This location of the chain has a large parking lot at the rear of the building and also a drive-thru. The interior is surprisingly spacious with half a dozen tables, a long counter, and several cushy chairs. There is also a large patio out front, facing Chapman Ave. Recently, I stopped in for an afternoon coffee and pastry on a weekday. It was a hot day so I ordered an iced vanilla-caramel latte and chose a pistachio croissant from their pastry case. It was a quiet time of day and most seats were empty so no problem finding a table. The latte was great. Both flavors of vanilla and caramel were detectable and the coffee was excellent. The pastry was okay but very dry. The filling was a tasty (but, sadly, minimal) pistachio frangipane. The outside of the croissant was sprinkled with chopped nuts that sprayed all over the table with each bite = messy! I'm probably making the croissant sound worse than it was but let's just say it wasn't the best croissant I've ever had. The latte was a 5 and the croissant a 3, so an overall 4 experience.

I don't usually write reviews like this, but this experience really missed the mark. Customer service was some of the worst I've seen at a food spot. My family stood there for about 5-10 minutes without even a simple acknowledgment. No "be right with you," nothing. When we finally did get help, it felt like the staff wasn't very familiar with their own menu. Basic questions turned into a struggle, which made the whole ordering process frustrating. To be fair, the food itself was decent and the drinks were just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing that would make me want to come back either. Unfortunately, the service completely took the buzz out of what should've been a fun stop. There are too many good options out there to deal with that kind of experience. I won't be returning to this location. Decent seating inside and outside but very dirty

I absolutely love this Better Buzz location, and I visit many throughout Southern California. My favorite part of coming here is the incredible customer service I receive from Helen every time I stop by! She truly makes this location stand out from all the others. I really hope Better Buzz knows what a gem they have in Helen! Keep up the amazing work, Helen!

I got a snickerdoodle latte, 3/4 sweet. It was great! This location is interesting. It's off a busy street. There's a parking lot behind the building, but to get inside you have to almost walk through the drive thru to get to the front of the store. Clean inside. I ordered online and my drink was ready when I arrived.

Love this place! My new fav spot for sure. I tried their coffee at my children's school, Oakridge, and knew I had to have more. I went the very next day and tried the most amazing drink that I've ever tasted "Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever!" And YES it is. It reminded me of Magnolia's bread pudding in NYC but in a delicious beverage. I also had the chili crunch breakfast wrap which was delicious! Also must try the Avocado toast and Cinnamon Pistachio drink. Overall an amazing variety of tastes and flavors. Love love

As I have become a regular at this place updating my review -- their drive thru is convenient but also quirky in that it feels as though they have a gun to their head to get your drink out in a specific amount of time. Good for service but also one time I pulled up to the window and they made me back up to the order speaker (even tho no one else was there) bc I think there's sensors or something timing drink making time. I personally feel as tho it is not that deep, but perhaps they run a tight ship. Anyways their drive thru also usually pisses me off cuz they make u drive past the window and wait at the end to bring out ur food like how is that efficient / I don't mind waiting for 1 more minute at the window to get my food. HOWEVER today i had a positive experience bc this guy Liam took our order, that guy is a whole ass vibe. Protect that man at all costs.

Glad to have a Better Buzz closer to me now so I decided to come check it out. There is parking which is very nice! Super clean inside and lots of seating inside and out. I'm really enjoying their best candycane drink right now so I will be back for this. I decided to work from here in the am and I was able to find a table. People came in and out. Great coffee shop!

Happy Grand Opening to Better Buzz Coffee's newest location in Orange! I visited late on grand opening day. They were offering free stickers and reusable cups for the first 200 customers or while supplies last. Parking: There's a medium sized parking lot in the back. Finding a spot can be a hit or miss. This location also has a drive thru. Ambiance/Environment: They have a large space inside with plenty of indoor seating. Very clean inside. I love the quotes on the walls. It's perfect for fun photo opportunities. The theming is on point as well. It does get busy in the morning. Their drive thru line can get long, which makes it difficult to get a parking spot and getting out. Service: During my first visit, the cashier that assisted me was nice. I called 20 min prior to my arrival to check if they still had any reusable cups. The worker over the phone told me they still had some. Unfortunately when I arrived, they ran out of reusable cups, but they still had stickers. I jokingly asked for a discount on my order instead, and the cashier took me seriously and tried inputting a discount code lol. I didn't get a discount, but I appreciated the effort. Drink: I got the Snickerdoodle Latte during my first visit. This is considered one of "Buzz Favorites" according to their app. It was definitely sweet, and the cinnamon flavor came through. They also offer fun seasonal drinks. I visited again to try their Maple Best Drink Ever. This is their classic americano with signature creamy vanilla and topped with maple cold foam. The cold foam was okay; I didn't taste the maple flavor. The drink itself was light and not too sweet. Pricing: I'm not surprised prices are a bit more than average. They do offer coupons and promotions through the rewards app. You receive a free drink for downloading their app after your first purchase. I'd most likely visit occasionally when they have a promotion/coupon.

Decided to try it, bc I've heard great things about it, plus there's always a line so I thought, sure why not. The drive through was kind of hectic , but it was the weekend (morning), so it was expected. We ordered multiple drinks to try, and It underwhelming; Not sure if it was made watery for us or they placed too much ice, but it was very diluted. Felt like I went to a 7/11. I'll give it a try again, maybe it was just that day, so I'll give it a benefit of a doubt. I hope it's better next time.

