Took my truck in an had a screw in my tire. Should be a simple fix, tire should be dismounted and thoroughly inspected. Come back in 90 minutes they tell me, 25 bucks, no problem. Come back and guy hands me half a screw and says no charge, no leak all good. Get home and the screw I went in for is still in the tire. Obviously a thorough inspection was not done. Questioning if they did anything besides park my truck. At least I wasn't charged but still have a screw in my tire. read more

I, too, wish I could give negative stars here. First of all, let me say upfront that I had paid for a groupon for an oil change. I've always had great experiences with companies that offer groupons so I didn't think twice about this one. I followed all of the rules/guidelines and made an appointment for the service. When I got there the MANAGER told me "no." He just kept repeating that, and then said he didn't have time. Then he mumbled about me having to make an appointment because I have a groupon. When I reaffirmed that I in fact did make an appointment he threw his arms in the air and walked away loudly saying (negative) comments about people who have groupons. I just left without confronting him about his attitude or business practices. I'm not sure why companies offer coupons/groupons if they then treat those customers negatively. I guess I will find out when I talk to his boss. read more

I was in dire need of tires! I called so many places that kept quoting me $600 out the door which was crazy to me. I finally got around to calling Big O I must say I'm glad I did. I was told over the phone it would be $355 out the door for the four tires I needed. I was sold after that because that's the best price I could find. Once I arrived I was immediately greeted the guy walked me inside. We got to the register and came back with a final price of $351! Of course I was happy. He said it would be an hour and offered me coffee. I waited in the little waiting area where they have magazines, a tv and a vending machine with sodas. My hour was up and my car was ready. I should've inspected it, but I was in a rush and didn't. I got home and noticed my hub cap was cracked. The reason why I gave this place three stars otherwise it would've been 5! read more

Alright this place is horrible. Firstly lets talk about the lovely sticker they place in the top corner of your window. They wrote the mileage 2000 miles off so as I drive off property I'm "1000 miles away from my next oil change". So they are straight up shady. Now I know I need my break pads changed. They are running low but to be told they are "metal on metal" is bs. They aren't making sounds yet and I'm sure as hell not going to be bullied into paying $700 dollars for and oil change and breaks. Lastly they are apparently incapable of picking up a phone unless it is to leach you of your money. They called to inform me that my breaks are in dire need and I needed to pay more but "forgot" to call me when my car was ready. I will not be returning to this horrid location or any of its affiliates any time soon. read more

Brandon not only was able to service my vehicle, but provided me with several alternatives and price to performance ratios. Absolutely zero pressure but very informative to my needs. Andy is the man! I came in around 4:30 PM on a Tuesday and had my tire patched and repaired in less than 30 minutes. The bathroom was nice and clean. Got some custom work done with my tires and got a tire patch job done fast. All the workers are cool spent most of the time talking to them while they worked would go back for all my tire needs. Oh and to all that have said they rip you off I didn't experience that at all. Kevin was honest and straight up told me how much the work would cost and nothing was added on. Called in for my two front tires. Arrived around 10:15 am on a Sunday. Waited about a little more than an hour or so for my tire change. Quoted me on other repair services such as an alignment, struts and shocks etc. They have a 3 year warranty on your tires for a $7 added charge that covers replacements and anything else that might happen to your tires. Overall my experience here was great, fair prices, quick service. Will definitely be bringing my car here for the alignment. Struts and shocks quote was a little high for my taste. read more

Under new management since June 2015. Great professional crew. These guys are not all about the money. I felt like they cared about my 10-year old car. They're a FULL SERVICE shop, so I not only got new tires, I also had the throttle body, fuel sensor, and pedal sensor replaced. You don't have to take it to the dealer for these jobs. This is the second time I've been to this big o tire location for a tire repair. The first, I was able to meet the owner and chat with him for a bit. I love to support the independent owner franchises. Service is great and they haven't been overly pushy with add-ons. I'm needing new tires soon, and this will be the first place I will visit. Really bad management, when in for a simple oil change and according to the rep the oil change will only take 1 hour. I dropped off my car at noon and was expected to get my car within an 1hour I called and kept getting told it was next but i showed up to the place at 3:30pm and was told we were to busy too do your car but we can do it tomorrow. I've been taking 3 cars there for about 5-7 years. Always get conventional oil change. The first time my wife takes the van in they tell her she needs synthetic. Needed a valve stem replacement. Pretty simple thing to fix. Went on a Sunday afternoon and there was only one guy working there. Told me there was an hour and a half wait. Needless to say I left and went to another place about 5 mins away that only took 20 mins. This place needs more employees or a manager that knows how to make a schedule. I won't be back. The store has changed.....Made an appointment for new tires, came in, and immediately got attitude from the tall fat bald white guy. I let him know I made an appointment, and he said it doesn't work like that, and the appointment is to just drop the car off. Your customer service is horrible! I went right down the street to Americas Tire Depot without an appointment and got excellent service from Eddie. I'ts a bummer, because I bought tires for one of my Mercedes a few years ago from an Asian guy in the store, and was very happy when I left. I was hoping to have the same experience.
