We came and picked car after a week of repair. When expected all the mounting was not complete. We were then told to Come back next day. After doing so, we thought all was complete and looked complete. We then find out that the AC does not work. We take it to our mechanic to put freon and he tells us that the condenser was not mounted or secured to the car. And hence the Freon escaped or leaked out. I believe some sort of quality control needs to be done here prior to releasing the car. If it takes one week to fix the car it should be released properly and not ha omg the customer. Came back 2 times to get it repaired again. Very upset and disappointed since this place was recommended by a friend. read more

The owner is amazing. He treated me like a daughter. He gave me advise on some few things about cars. Second, the Admin office personnel, Ms. Mary Dolap, had always helped me with All my car issues. She did all my phone calls, offer some above and beyond customer service that I did not expect at all coming from an auto shop.. Not only she was professional, she was also precise. I've taken two different cars to Bellflower Auto Square in order to get body work done. In both cases, Carlo not only provided a high quality repair on the cars, but also did it in a timely manner. For my last repair, I took my car in Monday 10/22/18 and received it the next day! Both bumpers needed to be sanded and painted over. Very happy with the price and quality of the work done. There were a couple of spots on my car seats that weren't there before I took it in, but nothing that didn't come out easily. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience, however, Kuya Carlo and his Team were genuinely kind to help me get the parts ordered quickly, damages fixed right away, coordinate with the insurance, and assist me with a free rental car. I was not expecting them to help me with the rental car but they went beyond repairing and restoring my car to establish good relations with their clients. The repairs were clean and precise.
