Belle Tires store on 86th St is fairly new and others opening around the city of Indianapolis. Our initial visit was just before Thanksgiving and we had gotten some good quotes for a set of "Run-Flats" tires for our Rogue SUV. Taking advantage of the friendliness of the manager, Michael, on the phone, we opted to bring in another vehicle as well to have brake service done. Unfortunately, the day we brought our 2 vehicles in, the shop was used to train employees of 2 other (soon to be opened) shops at this location. With so many trainees in one store, things got a bit chaotic and so shop orders get mixed along the way. What should have been a routine 2 service turned out to be a 5-hour misunderstanding. The manager, Michael, was very apologetic for the chaos with numerous employees working. Throwing a wrench into the training by bringing 2 cars in under the same name made the training experience more than routine! The manager compensated nicely for all the mix-up and handled everything that day to see it through personally! The follow-up today for the tires was also handled by Michael to see it though personally that it got handled properly and in a timely fashion! Telling him that working in the service oriented business, it's great to see the hands-on personal service for errors is what will bring customers back to his shop! I shall return as a frequent customer due to his diligence as a manager and the level of friendliness shown by his staff was bar none! Each person whom I dealt with took the time to explain what was going on and what is recommended to be done while the car is in shop. This was witnessed as I listened to them speak to each customer in the waiting area. Granted, this was a fairly new shop. The cleanliness was outstanding. Visited on 3 occasions, the shop was quite tidied in and out. The tires rack in the 2nd floor storage area looks full and a steady supplies of parts kept coming from deliveries. The viewing window was clean and spotless so that customers can plainly see what is being worked on with vehicles on the racks! read more

I had new tires installed Friday and waited over 3 Hours, job was not finished so rescheduled for the following Tuesday appt. Waited over an hour and vehicle was not even moved to get worked on. read more

I'm a graduate student, and I was looking to replace my wheels because my current ones were corroded. Mike, the manager, was so kind to me and did not try to overcharge me, or talk over my head to get me to purchase things I didn't need. When he realized I also needed two new tires and a new sensor, he was very pleasant and patiently explained why I needed these things. I've never had a better tire buying experience. Mike has went above and beyond to get the exact tires I want. My wheels were delivered to my apartment much earlier than the tires were due to be in(living in an apt, there isn't safe storage for expensive wheels) and I dropped them off at Belle and they stored them in the meantime. Beyond that, trying to coordinate a lift and then tires at separate times, he even helped me out with the extra alignment I needed after the lift while waiting for my new tires to come in. If I could give no stars, I would. I've only used this business twice, it was a mistake to go back after the first try. I left both services feeling taken advantage of, and I had to spend money going elsewhere for the same work that truly had not been completed. $200 for bulb replacements throughout my car and new windshield wipers- the lights did not stay on until the end of the day, and with the new wipers they left the wiper fluid bone dry... So I had to have the lights replaced elsewhere, and put washer fluid in myself. I went to a different location for a basic diagnostic because my check engine light was on, paid $100, they called me to say pick the car up and said no problems were found and the check engine light was not even on anymore. I thought it was a WIN. The check engine light was back on before I made it home. I turned back around to let them see the light, same day within the hour, and they told me if I wanted them to look at the car again I'd have to purchase another diagnostic. Just predatory. Terrible service. Their goal is to take advantage of people, I can't be convinced otherwise. read more

Bought tires at Discount Tire for decades. Until they treated me badly the last time. Tried Tire Barn once - had bad experience. But had good experience at Belle Tire today. It did take longer than expected (2 hours). But result turned out exactly as expected. We will use again & recommend to others. read more

Last Sunday I got a flat tire and needed to get it fixed first thing on Monday morning. I had purchased the tires less than a year ago from Belle Tire so I decided to take it back in to them to get the flat fixed, and I am so glad that I did! I changed to my spare myself, but after I got myself to their shop they took care of everything. Everyone I came in contact with was incredibly kind and helpful, and the full service on my car was much faster than I expected. They fixed the hole where I had apparently run over a nail, rotated my tires for me, and gave me an oil change and I was back in to work by 9. I recommend this location for Belle Tire completely, so glad I chose to work with them! read more

This is now my go to tire store. They take very good care of me, even fixed a problem without any questions. They're very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to Belle Tire. They quoted me $600 worth of work on my brakes, where a second opinion said I shouldn't need anything for another 6 months. The facility is nice and new, but I was not happy with the service. read more

