They gave me a ride home and picked me up when the services were complete and applied several discounts so I ended up paying less for all 4 services than I would have paid for just tires. Came in with a coupon and they "honored" it... but then they over charged me for "tax." Also needed a quick patch for a flat tire and they quoted me a ridiculous amount for a job that is a fraction of the price elsewhere. If they're going to charge a lot more for a small job, I'm definitely not trusting them for bigger jobs. read more

Someone picked up sounded nice at first, after I tell him why I called for my free tire rotation he seemed like he was too busy and uninterested to give me any information. They fixed up my tire while I waited. They used plastic over the seat, wore gloves and a mask while they worked. The best part was there was no additional cost since I purchased my tires there. No problem with the tires I bought here. But I do have a problem with when people tell me that I need something that I don't. They mentioned I needed new brakes and rotors and tried to upsell me on top of the tires I was buying. I mentioned I was heading on a short road trip, so they recommended that I change both along with replacing the tires. I decided to trust my gut and get a second opinion. Took my car to my regular mechanic, 15,000 miles later I am still using my healthy brakes/rotors to this day. I would never try to do business with my community that way. No wonder there is so much distrust between the consumer and the car repair industry. Get a second opinion before you have any other service done here. Trust has been lost, so I won't be coming back. read more

These guys were great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, fast and for once I wasn't pushed in to buying things I didn't need. It didn't hurt that Big O is holding a company wide sale on tires. I feel like I stole them or they wrote it up wrong. I asked twice. They said that's the deal right now. Apparently, this location is under brand new ownership. Brandon, was super cool and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell this business is his baby and customers really matter. Pro-tip I called ahead and they told me the best time to come in. They have a nice lobby to wait in, but instead of hanging out there I was able to walk across the street and get some banking done and have lunch at The Flame Broiler. Looks like a great sushi place on the other street. So there is plenty of convenient things around to get errands done while you wait. I'm bringing my wife's car tomorrow. Her tires are probably good for a few more months, but the deal is that good. read more

We do NOT recommend this business. Last September 2012 my daughter's vehicle was in need of a set of new tires and front disc brakes. No issues on that part of the service. However, we also specified that the rear drums be inspected for damage and cleaned. Six weeks later my daughter's rear brakes were making a terrible metal-to-metal noise. A subsequent inspection and diagnosis by my regular mechanic showed the drums still had the original factory seals in place, meaning this Big O dealer didn't bother to even do the inspection. Fortunately my daughter didn't experience a brake failure in the recent rains and the problem (some damage to the drums) has been corrected by a more competent shop. This Big O is probably okay for tires but I won't trust these guys with a brake job in the future. read more

Also, when the female asks you the difference in oil, don't say "good, better, best" with a lack of an explanation because you assume I won't know and it's a waste of your time to explain. And, when trying to upsell additional services, DON'T freakIng ignore the female completely until she asks you a question and your response should NOT be "he knows" as you gesture to the male because you think I will not understand and are too damn lazy to explain it. If I could give them no stars I would. They completely ripped me off. They charged me $350 for back brakes (not including a rotor). Eleven hours of it was labor charges and I am pretty sure they only worked on it for about 3 hours (that was the time they called me to tell me what the problem was and to come pick it up). I asked them to check my fluids and top them off and to check my tires and they didn't do any of it. I will not be coming back here ever again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I regret coming here to get tires. Very low quality tires. Got brand new tires in November and I already have to replace them and I don't drive much. Needed 2 new tires. Front desk agreed to match other business nearby. total $430 for new tires out the door plus possible $100 if alignment needed. next day, i was told the work will be done in one and a half hour and they will do free check and inform me if alignment needed. After 2 hours they started working on my car and i was watching the tech working on my car. He changed the old tires with the new. Put the car for alignment and pretend to do some adjustment on the front tires( just taping on the knots, he did nothing on the rear left tire and did some tightening on the rear right tire. now time to pay, they charged me extra for Nitrogen air and they want to sell me warrant for the tires (they want to sell me the warrant offered by the manufacturer but i did not buy) . also, they did not tell me anything about the need for alignment. I don't want to argue with the liar at the front desk, he told me that they changed parts of the air pressure sensor but i know they did not because i was watching the tech working on my car. I paid $530 for the tires and the alignment. lessons to learn, do not trust them, get written statement and compare it to others. do the alignment at the dealer it is the same price. This place is horrible, the guys here are so rude they tried their hardest to make me feel stupid when I ask about my tier pressure. I got 4 tires at the big O in corona and the guy there was great his name was Allen. When I brought my car to this location for rotation and balance they tried to sell me new breaks, steering fluid and refused to check my tire pressure. This place sucks it took 1 1/2 to get my tires balanced and I watched all 6 guys taking smoke brakes multiple times as several customers waited for their cars. I came here for tires, deal seemed decent. no problems so far on the tires. however, right after the job, the car steering wheel was shaking at over 60 mph so i brought it back and as it turns out they did not balance the tires. Next, the car rear wheels made a clunking noise every now and then, it was very frustrating.... to me it seemed that something was loose. and to make the story short, I brought the car back for a third and fourth time, at which time they found that after the alignment, the nuts had not been tightened properly and they were loose (very dangerous if you ask me). NO, i would not recommend this place. same observations as others, employees were leaving for brakes as customers waited. read more

