I have the highest recommendation for this Big O shop, Jimmy and the Team of Techs. Outstanding service work with top quality parts and full 1 year warranty on service work and 3 year tire warranty... with road side assistance! Jimmy is a top notch Manager, Carl is top of the class mechanic at this shop. It just has been a pleasure for us to find this Big O shop. We have had work completed on our car at a Big O across town and it started out ok and just went down hill from there. Now we have spent close to $8,000 over the last 4 1/2 years on car repairs; small and large. The last $4,000 at this location. Our car is a 1999 Pontiac Gran Prix and has been a great car for us! It is just showing it age and may not be worth it to some people, but we have had no car payments for 8 years, and it is a fully loaded car that has been great for us! Yesterday we had the entire Rack & Pinion steering system replaced along with a new power steering pump and hoses. we did have a few minor items fixed as well, but along with the $1,865.00 bill Jimmy also warrantied 2 new tires of the 4 we purchased this past June! It has been a great experience to find this shop and have a great team servicing out car and making sure we are happy. The first time we showed up Jimmy took the time over a few days to retrieved all the records of work completed by Big O, we had unfortunately had them in the car and our car wash guy threw them away. All is good now, receipts in a file at the house and in the car; car wash guy is informed. He replaced the fuel pump with a GM pump on warranty: the other shop replaced it 2 times and still leaked, so bad we only filled the car up 1/2 way. (We paid $800 for that work) No issues at all with the GM fuel pump. Story hour is over and it really is just one of the very best experiences in the automotive repair business. I figured being Sunday no one would be open and right before I was ready to email work that I would be late Monday, these guys were open and were able to see me 1.5 before closing. Well, they were supposed to find an oil leak on my car, it still leaked so my wife takes the car back and they tell her they'll have to left the engine to find it and $700 later it still leaked so that was total BS. My wife later took her car to these guys to have her tire pressure checked, and all they did was over inflate her tires. Took my 2001 Ford Mustang to big O tires today Tuesday, July 16, 2019 For two new tires. I had them rotated tires around. When I left big O tires I noticed a wobble on the car but then I thought it was OK for a minute as I got on the freeway. When I exited the freeway the rear driver side tire almost came off as I heard a loud clanking noise from the back of the car. I pulled into the target parking lot I found the rear Driver side tire was extremely extremely loose. I found they only put the Lugnuts on with each lug nut barely threaded on that tire which could've come off I could've been involved in a very serious accident as I was on the freeway. This is truly unacceptable and I am very disappointed and I will never never ever go back to big O tires again. read more

So the manager finally contacted me. He did offer to warranty the one tire. But I have to a rebalancing fee, another fee for replacing the warranty on this new tire, (because the last warranty helped me so much) in order to do that. Of course I can go without the warranty but really that's a cost of $36. And if something were to happen again, I don't want to buy a new tire. Overall, I feel that the tires I have are not reliable or practical and that they should be replaced. But I'll wait till I have enough money to buy a new set and go somewhere other than big o tires. On the road, blew out a tire on my trailer. Called Big O, "no problem, we'll get you on your way." Once we got there, waited a bit, checked in, "you're next". No so much. Break time? Finally got started, dude rolls up on his bike, stop everything, put air in his tire. Next a van rolls in Ahole strides in like he owns the place. They almost diverted to him, but I threatened bodily harm. But then they steal the hose from my guy, haven't to wait for Ahole's tires to get air. Avoid it if you can. read more