I had such a great experience here and felt like the customer service was outstanding. The facility and bathroom were clean, they had free coffee for the customers and the staff came out to give me an update 3 times in the 45 minutes that I was there. They were honest and didn't push me to replace or buy additional services which I really appreciated. They answered all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable. The level of customer service and customer engagement is absolutely wonderful. The facility is clean, the waiting room and bathroom is spotless it is really nice. There are lots of outlets and USB ports so you can work while you wait. The technicians and service reps are friendly and very informative. I own a 2012 Chevrolet HD 3500 Dually. Two years ago I took it to a Chevrolet dealership to have the brakes replaced after putting over 60,000 miles on the original brakes. I was confident that new brakes would last at least 30,000 miles. That was not the case. My rear brakes and rotors were shot after 11,000 miles. I called the dealership and they wanted $135.00 just to assess the repair job. I ended up going to Belle on 86th street. The service staff are gentlemen and there to help. They replaced my rotors, pads, and calipers. I asked them to save my old rotors and pads so I can show them to the Chevrolet dealership I went to. Thanks to Belle Tire for getting the job done. Seriously, I wouldn't let them carry water in a strainer for me .. I'd say it was stupidity but it was complete incompetence. I'd shop elsewhere. The gang at Belle Tire are always super helpful! Also, I love their storage program where they can store my off-season tires in a temperature controlled environment for free. So when I have my winter tires on, they store my summer tires for free. When the snow goes away, I can count on Belle to switch them out for me. i came in bc i thought there was a nail in my tire i waited an hr maybe hr and a half they told me there's a nail and they recommended getting both my front tires replaced and they couldn't patch the nail bc of the spot it's in. told them i don't want to buy the tire rn bc i am broke and wanted to wait and since it hasn't been a huge issue i've just been having to air it up and its been ok for a temporary fix it shouldn't be a huge deal. tell me why as soon as i get in my car my air pressure light is beeping i'm thinking ok no big deal i pull into my house and it's flat. Idk what they did to it idk if they took it out but i do know they did something for it to immediately go flat when i leave. Naturally, i call them snd they tell me they patched it which they quite literally told me is too dangerous to do and tell me to bring it back for them to look at like i'm not literally driving on my rim at this point. If you're a woman, don't go here they live up to the typical taking advantage of young women who look like they don't know what to do. read more

I had a $25 gift card to Belle Tire from Belle Tire because they had tried to have me spend $650 on a repair that I didn't need. While I figured I wouldn't go back there I thought I can get an oil change and spend the gift card. I made an appointment and I brought the car in. It took almost 2 hours to get this done! (I also got a tire rotation also but do not sign these guys up for a pit crew!) Maybe other people have had better experiences but there will be no more experiences for me! read more

I got my oil changed here today and the service was amazing. The gentlemen working there were all really nice and professional. I had an appointment to get tires and brakes done 12/28 and they took 2 hours to change out tires and inspect my brakes to tell me they didn't have time to do the brakes and I needed to come back on 12/31, ok no big deal, I come back at 11am for my appointment for brakes, I had my 12 year old son with me, I was thinking I'd be there 2 hours at most they needed to turn my rotors and replace brake pads... 5 hours and some change later I'm being checked out, I ask the guy who rings me out if 5 hours is normal he said well your technician was going from your car to others as they came in because we are down one technician... he apologized and took 40 dollars off the job which after I got home just didn't feel worth the wasted day... I got there at 11 am and left at 4pm...I just felt like if you have an appointment you work on the cars that had the appointments finish them and move on to the next car maybe idk ‍ read more

Outstanding experience this morning. Getting ready to head out of town for a day trip and noticed a flat tire. Caught a curb and tore my tire. Went first to Costco since that is where I bought the tires and they could not help me for hours since they were booked all day. Went to Belle based on their reputation and was blown away by customer service. Was warmly welcomed by Andrea who let me know they were also booked with appointments but could squeeze me in within two hours. There went my plans but I decided to wait and get the new tire. No aggressive sales pitches. Due to the relative newness of my tires I did not have to replace all 4 on my all wheel drive even though I was expecting that and Andrea said it may be necessary. When she came back from checking the tire size she informed me that the tires looked good and the technician would verify. And she told me she would work me in sooner than estimated since it was only one tire. I was back on the road in an hour and still got to make my day trip. They have one my future business. read more
