Lots to read but worth it. Where do I start. First off, the reason I gave this place a try was because a family member got their car fixed at this body shop and the work was excellent. He had a newer Toyota Sequoia with front damage and after the repairs no one would even know it was in an accident. Seeing this I took my car there, though my car is a 92 civic I thought I would get the same work and care. I in fact got the opposite. I got into an accident in November of last year and went to the body shop in December after paperwork was finalized. The only good thing I can say about the place was the girls at the front desks were very polite and welcoming. Upon walking in and getting all the paperwork worked out I spoke to Carlo who looked at the car and assessed the damage. I brought my reinforcement bar and another tailgate for them to install and he assured me they would be installed along with the other repairs. So with all that done I left the car. I called a couple days later to ask if I could get additional repairs done which was some parts repainted and a part fixed with too much bondo from a previous repair. The girls were happy to help and emailed me an estimate with the additional summary of the charges. I accepted and they said those repairs would be done as well. So I was getting front and back bumpers repainted, roof repainted, part fixed with too much bondo, reinforcement bar installed. Also switching out my tailgate and installing my old tailgate. I got a call the 3rd week on a tuesday that my car was done on that Wednesday but I couldn't pick it up till Friday. Living far from the location and then not being open weekends I could only get Friday off to pick it up. Upon arriving there Friday afternoon, my car was parked in front. I got all the paperwork done to get my car back and when I got to my car the work was so sloppy I couldn't believe that they treated my car like it didn't matter. Besides it being filthy inside and out, there was overspray all over my $200 polyurethane front lip that was attached to the front bumper which obviously wasn't covered. My license plate, license plate holder, fog light cover, fog light and hood were covered in overspray also. My reinforcement bar wasn't installed and wasn't in my car, my roof was painted but had buffer marks and scrapes all over, the whole back of my car from ceiling to trunk inside the back was stained with chemicals and my back license plate lights didn't work. There was numerous white marks on the driver side mat, door panel and seat. 3 out of my 4 rims/tires had chemicals all over. The only thing that was done right was the installation of my tailgate. THAT'S IT. Now I know I don't have an expensive car but I would think that my car would get treated just the same as any other paying customer. I called them with all the problems and they assured me that they would fix everything. I took my car the next Monday in the morning with them telling me it'll take 2 hours and they'll call me. I never got a call back so I called numerous times with a busy tone. Note that when their line is busy your call will automatically get hung up on, which happened to me frequently. I got there before they closed at 5 and they said they forgot to call me. I then picked up my car again with things that still weren't done. They had to paint my polyurethane front lip because they ruined it and couldn't take the overspray off. My fog light, fog light cover still had overspray, my custom license plate is still ruined, my back license plate lights didn't work and my reinforcement bar was still NOT installed OR in my car. After all this I was so frustrated having to take time off work and so on, I again called with the problems. I asked if I could bring it back the next day I was told that the body tech was sick and maybe Friday. I called Thursday to bring my car in and I was told he was still sick and probably next Monday. Took it Monday and I get a call after an hour from when I dropped it off and they then tell me that they can't put the reinforcement bar on because the fog lights are in the way and that's probably why the body tech didn't install it. That information would have been nice to know the first time I dropped it off and not the 3rd drop off! Seems like they forgot the first 2 times then just tried to cover their tracks the 3rd time. I said fine out of frustration and opted to get the fog lights taken out and getting the bar installed. After another 2 1/2 hours I go to pick it up. With all this mess my car was not taken care of and treated very poorly. Overall this place needs to be on top of their work and the owner and/or manager needs to oversee how and what the workers are doing with customers vehicles/property. I'll never go here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. With the minimal good work, it gets overshadowed by the landslide of horrible work and overall sloppiness. I got NO apology from Carlo and I'm left with parts ruined. read more

He received a rather nasty shock to learn that he didn't have comprehensive insurance (Progressive but that's another review). Got the rear bumper of my BMW E60 wagon fixed thru my insurance. Got it back only to find out that some of the the interior trims was missing. Went back to the shop to ask for the missing trims. I was promised by Ramon Ponce De Leon- the service adviser that he will replace them. Its been 3 months and still have not gotten my interior trims back. I went back to the shop a couple of times to follow up and was promised it was on its way. These people are so unprofessional. Wow, what can I say about Bellflower Auto Square Collision. Carlo is one of the most honest person I'd ever met. Not only he delivers quality service but he is also trustworthy. The body work they've done on my car was really good. It was like nothing had happen after the repair. Sometimes when you get into an accident, you just want to fix your car and sale it right after. With Bellflower Auto Square Collision, this wasn't an issue. Even if you get into a fender bender and not go through with your insurance, in other places, they would figure out how to rip you off and make money out of your car repair. With Carlo it's the opposite. He would give me an estimate that most body shops will charge hundreds more for. I don't know if he is religious or not but his attitude towards work and towards other people is great. An honest person to trust repairing your car is hard to find. His front office staffs are wonderful. They will update us on the repair. They will greet you when you come in and not treat you like you're a number to them. I do not have to think twice on putting a 5 star on this Collision Center, The people who works here were very approachable and nice, front office to body man technicians. The service advisor, is very honest and his capability of running the shop, is really unquestionable. He does the estimate, in a magic hand. Minute or two, tadaaa!! Their works too, are very good. ok so here's a summary of the issues I had / am having, I took my car to these guys in November of 2012, first issue I have is that I dident get It back until February 2013 ( over 90 days ) and since then I have had to take it back 5 times, the first time was because they forgot to re-tint one of my windows that they ruined during the repair work, it wasent even related to my accident, the second time was because they forgot to align my suspension even after I told them several times my car spun out of control due to being T-boned, the third time is because they did not properly mount my front bumper, the fourth time is due to my carpet is pealing up because they dident think to put new clips to hold the carpet down, instead they used the old ones that were damaged in the accident, and ive been waitng for 2 months to get the new ones in the mail and I keep getting the cold shoulder when I call and ask for carlo who is handling all this. and the fifth thing I had to take it back for was the window they re-tinted, because it was not the same color as all my other tint. so altho they offer a warranty on there work, they do not honor it, they are cheep con-artists who's only concern is how fast they can bill the insurance company. so I will never use these people again, horrible service ! read more
