1. Service - They don't have a waiting staff per se. You only deal with the cashiers up front, and the folks working in the kitchen. The guys working in the kitchen, preparing your dish are the ones that serves your dish. But most everything else, is self serve (drinks, utensils, and condiments). When you first come into the restaurant, walk up to the cashier and place your order, pay before you settle down. 2. Price - Depending on what you may order, but it varies from $10-$30. 3. Ambiance - contemporary and very nicely decorated. I like their greenery on the wall. Dress code here is casual, however many people that go here dresses pretty nice. 4. Food - my go to is the ATLANTIC SALMON SALAD. It's tasty and very filling. 5. Cleanliness - this location is not bad. Everything appears clean in the dining area. However that rug near the restroom is a bit musty. I know it's a safety concern to prevent customers from slipping and falling. Cute little place. You get a menu at the door and order at the front and food gets delivered to your table. Lots of healthy options, but have pizza and pasta too. Good selection of flavored teas. I visited here when it was Ruggles like many others and liked the place. They don't really have a lot of hearty, manly items on the menu, but then again, it is a healthy type of place. I usually stick to the tacos, either fish or shrimp. They describe the type of fish as baja, which I've never heard of. The habanero salsa that comes with them is a nice flavor though, just not as spicy as I'd like. Their drink station doesn't have napkins, as they are usually over by the condiment area. The latest time I visited though, they didn't have any napkins out, so I had to keep grabbing full silverware with napkins. Their iced teas are sometimes a little strange. I really only liked 1 of the 4 flavors. One of these days I'll have to try one of the desserts, probably the bread pudding which they seem to also be known for. read more

Before I tell you about my experience here, let me just say that the best part of eating out as a vegan at a non vegan restaurant, is that your food comes out fast and is prepared fresh. Now this restaurant is located in The Woodlands and if anyone knows the area, you know it's bourgeoisie (that's the correct way to spell the word, it's not boujee or any other spelling), like for real for real. Walking up you see the outside area, and with the weather like it is in Texas, ain't nobody sitting outside unless it's night time, and even then, mosquitoes won't let you be great and eat. Walking inside, they have a very sleek look. Lots of neural colors and white. It was pretty empty, guessing I beat the lunch hour rush, so there was no line. The lady who took my order was really nice and very patient. I ordered as my appetizer the hummus with pita bread, which both are made in house, and as my meal I had the Veggie Nut Burger, 86 the cheese. Both dishes were phenomenal. I would highly suggest them. The burger literally will melt in your mouth. The pita bread and hummus were the best I've had thus far. What I also liked was it's a self serve restaurant. You order and pay at the same time and then you get your own drink, silverware and napkins. You also can get your own to-go containers which is a plus because I feel waiters take entirely too long to bring the check and to-go containers. The only negative I have is that my appetizer and meal came at the same time. I would've preferred to get my appetizer before my meal. Not sure if that is something I should've requested, however, that's the only negative I have. So, if you are ever in the Houston area, give them a try. read more