I don't like to write negative reviews unless they are truly warranted. In this case it was my family's safety in jeopardy. I wish I could give a negative star here. My husband just went here to get a new set of tires, a pretty large purchase. He called me several hours later to let me know that he and my 3 year old daughter were ok after they forgot to tighten the lugnuts on one of the tires. He called the store to tell them what happened and they sent someone over to them who didn't bring a jack the first time. Over an hour later they were finally able to drive away with the tires fixed. Thankfully the tire stayed on after the lugnuts started flying off and my husband was driving instead of me. I doubt this is a regular occurence, but definitely something to be wary about since tires are their specialty. I would have hated for another outcome so praise God nothing happened. read more

I came here over a year ago because I had a nail in my rear left tire. I was told it could not be patched because the nail was too close to the sidewall. I have an AWD so that meant I would have to replace all four tires at once. My car was pretty new, so that would have been a waste of a lot of money. But a gentleman at this Big O location told me I could buy a wire from tirerack.com and have them shave down the tread to match my other tires. I ended up doing this and it saved me a lot of money. I'm now about due for four new tires and will be coming to this Big O to reward them with my business because of the honesty of that guy that helped me that one day. By the way, I went to a couple other tire shops back then and asked about the tire shaving, and both discouraged me from doing that, suggested it was too risky (without an explanation), and that I needed to replace all four. read more

Very professionally managed! Met with the service manager named SEAN. Professional and honest! I was there with my GMC Envoy I just bought. Brought it there for oil, transmission and coolant exchange. Im kind of a car guy but did not disclose to him. He recommended only services I needed and nothing more. Quick, efficient and I was out of there in about 1.5 hours on a Sunday even though there were quite a few people there. Only minor issue I had was the service tech left my steering wheel a little dirty feeling and left my car door handle smudged. But that's minor since they were busy and understandable. Plus, establishment is open weekends including Sunday so very comvenient! Overall I would recommend. read more

I thought this was going to be a good experience. When I called about tired for my car, the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. I purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment done. First, I had to wait for over an hour for them to find a 4th tire for my car. One month later, I have a flat tire. It is after store hours, so I had to call AAA. Called and left a message that I would be in the next day and asked to be called. No one called, so I went into the store in the morning. I was told that they never check the messages!! They could not fix my tire, so I had to wait a day for them to order it. One of my lug studs broke off when the bad tire was being taken off. After a few minutes of discussion, I was told they would replace it for free. But, this too had to be ordered. The next morning I called to see if it would be better to come after I got off work at 5pm or to wait until the next morning. The person I talked to said to come in after work. I got to the store at 5:10. The person at the desk said that no one should have told me to come in after 5. Then after waiting about 30 minutes, I was told the mechanic was gone for the day! My new tire could be put on, but I would have to comeback tomorrow for the lug stud to be fixed. After all of this I was charged for the warranty on the new tire to replace the tire that was 1 Month old! read more
