Based on all the reviews I had high hopes. But unfortunately the very next day after my service my polish is chipping, and one several nails there are lines where you can see the coats of polish are not even. However two stars since my pedicure looks good. Expected more from quality and ambience for the prices (my upgraded services came to $75-ish before tip). My mother-in-law bought me the Moisture Rich Manicure for my birthday, so my 1st visit to Bellacures was to their SM location. I did not have an appointment, and the place was full, but they were able to get me in 30 minutes later - I didn't mind the wait:-) I ended up with Charlie, who not only helped me pick out the most fabulous colors, but he was efficient, paid attention to detail and was super-friendly (as were the 2 gals at the receptionist desk)! Just wanted to update that they were kind enough to make sure to fix the gels. I went in just under 2 weeks after I originally had gotten the gel manicure, and at that point only 2 nails still had polish on them (;0). Luckily, a different technician worked with me and reapplied the original color, making them look good as new. I am interested to see if this round of gels will last longer, but really appreciate them honoring this mistake and fixing it. Side note- I paid the $1 per minute for a 10 minute neck massage and it was maybe the best choice I made all week. So, there's that. Thanks Bellacures! read more

Needed a last minute mani and so glad I found this place!! The girl who helped me book over the phone was sweet and super accommodating. The salon and tools are very clean, the decor is nice and the sofa style chairs are comfortable. A little pricier than most nail salons but so worth it! My first time at Bellacures..... I decided to go for the anti-aging manicure since my birthday is around the corner. The Hold My Hand manicure ($45) is okay but I would rather have gotten a normal mani for $20. The thing was that I got this manicure as a treat - special occasion, wanted a spa experience - and when I got to Bellacures, I felt like I just got a normal manicure with a scrub and soft touching (the massage wasn't very good....). I'm not even sure my manicurist used the special organic scrub or witch hazel toner. I should have asked now that I think about it. Ah well - I do think I might come back to Bellacures - but I'll stick with the normal nail services. That said, I think the atmosphere was good - very chill and very very busy! The desk people were nice as well. It was a bit hard to relax with the hustle and bustle but I have to remind myself - it's not a spa, it's a busy nail salon! Tip: the rock star nail free with Yelp check-in is for a gel nail only. read more

I came in for a gel pedi and a gel fill. The nails turned out fine, but far from perfect for $118. That's right, $118, not including tip. I knew it would be expensive on Montana, but not that bad. I felt a little taken advantage of at the register since I expected to pay $83. $55 for gel pedi - I agreed to this, knowing it will last a while. I called to ask how much the fill was when I made my apt, they said $28 - great I thought! I completely forgot that GEL has different pricing but HOW could the GEL FINGER POLISH BE $30 MORE?! Only here! They also charged $5 for shaping. Which is weird, because that's what salons do, cut, shape and polish so why more? There was no discussion of price during this service. The nails are fine, so I can't give less than 3 stars because I am mad at my self for not checking the pricing more thoroughly. I learned my lesson. read more

I got my nails done here last week and loved everything about the salon. Super CLEAN, great nails techs and front staff. My nails are still perfect 1 week later. I would recommend this place to anyone that does their nails regularly or just want to treat themselves to special pampering. read more

Way overpriced. Way more than I paid to get the nails put on. I mean I guess it's pricey due to the location and i could have easily just left, but i was already there and was tight on time. I did also opt for gel instead of regular fill, so that boosted my total way up. I asked if I could change my nail shape which the nail tech did the shape I wanted, she then told me it's usually $5 extra for it, but today she'll do it no charge. A few minutes later, she said something along the lines of something $5 extra for something, I didn't really understand what she said even after asking her to repeat herself, so I just agreed. Now I know why I have not gotten acrylics for a while, because the electric nail file freaks me out and every nail tech I've been to has cut me with it. Today I was cut again and even bled a little. After that, I was freaking out the whole time in fear I'll get cut again. I still have yet to find a nail tech who is excellent with the tool and won't cut me. Then she puts too much sealer on my nail that I had glitter added on and it dried up and there is a chunk of sealer on the side of my cuticle, which ended up burning me a little when i put my hand under the UV light. She saw it and tried to cut most of it off with cuticle nippers and file it down, but it didn't do much. It would have probably been easier to just redo the whole nail. I mean I could have made her redo it... So after it all and i paid, I gave my tip and left. I looked at the receipt after and saw what the $5 extra she was talking about, was a hand massage that I didn't request nor did I receive. I had already left and wasn't about to go back and argue over it. So I'll just eat the $5 hand massage....and definitely will not be returning. read more

Literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I got an acrylic fill and color change. Super simple, didn't ask for any designs or anything. First, she was clearly inexperienced as she barely knew how to operate the dremmel. She also failed to clean up my cuticles and didn't even put cream on my hands. As for my nails themselves, two are clearly crooked and there is paint all over my cuticles and palms. By the time she was done with my manicure I was so annoyed I didn't even bother asking her to fix them. I must say the pedicure was amazing and my sister's nails look perfect (she just got gelish). I would never go back here. Do NOT get acrylics from this place. read more

Gerard: thank you for writing back but this is even more infuriating to me because at this point you owe me money: You're telling me I paid more than I needed to because we did NOT get any extra services, trust me I would know. Ie no massage, callous remover, special design on the nails.. nada. Just two plain gel mani's and two pedi's , so why did your staff over charge me??? You should mail me a voucher for the balance, this is rediculous. Secondly, its too late now because its past 2 weeks, but why doesn't your staff tell their clients about the two week guarantee? I come here exclusively for Johnny. As much as I love just getting my nails done, his shoulder massages are absolutely amazing. I used to live in the area and come to him after work for a 30 min shoulder massage. It was a dollar a minute and worth every penny! Now I've moved away and every time I'm in the area I stop in see him. It's that good. read more

It's sad how far downhill this place has gone. I used to get my nails done here every other week, but I don't think I can ever go back. The gel polish never stays on anymore. I asked one technician not to put 6 coats of polish on my nails because I knew it would chip in a week. She refused, put 6 coats of polish on, and the gel completely peeled off in one week. With the last gel pedicure I got, after 24 hours both of the big toes were ruined (the polish smudged up and was actually still wet inside). They guarantee their gel services for 2 weeks, and they honor that. But who has time to be going to get their nails fixed all the time? It's almost impossible to get someone to take a phone call to make an appointment. I've waited on hold for 15+ minutes or been sent straight to voicemail more often than not. I came here for the first time on Friday and I really enjoyed my experience here! The girls behind the front desk were so friendly and were so helpful. Jenna helped me with finding the nail polish color I was looking for and even offered me champagne. My manicurist, Helen, did an amazing gel manicure! I'm very picky about my manicures, especially when they're gel, and Helen made them perfect! Very relaxing and enjoyable. Came in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was fine and I had no issues. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the mani. I think the quality of the polish was bad, so it came out very thick and lumpy. After just a couple days it started chipping. Less than a week later, it was liftIng off entirely from multiple nails. Pretty disappointing when you spend over $100 on a mani/pedi. read more
