While we waited, we started chatting with one of the groups and found out we shared a birthday! After we got our glorious ice cream, we sat outside and that same group came out and asked me to take a photo of them. Then their mom took a photo of me and her son--because, you know, birthday twins! It was such a sweet moment. I love connecting with strangers, and we were laughing so hard it made the whole experience even better. The staff seemed a little overwhelmed--nice, but short on words and not super chatty. You now have to ask for points from your visit to be applied to your account. Points earning rewards are no longer tied to your credit card automatically. I'm just shocked that one individual bundtlet costs $5.89! That seems like a lot of money for a 3" diameter cupcake. One benefit is that on your printed receipt you can take a quick survey and get a coupon for a buy one bundtlet, get one free for next in-bakery purchase.
