This place gets 3 stars for the pricing and quantity of food. I'm actually really surprised by all the high reviews for this location (here and elsewhere). The food itself is mediocre at best. Each ingredient is so bland. The place is definitely relying on the basic sauces to provide any sort of flavor to the bowl. Fast casual places are popping up everywhere. Cava and mezeh in this area are setting a high standard for this style and Bibibop is just not even close. read more

Nice, modern and clean interior but we didn't like the food and there was a lot of waste. I had the sweet and spicy bowl and there was barely any sweet (pineapple) but it was drowned in spicy sauce. I couldn't feel my mouth! My kids didn't enjoy the kids meals either - said the YumYum sauce tasted like ranch dressing(?) The miso soup had a really off flavor - we couldn't eat it. Went to Bibibop and absolutely loved everything about it and especially the staff that worked together. Nope. Nope. Nope. The food was flavorless. The noodles were like mushy, slimy, blobs. I should've gone to Cava instead.

I really really want to try this place. I cannot eat gluten and it's nice to have a 100% gluten free restaurant in the area! Unfortunately the staff is not educated on other food allergies. I called today to ask about their practices and to see if tree nuts or flax seed are used and the potential for cross-contamination since members of my family have those allergies. I spoke to 2 people who did not understand my question. Then I asked to speak to a manager who understood me but not only did she know nothing about allergies or food in general, but she also didn't even know the ingredients used in the restaurant as she kept having to ask the staff members that I had just spoken to. She insisted that the food was nut free because it was gluten free and when I told her those were different, she said they didn't use nuts. So now I have no confidence that my family could eat safely here. Many people who have to eat gluten free would love to eat here, and many of us have additional allergies or have family members who do. Please educate yourselves on allergies and the ingredients in the food you serve and we will gladly try it out! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the Heart & Seoul Noodle Bowl. I ordered as it was described, to go and chose the Yum Yum Sauce and also got an extra Yuzu Vinaigrette. The Yum Yum sauce was my favorite. Everything was packaged extremely well for take out; everything I needed to enjoy my meal back at my hotel. I also ordered the lemonade since it was mentioned by another customer. The pictures are what made me and my partner decide to check this place out. Having a fully Asian flavored Buddha bowl interested me and they did not let me down. The flavors are there in their meats and side options like roasted broccoli, having the option to keep it sweet by adding pineapple or spice it up with some delicious kimchi was also a plus. I bought a sweet potato noodle/purple rice base w/ chicken, corn, cabbage, broccoli, kimchi, black beans topped off with the sesame ginger dressing & yuzu vinaigrette. Absolutely delicious and I had to practice a insane amount of will power just to save some for the next day lol I wanted to eat the whole thing. They also have really good juices I mixed a passion fruit lemonade with some hibiscus lemonade and my wife mixed her passion fruit with a sweet green tea. If I had any negatives about this place is I wish I got more broccoli just because I liked it in my bowl and they give free miso soup which is great I just wish it had a bit more flavor 2 it to really add and highlight the overall experience. I will go back to this place time and time again because the food was delicious and it makes me want to try everything they have and make crazy combos and see what works.
