I have ordered from this bellagio's three times so far since moving to west linn. I am so disappointment. I had it delivered each time and the pizza was cold and floppy. I live six minutes away, why was my pizza cold. I like thin crust which is supposed to be a little crispy and this pizza was not that at all. We also got charged twice. If only there was a way to give this location negative stars. The pizza is tasty, but the service in this location is awful. This most recent trip I ordered the pizza (over phone) and they lost the order the 30 minutes between taking the call and me showing up to get it. They almost always blow the estimate so you show up at the time they said and wait for 20-30 minutes. Or you show up and have cold pizza. The staff is always confused and doesn't seem to know what's going on. The only upside is that they usually give you half off or a free pizza when this happens, so it ends up being a lot cheaper than their published prices. Also, make sure to check the toppings before you leave. I've had a lot of times they make something different than you ordered. read more

So we attempted to order from the West Linn location tonight at 9:55 pm, not realizing that they close at 10 pm. What kind of pizza parlor closes at 10 pm on a Saturday. We've ordered from them many times, several times disappointed or the wrong order. This location is completely dysfunctional and I'm not sure how they are still being profitable. We had a house full of kids that we had to tell sorry, not happening! We weren't trying to slide a order in at the deadline. This place is ridiculous. I've been there three times so I know it's not a fluke: It's a chaotic, disorganized atmosphere behind the counter. Twice I've had to stand there and wait while the staff argued with each other. Today I waited while they sorted out an order they had messed up, and then they messed up my order, putting salami on my veggie calzone. Last time, the guy was so concerned with yelling at his co-worker that he treated me like I was inconveniencing him with my order. The guy who rang me up today pointed to my pizzas sitting ready on top of their oven, but it took another three minutes of me standing there for someone to actually pick them up and bring them over to me. I like pizza and the best that I can say about Bellagio's pizza is that it is edible and that it is pizza. Anything more would border on lying and I can't with a straight face. The pizza is greasy on a good day and not very tasty. Their delivery is very long and not worth the wait. I won't step into the store as it is quite unappealing. I placed an order online at 5:30 and the confirmation email said that it would be delivered by 5:50. I called at 6:30 and was informed they had the order marked as take out. Instead of offering to deliver it and offer good customer service they offered to remake it and charge me $2 to deliver it. She stated that it's not their company that places the online orders so she was taking no responsibility. Bad customer service means I'll never give you my business again. I asked for a refund and they said they have to ask the company and I'll get it "sometime." Piss poor service. Never can get a pizza out before 4 hours after calling. Meaning you may or may not get your pizza before midnight. Drivers never call when having trouble finding your home. Then you tell them how upset you are when the driver dose call, they drive back to the store and don't show up or call to tell you they're not coming. Plus, they play really bad top 40 pop songs way too loud. Update: After tracking down our confirmation email, it seems that the mix up was a combination of me taking too long to finish my order, their outsourced ordering website, and overestimated delivery times. We will definitely give them another chance, but we will plan on using the "future delivery time" at least 2 hours in advance, or call the restaurant directly. Ordered online for delivery made the big mistake of changing to pick up due to wait time. Came home and opened pizzas. Instead of XL i paid for, I got a large. I called and they said they would deliver another. Then I looked at my second pizza and instead of getting my tomato base it was garlic and oil. I called back and the manager apologized saying they would send the correct order and to return the pizzas we picked up. Estimated delivery would be 10 minutes prior to calling the store where we were told they couldn't do anything and it would be awhile longer. This was after the estimated delivery was already an hour. Pick up isn't any better- last time I picked it up I sat at the window for 15 minutes before anyone came to the window to tell me what was taking so long.