I normally love this place but they do need to update their menu on Yelp. I ordered the veggie pizza and it did not come out as described on the yelp menu. It came out with ranch not pesto and no arugula. They had to redo pizza and I told them that I saw online menu and they said ok we can do pesto not ranch and top it with arugula. So needless to say everyone was finished when I finally got my pizza and they bring it out in a to go box and no arugula. I've tried Bellagreen a number of times but the food is typically disappointing. The White Chicken Parm, easily my least favorite, tasted like salt and had an odd, rubbery texture. It came with a side of bland noodles. On the plus side, the broccoli was fresh and not overcooked. The kids' Mac and cheese however is well-liked at our house. Ever since I discovered this restaurant I go as often as I can. My kids love the natural chicken tenders with the side of fries & fruit, as well as the Mac n cheese. I try to get something different every time so that I can check off every item off the menu. So far everything has been delicious. The goat cheese salad, the salmon salad, the shrimp tacos, the hempanadas, the veggie nut burger with the side of fries, and for appetizer the humus with pita bread just to name a few. This place was pretty tasty as far as their brunch menu goes! I came here for brunch with my girl and were both satisfied with what our picked items! The price is between $10-16 but the size of the plate is filling so it is worth it! The atmosphere of the place is nice as well with vases on almost every table! Honestly have been here countless times and still love this place. It's a fast casual joint almost because the food gets there quick, like Panera, but the food you get is such quality and so delicious. Love Ruggles as we are constantly on the lookout for healthier places to eat. It's casual, order at the counter and go sit down kinda place. Ruggles Green has a trendy, but local feel, and serve mostly organic foods. From salad (get the kale Caesar) to pizzas, and even empanadas made with hemp flour "hemenadas". Grass fed organic beef burger, bison and organic turkey round out the list. Additionally they have changing specials all the time to keep things fresh...latest we tried was a spaghetti squash bolognese...divine. My family and I have enjoyed bellagreen for the past few years. I took my boyfriend there yesterday for the first time and we both were disappointed. The cashier was not friendly and the table we sat at was dirty. My Chicken Caesar Wrap was good but about half the size it used to be...could usually save it for lunch the following day, but not this time. my boyfriends sweet potato fries were cold and burnt. I'm not sure how the server didn't realize how bad they looked compared to mine which were great. They gave him fresh, hot fries and a free coupon for next time, but we won't be returning. His grilled chicken salad sandwich was also cold and did not have anywhere near enough chicken salad. Money is tight and I'm upset I spent $25 here. read more

It's fast causal, ala pei wei, but do yourself a favor: don't stand back by the door perusing your menu. Move close to the counter and you'll see that the words don't fully describe the amazing dish you'll get. Best example: all of the tacos. On first read, they seem like trendy ubiquitous tacos. See them and you'll hear the heavens open and angles singing. I ordered a seasonal special. A kale and fresh greens chicken salad with goat cheese and a poppy vinaigrette. Delicious. Huge. I'm so happy that Ruggles Green opened a restaurant in The Woodlands. I visited about 5:15pm on their official grand opening day. They already had a soft opening a few days prior. Upon walking in I noticed the beautiful quality of workmanship, big open ceilings and that new trendy look so tastefully designed. They have a variety of seating sections starting with contemporary seats against a long counter and seats in the waiting line area. They have several sections to sit in with high top tables, regular 4 tops, booths, a larger booth style table for a larger group and an outdoors area which appeared to be covered in a heavy plastic maybe because of the drizzly weather. The seating arrangement were fun to choose from the styles of tables/booths they had. The floors are that new style tile with thin grout lines that looks like the hand scraped wood. I luv the flooring throughout! Lol Upon entering you take a menu and go up to the friendly cashiers (I think there were 3 of them) to order. You pay up front and receive a buzzer for when your food is ready. Mine was brought out by a friendly male staff person who checked in with me to see if I liked my meal and had any comments. I ordered the Quinoa Grilled Salmon Pasta in a creamy pesto sauce. The entree had an uber fresh good sized piece of salmon cooked to medium rare which was my preference. I would describe their food as healthy and organic overall but tasting like comfort food. My actually meal was extremely delicious with one flaw that sort of dominated it but not to an overkill level. The salmon had ground coarse salt on it. The wonderful creamy pesto sauce with a lobster base was a bit salty. The kalamata olives and the capers had a nice kick of flavor but were salty also. The freshness of my entree was excellent! IMO the chef needs to tone down the salt a bit on my entree. I ate my entire entree but later that evening drank almost 2 liters of water. They have appetizers, salads, panini, gourmet pizzas, pasta entrees etc... Most entrees can be made gluten free, vegetarian or dairy free. Many items have quinoa which is actually a "super seed" not a grain/carb. I feel the menu has really been masterly created using better, healthier and more unique ingredients to give it a more gourmet touch and satisfying the need for exciting flavor profiles. They have a pretty cool kids menu of 6 items mostly priced at $5.49 for 12 years and younger. It includes the main entree with a choice of sweet potato fries, french fries, quinoa tabouli or fresh fruit. Plus your kids also get a choice of a drink, milk or juice all in that price. They have some desserts. They serve wine and beer also. There is a whole wall, floor to ceiling, with different wines plus many bottled beers.