Today is their opening day! Hooray, so before I take Santiago Canyon I get to get some of my newest favorite coffee location ! Talking to the really cool manager named John, let me know quote "our beans are sourced with care, Make sure that our guests experiences are felt, heard & appreciated" The ambience is extremely positive and fun.

I had ordered a drink that I didn't like and I usually don't go back and request a change but in this economy :/ Julian and Shana gladly switched my drink with a smile. Thank you so much!

This coffee shop is going to be a hit for the neighborhood! It offers a beautiful clean space inside and outside. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They were also knowledgeable to help you decide on what to order. The candy cane best drink ever - seasonal drink was a surprisingly way better than I thought. I didn't know how I would like this combination, but I loved it! And the coffee is strong! For food, I tried the butter breakfast sandwich, which has an egg, harvati cheese, bacon, arugula, garlic, aïoli, all on a brioche bun! It was both tasty and filling Bonus they also have a drive-through!

Horchata Iced Latte- it's really gross. Wont be getting it anymore. I'll try something else off the menu.

There were about 3 people ahead of me in line and a few waiting for drinks, but I was able to order and get my drink in around 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and checked in with us while waiting in line! I ordered the Matcha Two, which comes as a matcha latte topped with salted matcha vanilla cream foam. The foam was velvety and creamy. The matcha had a smooth, earthy flavor with subtle sweetness. Oatmilk was the default choice, and while I usually think oatmilk can overpower matcha, it worked well in this drink. It is a little pricey for 1 drink, but that also seems to be the norm these days for specialty drinks. This is more of a grab-and-go spot than a place to hang out. There's no seating, just a bench inside, and everyone waited outside since the interior is on the smaller side. Parking was easy when I went. Overall, a pleasant experience for a yummy matcha drink, and I'd definitely come back to try more of their matcha menu!

Yes, the line can get long sometimes, but the staff does such a great job moving things quickly while still being friendly and attentive. You never feel rushed, and they're always happy to answer questions or make recommendations. Their new guava matcha is AMAZING! Super unique and refreshing without being overly sweet. I've already convinced a bunch of my friends and family to try Ayer and now they're hooked too. Even my dad, who visits Vietnam often and is very picky about coffee, said he liked the coffee at Ayer even more. I've also purchased their Saigon blend to make Vietnamese coffee at home, and the staff were incredibly helpful in guiding me on how to brew it properly. You can tell they genuinely care about both the quality of their drinks and the customer experience. Ayer deserves all the hype. Easily one of my favorite coffee spots ever.

I got a steak and eggs, and honestly the steak was awful. I've never eaten such a dry piece of meat, it was reminiscent of what people feed their dogs for their birthday. It was supposed to be medium rare, but it was definitely well done and a low quality cut of meat. The fruit was good, sweet and in season. Bread was tightly toasted and buttered but they gave me the wrong type - it took 50+ minutes to get the food so I didn't bother telling them. The eggs were cooked well, I enjoyed them with some salt and pepper. The cashier came up to us at around 45 minutes after ordering and asked us how we wanted our eggs cooked because she hadn't asked at the beginning, and my friend and I were surprised that they hadn't started until then. Overall I don't think I plan on coming back any time soon. Ordered a sampling of their wares, and all were excellent. My wife looks for articles and stories about businesses with a Filipino angle, and showed me a NBCLA story about 61hundred bakery. Since we were going to be in the area anyway, decided to stop-in on a Friday morning soon after it opened. There was continuously a line snaking outside, with a few people allowed inside at a time. Once inside, it moves fast with a person grabbing each item as you asked for it and putting it on a tray. The cashier then counts the items on the tray, and takes your payment. By the time we tried to buy bakery items, the blue masa sourdough was gone. However, we were able to buy some other items to try: Classic Sourdough ($12) - excellent. Softened European butter seemed to be made just to go with this bread. It wasn't overly sour or too airy. I could see a group of 4 having a very enjoyable dinner with just this bread, a brick of hard cheese, some jambon iberico, and a bottle (or two) of a good red wine. There didn't seem to be an option to have it sliced. Sourdough Focaccia Dolce ($9), Pan de Sal ($8), Pain au Chocolat ($6). All really good, though not as good a value as the above. I've never really been too impressed with Pan de Sal before, but this version was very good: slightly sweet with a bit of pull and chewiness. The chocolate croissant was beautiful, with naturally occurring cross laminated strip clearly indicating the effort to produce the many layers of dough/butter that takes so much time. To top it off, we asked and received a small container of sour dough starter. Not all bakeries are kind enough to provide when asked. Here, they were more than gracious to provide it to us after a brief wait. And it's definitely alive...the starter was practically crawling out of the sealed container as we drove back home.

The two ladies working there (one at the register and one making drinks) were indifferent and looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. We weren't greeted upon entry or when we went up to the register and started looking over the menu. When what I thought was my drink was ready, the lady who made it just quickly set it onto the counter, mumbled something that I couldn't really understand, and then walked off into the kitchen area. When I called out for confirmation, neither of the ladies looked at me or answered my question. Luckily, it appeared to be a light-colored milk tea and did have boba, so I'm guessing it was mine haha. My friend didn't really like the Golden Milk Tea (also got less sweet and added boba), as she said it wasn't the type of black tea flavor she was expecting. My other friend thought her oreo blended drink was ok but had a strange aftertaste that she couldn't really describe. There were a lot of people inside on a Saturday night. Interior was cute with the Christmas decorations. There were a good amount of wooden tables and benches throughout, but one of the bench cushions at the back table had a huge tear in it, which didn't look comfortable or sanitary.