I went to this location 2 weeks ago for an alignment. After being there for an hour and a half the guy assisting me says that for everything that's wrong it will be $631.00. I asked him to just do the alignment. While I was waiting in the lobby what seemed to be their head manager stormed in and started demanding that they have sales for him and even told them extra things they can tell customers to get more money out of them... right in front of me! I brought my vehicle to a different shop to get a second opinion and they assured me none of those things i was quoted were wrong with my car. I purchased four tires for my truck. During installation Big O broke a wheel stud. I felt they should make the repair, but they said no. they wold fix it for $150.00. I took my truck home and when attempting to make the repair could not loosen any of the lug nuts. they had all been over tightened. I was advised to replace all of the studs and lug nuts because they were damaged by severs over torquing. The manager responded with attitude stating I should have returned my truck to him. My response was I did not trust them. their workmanship was very poor. they did not respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint. I question their 4 star rating. They are all dumb kids working at this location. I told them my tire they needed to patch was in my trunk and they never checked it and told me my 4 tires were fine so I told them again that it was in the trunk and I had to wait another 30 minute... they also didn't align my tires right the first time so here I am back again. they told me my tires were too high of a psi even though they are not, they are at the perfect amount (as it says on my tires). They TOOK AIR OUT OF MY TIRES... wtf last thing is that they are always busy and take walking and appointments, which is unfair to the appointment people and it makes everyone wait longer. read more

Believe it or not, I got a second nail stuck in one of my tires (a different tire than last time). These guys were quick to repair it free of charge. There is a ton of street work being performed in my area, so I suppose that accounts for the debris littered along the streets. This is the best place to go for all things tires. The people here are friendly, honest, knowledgeable people who definitely know cars. I got a nail in my car so I swung by a mechanic that was open and while initially, they said it just needed a patch, they later changed their tune, trying to sell me a $140 tire (top of the line of course) and $40 labor to put it on. Well, I had done my research and asked a few people before going in so I knew I just needed a patch for this particular puncture. The manager gave me some spiel that it had entered "at an angle where fixing it is not possible." This tire was on a brand new car that had less than 9000 miles on it so I wasn't really willing to drop that much cash on it unless I was sure so I left. Later, I went to two different mechanics, both who told me it was a super easy fix and just needed a patch, as I had thought. One of them was at Big O. While Big O was busy when I pulled in, they fit me in anyway that morning and they fixed it for me for free! I will definitely come here again for my car needs! read more

It's been about 4 years since i've been to this particular location. The last time i was here, i had a terrible experience. The kid i dealt with at the time, tried to scam me & pushed a hard sell on me for some unnecessary things. I was so turned off i haven't been back.... until today. I had two blowouts on the passenger side of my car. I put some Fix-A-Flat in, and the closest place was here. The gentleman that helped me out, Roger, was awesome. His customer service was outstanding & gave me a nice deal on 4 new tires. I figured it would be a good idea to get all 4, because of this intense Vegas heat & i certainly didn't want the same problem to occur with my other tires. Roger told me, because they were backed up, it would be about 2 hours. They got it done in a little over an hour. This experience restored my faith & definitely will see my business in the future. AWFUL! Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience, horrendous customer service. We dropped our car off at 9:30am, we are leaving town tomorrow for a road trip and needed the oil changed and to purchase a spare tire. We were initially quoted 2.5 -3 hours. We called after 3 hours for an update and were told another hour, they said they would call us when it is ready. That was at 12:30pm. It is now 4:45 PM, we have waited all day, have not once heard from them. Zero communication or consideration. I just called the shop because we need to pick up the car now, they have not even started working on it. They have put us in a terrible position because they didn't give us ample time to take the car somewhere else. It takes 2 minutes to call a customer and give them an update. We communicated to them how urgent and important this was to us, and they assured us it was going to be ready in time. If they couldn't meet our needs, that is fine, but COMMUNICATE that to the customer!!!! We ended up not getting the oil changed because there was not enough time, when my husband pulled up the car was in the bay and my husband asked why. And they had no idea what they were even doing, the tire was a spare which you would assume a auto tech would have enough common sense to know it should go in the trunk. They were thinking it was going on the back left tire, I have no idea why. Then they had the audacity to charge us "service" fees, which should have been waived for the awful service we were provided. These people don't care at all about providing quality service whatsoever. Take your money where your business will be appreciated. Would give zero stars if I could. read more
