    2. Chicken Teriyaki - Box
    Lilia J.

The food was hot of the grill and freshly made and so appetizing. Our 2nd time back and it lived up to our expectations. The bento box with Salmon & Short Korean ribs was so amazing and delicious. I have to say worth the extra price over the teriyaki chicken bento box. The mussels were so delicious and full of flavor, definitely a mandatory dish every visit. Overall the food was amazing. The portions were great. The staff is always friendly and welcoming on both visits. The ambiance is rather calm and quiet during lunch hours. May need to switch it up and do a night visit. If you are looking for some good food with options and all you can eat if you dare, definitely come check out this hidden gem in fair oaks.

Amazing sushi, literally so fresh & the nigiri melts in your mouth . Not only is the revolving sushi in experience the chefs and hospitality is great.

    F65 Roll was amazing.

The food is always on point and fresh. And has beautiful presentation. The service is always good and easy you can order on the tablet and place the order. And getting items from the revolving bar is definitely fun.

Bento Box was tasty, but I will say don't go two hours within close because the revolving food becomes scarce. Maybe that's actually a good thing, so it lessens wasted food. The food itself was delicious and the staff was kind and fairly quick. The ambiance was okay. It's not mikunis level, but it's fair. Overall, a good place to stop by and try new rolls without commitment. The chicken was fantastic. The Philly roll tasted super good.

Ordered my usual Lucky Roll and Floodout Roll but received a Burnout roll which I could not eat because I cannot eat tempura shrimp. Ordered takeout today so this was a very unpleasant surprise!

This is a review from our dinner visit on 1/26/23 for a Special occasion. Some of us wanted to try Korean and others wanted to try Sushi...this restaurant was a perfect fusion of Korean and Japanese for our needs. I ordered the Dolsot Bibimbap which was delicious. All the sushi rolls were tasty as well. The peach flavored soju is a must try! We visited this restaurant again on another occasion and ordered similar dishes. Overall service was good, food is great, prices are a bit on the higher side. If I return, I would try the bento boxes.

    So many plates of Sushi!

Casual spot that's great for families. Our 4 year old loves this place. Sometimes service at the table can be a little slow for getting drink refills and your bill. Food typically comes out pretty fast. We like to come here when the revolving conveyor belt is running to try different rolls. I think it only runs in the evenings now unfortunately. Quality is pretty good. Some favorites are Spicy Dragon, King Kong, Fujiyama, Lucky, Ninja, Dynamite, Snow storm, Godfather, Sasa, and Cherry blossom. If you don't like fish get the Spicy Korean Chicken. It is so good!

Even at $38 and with some restrictions, the AYCE option was worth it. So many variety of rolls on the conveyer belt. They kept putting them out to keep the belt 75% full. You can also order certain items on the menu. Come hungry!

We visited the restaurant couple months ago on the weekend and the belt started at noon. However, the sushi belt is now on for dinner only. The service was friendly and good. - california sushi: good - my kid liked it & devoured it. The filling (imitation crab) & avocado were lots and the rice layer was in good portion. - popcorn chicken bento: the chicken pieces were crispy, juicy & flavorful. The portion was quite generous. The salad was just ok.

    Violeta R.

Fast service. Food was very good. Fresh and savory. The moving belt with all the sushi rolls was exciting and so good. We also ordered a bento box with two items. Good serving size. Definitely will be back again to have more fun.

They have amazing sushi and it was really good. The service was really good and the ambience was amazing. and it's very family friendly and I love how they have a little conveyor belt that comes and brings you some food. I like how they have an option of these conveyor belt that you can choose to get food if you want little like options I like how they make it so each place it cost amount of money and add them all up. That's pretty cute. I like it

Great spot to grab good sushi quickly! Parking is great it is shared with the grocery store and the other quick service restaurants. We were seated immediately and there was not sushi revolving at the time we went (weekday 3pm). The sushi was good I would not say the best I have ever had but worth the price. They even accommodated my tuna instead of salmon request on one the rolls. The service was excellent our waitress was very attentive and got us refills before we even asked! The ambiance was decent some things could have been put away better or less cluttered with the stock and drink items. Overall I would definitely go back! Coke products plus size friendly quick and attentive service

