough. I pointed out that the food cost was $10.98, which I tipped $2.00 on and the remaining was the tax and $1.50 delivery fee. He told me that he doesn't get the delivery fee so I should give him more tip. Because I did not feel like having an argument with this man in my office I gave him a total of $18.14 on a total (including tax and delivery fee) of $13.14. A bit less than mediocre at best. I don't understand why their reviews are as high as they are. The pizza was below average, and the other things we bought were below average as well. Wings had very little meat and were just tiny greasy fat bones. Seriously... you can easily find better. The only good thing about them was the guy I spoke to on the phone who took my order. Got them for delivery. They deliver off the whole menu which is quite good and what you would expect from a real Italian takeout. The Pizza was awesome and the Stromboli was also very good. I highly recommend giving them a try. Also they will do gyro meat on the pizza. So instead of doing Dominoes or Pizza hut or what ever try them out. read more

I ordered the white pizza with chicken, it was okay. The chicken was kinda dry, also it just seemed like the pizza was overcooked. The next time we went, we ordered BBQ Chicken pizza, it was good but my husband said he has had way better since that is his favorite kind of pizza. Bella's... The pizza is good, the breadsticks are yummy, and the gyros are nom nom nom. Although the deserts arent very edible. It's obviously not made in house. The pizza here is OK. What really irritates me is that when they are low on drivers or hit traffic the pizza arrives 90 minutes after I have ordered it. It is stone cold by the time it arrives. When I call and complain do they ever bother to give me a refund or a free pizza? No, never, they just give me excuses. This is why I order from them a lot less than I used to. Don't like the pizza but damn are the steak & cheese sandwiches delicious. I have one almost every week. Yes. I may be addicted.

They make the best Broccoli Cheese Bites. My boyfriend hates broccoli but loves them. Their fries taste like my Mom's home made fries she always used to make when I was little. This is the only place that comes close to how good they were. Their Fresh Mozzarella Salad is good. It's not really a salad but an appetizer. It is filling, though. Their pizza is a little more pricey than most, but it's for a good reason; it's delicious. Oh, and they deliver until 10:30 PM. read more
