Inside, the ambiance was fantastic--uplifting music played at the perfect volume, setting a happy and energetic mood. I also appreciated the convenience of having water on tap, allowing customers to grab a drink anytime without needing to ask. The overall vibe genuinely made me feel "buzzed" in the best way possible! We visited on Valentine's Day, and they handed out adorable "Be Mine" stickers, which was such a cute and thoughtful gesture. It made the experience feel even more special and showed that they pay attention to little details. I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew with sugar-free caramel, looking for a low-calorie option. It had the right amount of foam on top and definitely did its job--I felt productive and energized. The sugar-free caramel didn't quite taste like regular caramel, but that's expected with sugar-free options. I got the 16 oz, and it was just the right amount. It was our first visit, and they gave us a QR code to download their app, which came with a free drink for next time--a nice little perk! This spot is definitely Instagram-worthy and a great place to catch up with friends. My boyfriend ordered the Honey Latte, half sweet, and absolutely loved it. He regretted not getting a larger size because it was so good! The option to customize the sweetness level is a great touch. He rated the entire experience a solid 10/10, from the drink to the ambiance. I've continued to visit this location mainly because of its convenience, but unfortunately, the service is consistently disappointing. Each time I've gone, I've either experienced unusually long waits for a single drink or been told to wait at the front, only to be forgotten about entirely. Today was no different. I ordered three matcha lattes with cinnamon cold foam (an extra $1 each), and the experience left much to be desired. The person taking my order wasn't particularly friendly and instructed me to pull up to the window. I waited about 10 minutes, which I didn't mind, as they appeared somewhat busy. However, I watched the employee preparing my drinks and noticed her scraping out the foam like it was coming out of her own paycheck. When I received the drinks, two out of three had barely any cold foam--just the thinnest layer. It felt like I paid for something I didn't receive. As someone who works in a coffee shop myself, I understand what good service and quality drinks should look like. I would never hand a customer something so poorly made, especially when they've paid extra. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail and customer care seems to be a pattern at this location. 2nd time here! Emily & Adia had great guest service at the counter! I ordered a Thai Latte & Matcha Latte w/Banana Cold Foam! Both great recommendations from the ladies. Both ladies informed me they came w/whole milk and I can upgrade it for $1 for oat mill. Great deal! They both had great flavors! Loved them both. Thai tea was a lil too sweet for my liking. I was informed as well, I can as for less sweetened next time though... I'm happy to hear to hear that. matcha was amazing w/banana foam! I downloaded the app for future points and visits. I missed out on the first visits but I'm sure I'll be back in the near future! Great atmosphere and clean venue! The drinks came out quickly and if they weren't busy the staff handed them to you from around the counter, that was very personal! I'll be frequently this establishment more often! My last two visits to Better Buzz have been disappointing. Both times, drinks took over 35 minutes to come out. When I politely asked about my order, the staff was rude and dismissive. Not only to me but to all the other guest who were also asking about their order. The entire operation felt disorganized. They were out of basic supplies like straws, lids, and cups, which only added to the chaos. I also noticed two gallons of milk sitting out on the counter for the entire 35 minutes I waited, which could be a health code violation. Meanwhile, half-made drinks were left sitting while employees scrambled to catch up on orders that were already significantly delayed. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Until things change, I won't be coming back. Especially when you have starbucks & dutch bros down the street. read more

I've been coming here for some time now and I can gladly say that the experience is still great, the coffee is truly still the best and all the baristas are still just as kind and helpful as they've always been. This location itself has such a great positive energy and it's super clean and as for me and my family we will only still come to better buzz buzz on the east side to get our coffee. Also another shout out to Gabby and Michael who work in the evenings and who are always so kind and I love the energy that they give every time that I go there and they remembered my drink order after only the first time of ordering it and every time I go there they are the always the first to say hello and they do it with a smile and that goes a long way and one of the many reasons why I'll only ever come here. This location is just AMAZING! When I entered I believe the manager was Melissa not too sure , but she was so friendly and helped me decide what to get in terms of drinks. She recommended the Snickerdoodle Latte & man that was worth talking about! The environment was so clean, upbeat & professional. Then George asked if I wanted any food items and originally I stopped for a quick break in between classes but I ended up staying there & watched online. Initially, this place was a hit or miss, but more of a miss. I would visit almost daily, but I had to stop because the inconsistency was unbearably annoying. I understood, though, because it seems the turnover rate here is high. I still go occasionally bc they have the best açaí bowls. So, it surprised me a couple of months ago when I went and I noticed a significant difference inside the store and in the way my items are made. Our first time at this place was a great one!!!! James took our order and he was extremely friendly and you can tell he really loves working here. Everything we ordered was delicious. The açaí bowl was very fresh tasting and was a very generous portion. The coffee had great flavor and tasted very high quality. The buildings itself is very clean and decorated very cute. I tried better buzz for the first time and the food is incredible I tried the better breakfast with avocado. The coffee is better than my regular coffee from Dutch bros or Starbucks I tried the snickerdoodle with almond milk and the vanilla cold foam. This location by far surpasses any establishment I have had the pleasure of visiting. When i walked in I was immediately overcome with the out pouring of greetings from every employee on the floor it seemed. Everyone was so fast ! The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I got a matcha latte and it was great! it was the perfect amount of sweetness just like i asked, it wasn't too hot but just perfect. We also got a cookie and it was very warm and also good. Such a nice place! The workers were busy with drive through and online order, but we still got our drinks in quick 5 minutes! The sandwich was great, and the banana matcha was delicious as well as the blue raspberry energy drink that had some cool pop rocks on top.