So it's Valentines night around 630p and I had settled in on the couch thinking my evening was…read moreset, when my 24 year old daughter who was visiting for the weekend from out of town comes into the living room and was like "So where are we going for dinner tonight?"I literally did LOL and was like "Nowhere-not on Valentine's Day on a Saturday night with no reservations".She did not accept that as an acceptable answer and she jumped on her phone and after calling place after place she found a spot that had a wait under 30 minutes, though it was pretty far from Natomas and it's a place I have zero and I do mean zero experience with-but what are you going to do-When the wife and the daughter want to go to dinner on Valentines Day,I guess you get off the couch and head on out-we headed out to Modurang Korean Restaurant on Folsom Blvd. Parking at this location is kinda tricky in front of the restaurant as the spots seem very close and people seemed to be parking recklessly but luckily it's quite a large lot with many spaces in front of some of the other shops in this multi tenant shopping area. Once we got to the restaurant we noticed a few people waiting in the lobby ahead of us but considering what night it was,I was fine with it.We ended up waiting about 20 minutes before we got our table. I will admit fully I have zero expertise at Korean restaurant, outside of occasional visits to a BBQ spot but at traditional sit down Korean restaurant,I was out of my element.Luckily for me,the daughter has spent multiple weeks in Korea thru her military service,so I felt like I was in good hands-I let her have total control of what we were eating that night, that wasnt easy for me to do. We ended up going with Fried Chicken in spicy sauce($22.95)-Seafood Fried Rice($18.95)-Soft Tofu Stew($17.95)-Hot Stone Beef Bibimbab($19.95),which along with the courtesy banchan was so much food-but I'd never been to this restaurant-I wanted to try some things. To drink we ended up going with some Blackberry wine($14.95) and my daughter went with a Milkis($1.95) drink-I just went with water but I did have my eye on some Soju, but decided against it since I wasn't sure what I was up against "food-wise". Once the food arrived which was lightning quick-I was in heaven, the 11 small dish banchan along with our dishes,I can't tell you which was best because everything I tasted was on point and kept getting better and better. My bibimbap was so fun to eat-I enjoyed the act of mixing it all up before trying it-was so tasty. The tofu stew came out piping hot and the flavor profile was like nothing I've had before-it was super enjoyable. If I had to say though, the star of the meal was that fried chicken in spicy sauce-holy smokes-large pieces of chicken drowning in the spicy sauce,it was a flavor overload that I couldnt get enough of-I loved them-I think I ate 80% of them-sorry wife and daughter-I couldnt help myself, they were awesome,I'd always heard how good Korean chicken was but now I can vouch for it-it's really really great-do yourself a favor and get this dish-it's awesome. In closing,if you ever find yourself in the mood to try a traditional Korean restaurant in the Sacramento area,I would without a doubt recommend Modurang Korean restaurant-it was a pretty amazing place and I'm glad I tried it-hope you feel the same way if u try it one day. PS-forgot to mention that Blackberry wine was delicious-another surprise of the night-very enjoyable.

So, in my constant…read moresearch for the next great smashburger, finding one in an Asian food court, of all places, was definitely a surprise. And while the wings are also excellent (I didn't try any of the other offerings), it is the smashburger that I highly recommend, and for which I am adding my 5-star rating. Finding TTB was a bit of an adventure. There is no visible signage from the parking lot. You enter from the parking lot under a sign that reads "SF Super Market". Then you walk toward the supermarket ahead, but turn left to go under the sign that says Saigon Street Food Court. And then you need to locate the TTB counter inside. And for this smashburger fan, the journey was definitely worth it. The smashburger patties are large, with the requisite crispy edges, yet juicy and beefy in the middle. And even with all that goodness inside the bun, the bun itself remains perfectly intact. It is a giant, yet easily navigable sandwich, and it is delicious. Just the right amount of melted cheese and condiments, everything fresh-tasting. We also tried the onion rings (perfectly crispy) and the wings (with a crunchy coating over juicy, tasty chicken). The fries were a bit thicker than I like, as I am a shoestring-fries fan. But they had a bit of crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. The chef/owner, Young, took our order, went back inside the kitchen, and then brought everything out to our table. He is a terrific guy, and so pleasant to interact with. With eight or so restaurants in the food court, there are plenty of tables and chairs for eating inside. The whole burger experience was comfortable, and I definitely look forward to returning. All of Young's offerings are fairly priced, and as should be obvious, I highly recommend TTB for an outstanding smashburger experience.
