I can't say enough good things about this location. Several great experiences. I don't even price tires anymore because they always have great prices and the best customer service. So I'm shipping my boat to the Midwest for repairs and the shipping company got the day wrong and showed up a week early. I took the boat on the trailer to big O to see if they could help me get new tires on the trailer as the boat had been sitting for a while and the tires were beat with dry rot. The manager John and his staff went above and beyond got me my tires and had em installed on my boat trailer in a better than timely fashion so my driver could get on the road. 10 out of 5 stars. I have gotten two sets of tires here, and will continue to buy my tires here since it is the closest shop to my house. However, whoever was looking for my wheel lock just threw everything out of my console and glove box onto my seats. Then just left it all there for when I picked it up. I usually leave it in the cup holder because I know it's annoying to look for it but dang man just call me or clean up the giant mess you made. Additionally, the guy who looked at my car made it REALLY difficult for me to pay for only what I needed. He kept lying by omission trying to get me to pay for extra stuff and sell me a full set of tires. I don't care how good the current deal is, i have a bulge in one tire and that's it, but he just kept omitting the option. Gave me a pretty bad vibe. read more

Called in advance and asked for services showed up and John was very rude. Had a bad attitude slammed my car door and had no sense of customer service. I was about to sign the paper before I asked for the price he was charging me $238 for one tire. I was about to put the spare on myself and leave. Luckily Eddie helped me change it out. Be Careful with this Tire Shop. I recently went there to get a flat tire repaired. The person helping me said I needed a new tire because tire was old and used up and were not able to repair. Went to Costco and they said that was false. They were able to repair. Costco is great. Go to Costco instead of this place. read more

I went to Big O last week and had them look at my tires. They informed me that the tire size was not available at the store and asked that I go to another store or order it online on their website. I decided to order it online and received a confirmation for an appointment for today at 8am ( a week later). Upon arrival, the gentleman explained that they didn't have the tire in stock again and said he tried to call me multiple times. I showed him my phone records (no call), and the email from Big O confirming the appointment and tire in stock and ordered online ($212 for one tire). He then got frustrated with me and called me horrific names and threatened me. It was the most awful experience and I since had to call the police and corporate office. My suggestion is to avoid this location at all costs. read more

I would give TEN stars if I could. I called at 4:58pm and they close at 6:00. I had an Awful "bump-bump" repeating when I left this mini-mall. I couldn't find it on the tires and Steve at Big-O-Tires told me he couldn't promise me I could be seen today but get there when I can and he would do his best. I got there and had a huge ass bolt in my tire, yuck. My car is 4-wheel drive so if they weren't able to repair the tire I might have had to replace all four. I just did that three months ago. I patiently waited to see if they were able to fix it and they were and I was out the door by 6:10. I waited no more than 25 minutes to have the tire repair completed from when I got there. I was seen immediately. So grateful for this place!!! I would take my car here next time for anything that comes up and I live in Anaheim! I can't thank you gentlemen enough for seeing me last minute. There were even two people who came in after me with the same problem! A lot of nails and bolts on the road these days. I wish whoever would be more careful with what they spill from their truck or however these nails end up on the road. But Big-O-Tires solved my problem of the day. I have been going to this particular location for years and never had a problem until the last time I went in for an oil change a few months ago. They were going to rotate my tires but someone used the wrong size socket on my lugnuts, overtightened and stripped it on the drivers side wheel. They didn't rotate the rest of my tires because they couldn't get the front one off. No one took responsibility for it but chalked it up to cheap lugnuts on a 2013 Raptor...oooook. Here's the icing on the cake. They didn't tighten the rest of my lugnuts. How did I find this out? When I got a flat in Big bear over the weekend after running over a tire chain and had to change that tire in 25 degrees. after I fought with it for 45 minutes I called Triple A, It took him 2 and a half hours of struggling with different socket sizes then peeling back the stripped aluminum on the lugnut to finally get it off. I'll leave out the details of that the Triple A guy said about the whole situation. This store has forever lost my business read more

John was amazing and extremely helpful in assisting me with my tire replacement experience. The staff was also extremely accommodating for they went out of their way to refill my wiper fluid despite me not purchasing an oil change. Overall, brilliant service and exceptional experience. I usually came to this location before I moved to Laguna. Went to Aliso Viejo- loved them. Started coming back here again, when I moved to CM. They are just as great as before I left. Steve and David are so organized. Keep this shop running smoothly. Very informative and always excellent with answering my questions and concerns. A few weeks ago, I had gotten a flat tire. I was towed to the Big O in Huntington, where I had a very unpleasant experience wasted half my time there when I could have gotten it fixed sooner. After dealing with them I took my car to this one. 30 min before closing. Came to this location where Steve was expecting me. They had my tire fixed in less than 30 minutes. With only one mechanic and a full workload they managed it well. (Unlike Huntington) Steve and David were so kind and told me I had nothing to worry about. Steve even apologized for Huntington Beach's people. When you have a good team. You have a good shop. An Steve and David are amazing! read more

I've been going there for years but will not be going back again. Each time I went in recently they said something huge was wrong with my car. Unfortunately I believed them and let them "repair" the issue(s). Not only did I spend too much money but they would break something new each time. Don't let them talk you in "fixing" anything beyond putting tires on your car. Even with that I no longer trust them. Also they are no longer on the recommended AAA list of repair-shops like they used to be. It's too bad the place has gone down hill and can't be trusted anymore. read more

I had a wonderful experience at this Big O. Air was leaking from my rear driver's side tire so I took it in the mid afternoon thinking I only needed a simple patch. I ended up needing to buy a full new set of tires and get an alignment, but the guys working got it done in no time and even stayed past to make sure I had a car for work the next day! Great customer service and quick, high quality work. John was especially helpful--even amidst juggling calls and other customers he was still friendly and efficient. Outstanding service, very friendly employees. PLUS THEY HAVE FREE WIFI! which is nice when your waiting for a long time. They don't only do tires, they do brakes and other things. These guys seemed honest, and reliable. A customer even went out of his way to let me know he's been coming here for years and they always have the best prices. Very satisfied with the service from Big O Tires as I drive away today with brand new tires and brakes. Ask for Steve... he runs the front and can be seen hustling back and forth between the garage and customer lobby where you pay. He not only takes the time to explain the problems with your car but he also outlines multiple solutions (even the ones that don't result in the customer making a purchase at their shop). This is refreshing giving my general experience with auto repair shops that can be at times someone sneaky and lacking integrity. This location seems to have everything in order though. Keep in mind however that because they know what they're doing and reasonably priced it's pretty busy here all the time.... I still got my car back in just about a day and given the rerepair that's pretty impressive. So thank you Steve; I'll be back! (hopefully not soon though lol). read more
